This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

Great new Hotel with friendly and helpful staff with excellent accommodations

The staff was very helpful, especially ordering me a ride from the airport at midnight. Breakfast was ordered from a menu with hot and cold choices. I think this is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Close to the castle area so you can beat the crowd

First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing. At the very top of our list of memorable hotels!

Beautiful common areas with a warm welcoming staff eager to please in every way.

First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.

We always stay at Queens Court when visiting Budapest as it is consistently well staffed, professional, clean, and well located for our purpose’s. It is upper middle price range and worth it.

We love this hotel! The building and courtyard are very old and awesome! The courtyard is full of flowers, plants, trees and is, in itself, just an amazing place. Through the glass roof, you can see into the breakfast bar. The staff is incredible: welcoming us as we first arrived and always being willing to help us with our many questions. Very friendly staff and great location close to everything: restaurants, museums and monuments. Breakfast was boring but still ok. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful surprise hotel in the heart of Pest, in the Jewish Quarter. Very clean, large rooms, great shower and bed. Has an extensive breakfast buffet. 10 min walk to the Basilica in one direction and the Grand Synagogue in the other.

Reception staff was very friendly, cleaners also, rooms were very tidy and clean, breakfast amazing with lots of healthy and non healthy choices! Everything was perfect. 9/10 thanks!

Wow. We loved this hotel. We stayed here our first 2 nights in Budapest and we couldn't help but compare every other hotel we stayed at with it. The staff were so friendly! it is on top of a hill very clean area and a 10 min walk to the busy city. Very nice hotel and friendly staff I would recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Budapest but you need to take care of the below: after I have paid on Expedia my stay in Buda castle hotel plus I have paid the taxes I was surprised on my check out that the hotel has asked for a city tax for room stay which they said was not included in the total taxes mentioned in Expedia and they haven't mentioned it on Expedia...

The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again
