"Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic location, and beautiful lobby area, including the bars and restaurant. Cocktails in the library bar were high quality. Very comfortable bed, but the walls are very thin, meaning lots of noise consistently audible from other rooms. "

"We chose this property for our recent trip to Toronto as the property came highly recommended. Unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectation. Our bed had blood stained sheets and the response by management was deplorable. We brought it to their attention and was met with a response with an undertone of blame. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Downtown Toronto area and this was immensely disappointing. "

"Excellent hotel, loved the location, size of property and the rooms were huge. All facilities, rooms, bar, restaurant were clean, modern and tidy. Only fallback was no breakfast options."

"Too busy. Atrium area is like a train station. I dont like tipping in genral, but especially not for serving staff that dont make an effort - but when it is 20% already on the ticket most people dont want to make a fuss. Desk staff were quite good. Rooms were basic/functional Rooms cleaned nicely each day Weird thing with the bar/Starbucks going on. Never managed to get a starbucks because the que was too long. This is a shame because the destination fee is used as a credit for this and if you dont use it, you lose it"

"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

"It was a beautiful hotel right in the heart of New York City “TIMES SQUARE”. Hotel was so clean, the breakfast at the Cafe was wonderful I would definitely book here again anytime any day."
