Para nuestros planes de visita a La Puglia, la ubicació resultó exclente. El hotel y su personal estuvieron impecables, con habitaciones muy cómodas, luminosas, extremadamente limpias y un equipamiento óptimo para nuestras necesidades. Impecable el estacionamiento del hotel. El único punto a mejorar sería el desayuno. La atención del personal fue siempre de excelencia, con un café siempre disponible y muy bueno, pero las opciones para comer no fueron muchas y promedio en calidad y variedad.

this hotel deserves every superlative, unless you need a swimming pool and gym, and unless you go to bed very early--there are wedding receptions almost every night. that said, the property itself and the rooms approach relais chateaux standards. the buffet breakfast is total quality. the staff is meticulous. bicycles are available to guests who want to cruise polignano. I recommend this place without reservation.

Check-in time was scheduled to end at 8pm but delays on our train route from Milan and in obtaining our rental car made us very late. The front desk team stayed in touch with us by What's App and accomodated our late arrival in a personalized manner. We stayed in a rebuilt trullo that was clean, highly functional and historic....
