The staff are always lovely and this trip, Kay really stood out as an exceptional server. She was so friendly and kind and made sure everyone was enjoying their stay. "Great location on Loch Lomond with a ton of restaurants and bars nearby, and literally a 3 minute walk to the boat cruises and train station. Nice little convenience store on the corner for snacks and drinks and breakfast. Parking was great, they had a spacious lot right next to and behind the hotel, very easy. It was a budget stay and the room was in line with that, no frills but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Restaurant was closed while we were there."

"The Inverary Inn was charming. It is an older building, but very well maintained, with a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Our room was quite spacious and we had a lovely view of the loch outside. The hotel is close to Inverary Castle and the entire area is very walkable. You do need to be aware that there is not elevator in the hotel, but they offered to help with bags if we needed the help. We can recommend this as a very nice place to stay."
