"O Hyatt foi uma decepção! Nós escolhemos conhecer Mendoza durante a Festa da Vendimia onde o Hyatt tem papel importante. Entretanto, não poderíamos imaginar que as diária absurdas não incluíssem os eventos do próprio hotel. Apesar da localização privilegiada, durante as festividades o Hotel se preocupa mais em faturar com eventos privados do que acolher seus hóspedes. Os eventos realizados no hotel são cobrados a parte e pior, no momento do check-in já não haviam mais ingressos disponíveis para os hóspedes. Ou seja, os hóspedes são obrigados a conviver com pessoas estranhas, num verdadeiro caos… sem ao menos poder usufruir da programação."
"Our room at this classic hotel was clean, large and comfortable. AC worked well and the shower had incredible water pressure. We liked the central location as it was close to points of interest. The neighborhood was very walkable and we enjoyed exploring Avenida de Mayo. There was plenty of shopping and we found several nice restaurants. "
"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."
