"The staff and service was all top notch. The facilities were great although they were starting to age. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. The only thing That I found to be a annoying was the WiFi, it was slow, spotty, and unreliable, not real important to me but could be for some people"

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time."

"This place is awesome! Our hotel room was on the 16th floor and the view was overlooking at the pool and the golf course. Excellent staff from check-in to the end of our stay. We were treated as VIPs! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Check-in was fast & efficient. Room was not in a good state. Floor was dirty (my blackened sole of my foot is a testament of this). Refrigerator was leaking & there was a large puddle of water on the bottom level of the fridge as well as on the floor outside the fridge. Both the bathroom lighted mirrors were not working. These were almost the identical problems in the current room 203 as what I experienced last month in room 302. And this room is supposedly to be the top category room in the hotel. "
