Anyone who is looking for a great resort with impeccable service should stay here. We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in mid-January 2017 and couldn't have been more pleased. Rooms are fantastic as they all have balconies and are ocean view. We have been all over the Caribbean and I would rate the Cliff as one of the top resorts I have been too. Took a week-long trip with my girlfriend in late July 2015 and stayed in the oceanfront room. Grounds/staff: The grounds are extremely well-kept and every single member of the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The ambiance is highly relaxing and extremely quiet; not what my girlfriend and I were expecting in Jamaica, but isn't necessarily a bad thing. My husband and I were so lucky to book the Polish Princess Guest House. Beautiful accommodation, friendly atmosphere and a great location. You receive more than you pay for! The two story town house is located on the cliff facing the ocean, with spectacular view. I can’t say enough how beautiful this property is. My wife and I just had the most incredible 4 night stay at GoldenEye for our anniversary. We stayed in one of the Lagoon Cottages which was very roomy and comfortable. We loved being directly on the lagoon where we could swim, kayak or just sit and watch the turtles go by. We enjoyed the beaches and pools on the property as well. It's a secluded piece of heaven. You feel like you've entered the lost garden of Eden. This hotel is situated in the mountain where you feel like your living in the rainforest and are on an island to yourself. The views are to die for and you feel like a celebrity (even though I've heard there are tons of famous artist that stay here for their studios and exclusivity). Everything is amazing at this resort. Every aspect is picture perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Half-Moon and was pleasantly surprised by everything the resort offered. The only issue we had was the cost for beverages and food. The all-inclusive plan was absolutely absurd at $210 a person per day so we stuck with the pay as you go plan. Average meal for dinner will run you no less than $120 a couple.

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

What a find! One of the nicest, friendliest staff we've ever encountered. The owner Sonia, even came by and greeted everyone in the vicinity. Room was comfortable, roomy, clean. Many places to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Oh so picturesque, nestled in such lush tropical landscaping. Will definitely go there again

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson.
