The location and staff are excellent. Upstairs at 33 is near restaurants, tourist sites, the train station, and other amenities. My room was lovely and Misha checked me in and answered all of my questions. It's a great place to stay in Worcester!

We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. Excellent restaurant - a chef who ensures every part of your dish is tasty and wholesome. Even breakfast was good. I had a cheap room but it was still a good size and the bathroom was a proper size, not a closet conversion as you often see in old houses. I only booked the hotel on a whim and was quite pleased.
Oh, and the view is amazing. Territorial view for miles, over the tops of the forest and gardens on the hillside. The driveway is narrow and the parking a little crowded, but...
Lovely property. Top quality furnishings and well thought out. The large walk-in shower with rain shower head was wonderful. The space was well laid-out and beautifully designed. It felt like a home. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, and in walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.
