"This was a booking for my mother-in-law. Originally booked for 2 nights we had to extend her stay by one night due to a flight cancellation caused by an airline strike. I had to make a separate booking for one night and asked the staff to make sure they don't move her into another room. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. "

Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me.
