From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was helpful and gracious. They kept our bags for us upon arrival and when we left, we had some to Waste after checkout. One staff member even can
Out to keep us informed
Ed about when the taxi will arrive. The whole hotel is cute, fun,and clean, even our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety to meet anyone’s food preference. I would go back if I ever get to Verano again.
Emma and Lucia were fantastic! They went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is well maintained and very welcoming
We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.
Anna at check-in was very helpful.
Lorenzo fa bravo…helpful and fun and really cares about the place.
Great apartment for a long stay
ONLY suggestions:
1. Grab bars in shower
2. Instruction on shower operation ( hot /cold - spray/rain operation
3. How to use white heater I never did figure out.
Otherwise spectacular property.
Great location, very clean place, the owner is amazing, very responsive and provides great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I'd definitely stay here again.
Easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything we wanted to see. Easy walking distances and bus stop was nearby. Lots of good places to eat nearby also.
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Friendly and helpful professional staff. They automatically at check in give you a map of the town and highlight all local tourist attractions. They even have partnered with few local businesses restaurants and shops that either give you free drink or discounts. The hotel is well located to train station. Easy walking around the old town. The room is authentic Italian Venetian style decor. However their Lobby and breakfast dinning area is very nicely...
Friendly staff, lovely, comfortable rooms with ample AC during a very hot summer. While you could walk to the city center, it was very helpful to have a car to get back and forth.
From the minute we arrived, we had three rooms. We all came for the four operas at the Verona Arena, and it was within walking distance to gate number one for the orchestra seats. They accompanied us to the first night, where we really didn't know where we were, and the best part was no matter where you turned, there was someone waiting to help you! I was so enchanted by the owners who actually took the time and energy to meet us at the door when we arrived and introduced themselves very...
Excellent choice for those on a budget or those that are not! Next to main train station in Verona which connects you easily by bus to the city center or easily walkable in about 20 min. Room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower was a bit small but worked well. Breakfast which was included was good. Not a lot of dining options nearby, so really a place to sleep and relax. Spent 4 nights and traveled to other cities by bus and train. Great location for exploring...
We stopped a day in Verona and parked across the river, which looked like the best idea. Our hotel was an easy walk, with luggage, over the bridge from underground city parking lot, mostly over walking only streets. It is located on a cul de sac. A well appointed hotel with a welcoming staff, elevator or easy wide stair walk to rooms. Breakfast was a very nice selection. Room has nice furnishings and a wonderful, up to date bathroom. Very pleased with this hotel.
Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great espresso, and great room. Only negative was that the shower was a bit tight, and I am not a big man.
I was able to hone my Italian skills, as my second generation Italian was a bit rusty. Although the staff understood and spoke English, I insisted they communicate with me in Italian, just to test my memory.
Did I mention that the espresso was Great?
