"Excellent location! Staff, especially concierge Srdan, who is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable, were terrific. Two items were kind of a bummer: no TV for 5 out of 13 days' stay, and no offer for free breakfast or other reduction. Also, be sure to ask for a room that faces the museum. For such a long stay, you'd think they'd want me to be happy...I finally asked for a lighter, less depressing room and got it, but had to pay an extra 20 euros per night. It also had two single beds instead of a bigger bed, so it was not as comfy as it should have been. Car service to the airport (at 3 am!) was excellent."
"Location is as good as it gets. Breakfast is fantastic (love the yogurt options). Staff is wonderful. Rooms are nice. It’s a bit “older” of a hotel, so the room furniture feels slightly outdated (but still very nice). "
"The hospitality was amazing. I was only there a few hours due to a snowstorm, but the front desk went above and beyond. For that alone I recommend staying here. You can teach or buy hospitality, either you have it or you don’t, and they do!"
