Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Romer's. We came in on the subway from JFK, and it was about 1 block walk from the subway station. We came to eat food and see the museums, and Hell's Kitchen is ground zero for foodies! We found great places to eat within a 15 minute walking distance. Two things we didn't prepare for. I stayed here with 3 others and our room was massive! Perfect place for a group larger than 2! Also loved that we had a kitchen. I would recommend the room with two queen beds for next time (sofa bed is more than okay but will def get the two beds next time! Will definitely be recommending.

This was an amazing place to stay. EVERYONE is friendly. The room is clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. The air gets so cold. The rooftop bar has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time.

Swimming pool and MarketPlace. I did not like the area around the off grounds of the Hotel. There were Drug Addicts and Mentally Unstable People near the Hotel Area.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

The location was perfect! Time square was just a short walk away. The hotel staff was fabulous. We loved it and will stay again.

So happy we stayed here. Location is great and the hotel has everything you need. If you are visiting NY, and interested in what happens outside of your room in the city, instead of the superficial amenities or the plastic luxury of cookie-cutter hotels, the St. James is perfect. Clean, wonderful staff, unbeatable location, and at a price that makes sense. Great place!

The hotel was clean, perfectly located to MSG and Penn Station. The coffee was hot, the breakfast nice and the staff extremely kind and helpful. It is a well used hotel- things were a bit worn in the room but everything worked! High room gets you a higher view of the building directly beside you, not worth the extra price. We had a really good time at Planet Hollywood. We upgraded to a suite and it was better than anticipated. The rooms have been updated! They were very spacious and we had a great view of the strip. My daughter had lost her small wallet at the casino. The security was amazing!! They found the wallet within approximately an hour from the time she lost it. It was a huge relief! One of the custodians had turned it in when they were cleaning. We’d stay again without question!

The valet guy was super rude and mean! He told me “ I’m only being nice because you have your daughter with you.” The two registered receptionist were also rude, they said “ we called you when you were next in line now you have to wait because it’s your fault you didn’t hear”, when we were only tired after driving six hours to get to Vegas and it was 1 o’clock in the morning. Aside from that the property is super luxurious and clean, all the amenities are in line and great condition.
