Luxury Hotels in Colombia

I have traveled a lot. This was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Jota (Jay) and his wife, Monica were the best hosts ever!! The property is amazing! Monica cooked a traditional breakfast from scratch! They helped with transportation and helped me practice my Spanish!! I highly recommend this place especially if you are a Lord of the Rings fan!! I will 100% be back here!!!

Excellent location. Staff that makes you feel you are at home. Different options of beverage and food. A lot of security Again: the service was unbeatable.

Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming. At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.

The best location in the city

Enjoyed our three nights stay at a suite at the FOUR SEASONS. Area around the hotel is super walkable for dining, shopping, etc.. breakfast buffet, added bonus. Staff all around the hotel, including the front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange wonderful tours of an arrival. Heard Zona Rosa was the best place to stay in Bogotá and I can confirm that. Everything in the area is pricey, but is well worth it and it’s super safe.

Great place. Relaxing pool. Impeccable service…sometimes almost too attentive. Room was lovely. Recommend the deluxe room with butler service. The butler made so many last-minute dinner reservations for us at the most popular places in town.

We just stayed there and it was amazing. The place is really relaxing the food is a 5 start everything was so good. I would definitely come back.

The staff, especially Hernan, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Hernan took care of us - made recommendations for restaurants and islands, booked our reservations and made sure everything was good even on his day off. The facility is beautiful and very cozy. The chef makes delicious breakfast every morning. Best location.

Great stay, everything was excellent, cleanliness of the room, amenities, too much to list.

We were given access to the executive room, which turned out to be great, because if we got in late with the kids we were able to give them a quick dinner there and then put them to sleep. The staff is very accomodating and helpful, and will do anything they can to make your stay a pleasant one.

I am a tough customer and I tell you absolutely great hotel

The hotel is extremely good, and the staff takes care of the guests very well. The manager is also onsite, and for a brief clarification required, she ensured that she understood the situation and made adjustments immediately. One feedback - the restaurant staff could be a bit more efficient and take better care of the guests. The prices for the breakfast items we ordered, seemed to be different from the menu shared with us and when we pointed it out to the restaurant, their only response was...

We had an amazing experience at Terrazas, it is centrally located close to many of the major sights in Cartagena. Service was excellent, our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, the view from the hotel was magnificent. The breakfast didn’t offer many choices but was delicious. We would certainly stay there again. Thank you!
