We stayed at Castello di Monterado for 8 nights but wished we could have stayed for a month! Orlando and Kira were wonderful hosts who left nothing to chance. Everything was spectacular from the views from the pool and our rooms to the surrounding area.

We found Raffaello to be a great hotel. Staff were eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was immaculate. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From there multiple cities are easily accessible including Pesaro is a 20 minute ride. The train tracks run right past the hotel, however the rooms are well insulated with quadruple pain windows. Great find! Comfortable and clean room with a view. Location is ideal for a bike ride (you can borrow one from the hotel) or a nice stroll on the boardwalk. There are plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat or drink. The staff were very nice and helpful.
We were treated like royalty. Roberta welcomed us to the villa which is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate. She arranged dinner reservations. She made sure we had tea and a snack. Breakfast was to order. She is just so lovely. We had no idea about Fano - were there for a meeting - and it, too, delighted us. We are returning!
