"While the resort is amazing and the service excellent, the resort is very expensive. Adice: Book all your dinner restaurants before you get there. Otherwise, you will get there and find out no reservations available for your whole trip in the restaurants and then have to go to the buffet and pay at least $56 + drinks per person. The restaurants are also quite expensive. So, advise you to look for options outside the resort though a bit limited sometimes if you don't have a car."
"Quite average, we only stayed here as we had a lot of activities do in the south of the island and were out and about most days. Only complaints I have is the gecko problem as they can be quite distressing to see during the night. Was unable to sleep as they kept making noises and made me very uncomfortable during the night so had a few restless nights unfortunately. Staff were really helpful but they may need to be more through when cleaning typical gecko hiding spots"

Need to book restaurants (couldn’t get in on the night and couldn’t book as we were out the whole day x2 (Kaushal helped us)

"The resort feels very much like it is run for the shareholders not the guests. The grounds and facilities are well maintained but if you actually want to use them, you'll likely be disappointed.
Most activities required multiple days notice or just got taken off the menu with a poor excuse. We were half board and were supposed to be able to dine at the beach restaurant. We tried multiple times and later found out that they don't let many guests eat there, they hold the tables for walk ins. This is why it is mainly empty when they say that they don't have any space.
Random charges were applied to our bill and they also gave it in euros with a bad rate. This was corrected but is typical of the wallet squeeze. Drinks were expensive and it felt like staff were only really interested if you were spending a lot on extras."

Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times
Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!)
Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities.
Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking!
Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."
