Friendly staff, good hotel, everything worked, comfortable bed, good breakfast… parking was little bit confusing to find

The hotel was excellent! The gentleman that checked me in was great and very kind. The parking area was sufficient and located directly next door to the hotel. The room was nice and spacious comfortable beds, pillows, and a small fridge. The breakfast had a variety of dishes and the food was good. Staff in the dining area were not very kind, nor did they seem to interact with guests.

staff was superb, great roof-top bar & food. Dollar was extra strong in Serbia, thus great stay. Only hotel I would stay at while in Belgrade PERIOD.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing stay! Spotless rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and everything was perfect. The pool and gym were exactly what I needed, and having three fantastic restaurants in the hotel was a huge bonus. If you’re visiting Prishtina, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a 2 night stay and found this hotel to be excellent in every way. The room was comfortable & spacious, the breakfast was excellent, their restaurant is Michelin recommended and we agree. Location is good fairly close walking to the old city. The staff were wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major sites and museums. Public transportation (buses and trolleys) were very efficient and free. Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

Nice chic hotel right in old town shopping area. Convenient to sights n restaurants. 10 min walk to fortress. Would recommend to splurge for a bigger room. Very compact yet have all modern amenities n necessities. Even have Netflix n prime on tv! Front desk very helpful. FYI the hotel is in no car zone. One block of walking w suitcase from main drop off street.

My room was clean and everything worked well. The location was very convenient to the center. Although no cars are permitted in the area, the walk was very short. The front staff were very helpful and informative. One staff member even agreed to return a key to my hotel in Mostar. She went out of her way to help. Much appreciated.

Fresh , comfortable hotel in a quiet location with excellent service. Great restaurant.

Our junior suite here had a king bed in one room and a totally separate ultra-slick, ultra-modern living room, complete with small dining table and kitchen area. At first we were disappointed that the room had no view but it was so comfortable that we soon forgot this! Its located right in the heart of Belgrade. Although its not very far from the train station its uphill all the way and you don’t get a great impression of the neighborhood until close to the hotel.

This was a short visit so we very much appreciated how well located we were for seeing Belgrade in the limited time we had. We managed everything on the list except for the inside of the fortress as it is closed on Mondays. The hotel decor was also lovely and the room was very comfortable.
