"Room was excellent ocean view and pool view spotlessly clean excellent we loved the shower enjoyed the breakfast lunch and dinner we ate mostly at the buffet nightly
Which was great .Soups were good would had the chicken noodle soup every night but u had it only one night even thought o had the other soups nightly. Except fish
The staff is excellent especially i enjoy seeing the older gentlemen been there since we started coming cant remeber his name but welcomes us like we are family when u opened we come everyyr same time and we come because of the service and staff We saw the reno the front wall down and we come back because of the people that work for u

"Beautiful property and wide range of dining options and activities available. The variety and quality of the dining experiences, along with the numerous activities, made my stay enjoyable.
The rooms were another highlight - spacious, clean, and comfortable.
I used the fitness centre during my stay, and while it was adequate, I felt it could benefit from being larger and having more equipment. It was fine when not too many people were using it, but it felt cramped during busier periods.
I have a suggestion regarding the lounge chairs by the pool. I noticed many chairs were left reserved for extended periods without anyone using them. Implementing a policy allowing people 30 minutes to return to their lounge chairs would be beneficial. This way, more guests could enjoy the pool area, and chairs wouldn't remain empty for long periods.

"We loved our stay. The beds were so comfortable, the sofa was so nice to lounge on and the room was clean and spacious. The purified water tastes off and the bottled water on the resort is atrociously priced but you can walk to a grocery store to get some normal tasting water. We liked all the walking but someone else might not like the distance to the other amenities. We loved that the Starbucks opened at 6am in the lobby of the reef. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to go back. "
"Came for my wifes 50th b'day. They upgraded up to the 17th floor. Amazing view. Had a great time. So much to do and see. Was there for 4 nights and wished we stayed for another night. The resturants were good, but pricy. Nobu was a disappointment... spent $200 and left hungry (over-rated in my opinion). The lazy river was amazing and actually had rapids. The staff was accomodating and super friendly. Very romantic and beautiful beach. "
