"This is a fantastic resort! The room was clean and comfortable and looked just like the website photos. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were -- every single one of them -- friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Lady Sara, the concierge, can fix up any excursions a guest might want to do.
There is a nice pool area with slides for the kids. There are hammocks and games and loungers available. We had a lagoon room, which was peaceful and enchanting. The beach has nice sand and good swimming, with plenty of sea creatures to look at. Good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The resort offers a tasty breakfast, too. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had a wonderful time!"

"The staff and service was impeccable! My room was spotless. The food was so good with so many choices. They also offered Gluten Free options. Our trip was in February and it was 70 degrees, the pools are heated so that was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Any questions or concerns you had, they were there to help you on the spot. The room was always clean. I went in early February so it was a little chilly, but the sun was always shining, and never any rain. Food was amazing everywhere, especially down by the marina. But things were very expensive. That was the only downside. It’s a beautiful place and a beautiful place for a family vacation. Just be prepared to spend a few extra dollars."
