"The breakfast was not included in the package we had to pay for it. Housekeeping came and didn’t refill the soap in the shower I stepped out of the shower for the soap on the sink and stepped back in and fell down in the tub , I left in pain and am still in pain."
"Property was well maintained, clean and good location.
Bathroom gets flooded tho when taking a shower.
Had breakfast buffet at the market restaurant,coffee is 5 out of 10 for flavor, egg station was good but i dont think its worth $35 each person. We got our bill and 15% tip was not shown to us until we got the final bill after we added another 20% tip. Talked to the manager and nobody even apologized. Not sure thats how they do their gratuity?!
But it was a relaxing stay!"

The staff were all nice but we didnt get help bringing our luggage to the room, the hallway is carpeted and our room was like 2 blocks away!

Nice beach and pool. The only downside is that it gets very crowded from 11 to 3 because of the cruise ships.
