"The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom.
The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap."
