"Inside our room was very nice, heated floors in bathroom and amazing views. Breakfast was fair- same choices for all 3 days we were there. By the 3rd day, the bacon was hard as a rock and inedible. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. The prices were very high even for Greenland standards. The pumpkin soup was delicious, musk ox burger tasty. Crème brûlée was delicious. Service in the restaurant very poor. Never offered water and waiter never came by to see if we needed anything else. We had to go find someone to pay the bill at end of meal. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Shuttle driver to airport very nice and friendly. Room was clean and beds comfy Outside of hotel can use some paint."

"1 NUuk is not a cheap place to visit. This self contained apartment was close to the supermarkets and well equipped so we could be independent. Located in the old part of the town made everything walkable"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but very good breakfast included, and coffee and tea available all day. Clean and comfortable room. I was able to book a boat tour with them and accommodated me with included airport transfer for my airplane glacier tour. Highly recommended, and a non profit so for a very good cause."

"The hotel is new and is very clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to museums, churches, the ice fjord, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful with information about the hotel, town and excursions. The view of the icebergs from the room and the restaurant on the top floor are amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ilulissat."
