"As an American, it would’ve been really nice to have a microwave inside the room. Other than that one thing, we had a great day. The staff was always there to help in anything that we needed."
"El desayuno espectacular. Abundante y variado, con un servicio de atención del personal pendientes si estábamos satisfechos, había comida local, huevos, panes, mermeladas, frutas, todo tipo de degustaciones
El hotel con buena ubicación, cerca del mercado central "
"The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty variety of Cambodian and Western items. The staff is extremely attentive and are always going the extra step to ensure the guest is totally satisfied. The rooms are large with amenities such as a small refrigerator, kettle and toiletries. The bed was soft and cozy. The rooms have stunning woodwork throughout. Bottom line this is a five star establishment. The Ox Tail restaurant on site offers extreme luxury in fine dinning. Actually this was the best, most well equipped Hotel/Resort I have ever had the pleasure of staying at."
"Pretty nice hotel, good central location, clean, very friendly staff, pool is pretty nice (although be careful if you are over 5'9" tall), but a couple of things: their 'newer' wifi light switches have their wires crossed (i.e. toilet light puts on 'make up room light', and in the dark you end up switching on/off all the lights to find one, etc). Room has kettle and green tea (nice), but does not have coffee (even when asked at front desk), not even instant Nescafe and the coffee shop in front lobby is more expensive than state side (although good coffee)."
