"Staff was polite, professional, and exceptionally attentive to customer needs. Rooms were clean, bathroom had wall to wall marble, but the carpet should be replaced. Hotel paid breakfast buffet was unmatched compared any hotels in the world. Living in the USA for 46 years, and traveling all over the world, I have never come across such varieties of breakfast food ever. "
"The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. I stayed here twice, first at the start of my holiday and then at the end. The rooms are of a good standard, comparable to a good western hotel. Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of variety. The hotel is currently being refurbished throughout and the hotel is taking its time to make sure they have every detail right. Even so, you would not notice any of this work going on. By the summer it should have been completed and will include a swimming pool. When I come back to Bangladesh I will be sure to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone coming here. "
