"PROS: Great location. Large, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Reusable water bottles and refill stations on each floor. Efficient room service. Coffee pot and snacks available in the room.
CONS: Bathroom was small and needs updating. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was watered down. No refrigerator in the room. The lobby doesn't have any seating.
Overall, our stay was smooth. It's an old building, so yes, things are creaky and old. The staff was lovely. I would recommend it, if you're looking for convenient location with a value price."
"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."
"The staff María and Elena, gave us a lot of help. they were excellent! the hotel location is near from everything. the room was clean. we absolutly stay there again"
