Hemos estado alojados en este hotel hace apenas unos días. Nuestra primera vez en Nueva York y la verdad es que sin ninguna pega. El Hotel perfectamente ubicado, limpio, buen trato del personal y la habitación con todas las comodidades. La cama muy cómoda, algo de agradecer cuanto estás 12 horas al día caminando. Maquína de café y té a tu disposición todos los días en la habitación. A 2 minutos de Times Square y a 50 metros del edificio de oficinas del periódico The New York Times. Para repetir sin duda!

Hemos tenido una estancia completamente satisfactoria. El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion de uso individual, por lo que la mañana siguiente pedimos un cambio, y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratis a una king size. Siendo una habitación mucho mejor que la otra, pudimos comprobar que la calidad de la pequeña es igual que la superior. Las habitaciones de este hotel son pequeñas en general, pero el estado de las mismas es muy bueno. Los colchones son geniales. El mobiliario es justo. Tiene plancha y tabla de planchar, y caja fuerte. Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, incluso ipads disponibles para el cliente, wifi gratis en el lobby, bascula para pesar las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto, mesa de billar. Ofrecen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto privado, por poco mas que un taxi. Si vuelvo a NY no dudaria en volver a este hotel. Y el personal excelente, correctisimo y amable, dispuesto a ayudar dentro de sus posibilidades. No tengo ninguna queja en absoluto, a pesar de que he visto muchos comentarios negativos por internet en general para todos los hoteles. Esta claro que la gente tiende mas a criticar cuando las cosas van mal que cuando van bien. Los ascensores son muy rapidos y nunca tuvimos que hacer cola, aun estando en la ultima planta alojados. La ubicación magnifica, en pleno times square. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

"Great location, great service"
Great location on the edge of Chinatown. Just a few blocks to Little Italy and close to multiple subway station stops. Only one elevator. If you're on the top floors you may be waiting a few moments. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but they accommodate and have contracted with a local cafe a few doors down. The free breakfast menu was rather large. "Little Gem !"
We had a great 4 nights stay at the hotel which is situated across the road from Colombus Park and easy to miss if you blink. The hotel is clean, comfortable with a good standard of decoration. During our stay we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room which was very clean was much larger than expected. When we got into the hotel, the clerk charged an additonal $100+ for two nights over the price we paid online.
"Good choice"
Nice hotel on the edge of Chinatown- quiet. Good location for lower Manhattan- walk to Village,Little Italy, SoHo, Chelsea and Tribeca. Very clean and new. Two blocks off Canal which is slightly dodgy but fine nonetheless. Up the block from 3 Chinese Funeral homes! Room is small. Nice bathroom. Strongly reccomend.
"Reasonably priced hotel in Chinatown"
Okay, so Chinatown isn't really where you want to stay when you go to New York. However, this hotel is new, clean, and reasonably priced, and you don't find a lot of that in New York. It's easy enough to get to where you want to go and you do avoid the tourist crowds. My husband and I arrived on a redeye flight and were extremely tired...we went to […] the hotel around 9 am and asked about the possibility of an early check in. There was quite a bit of confusion over the fact that I'd booked two rooms and cancelled one (they still had two reserved), but after some to-ing and fro-ing we worked something out. They were very accomodating in letting us check in quite early, at about 10 am, which was great. The room was HUGE by NYC standards, especially for the price. It was very clean and modern, and the water pressure was excellent (which you really appreciate after an overnight flight!). As the hotel is in Chinatown and caters to Chinese guests, there are a lot of extra Mandarin channels on tv. Hotel is about two blocks from Canal St and subways, and there are two parking garages nearby if you are driving. I didn't eat breakfast (which is included), but my husband said it was just okay. I'd definitely stay at the Hotel Mulberry again, but I'm not sure I'd suggest it to first time visitors to NYC simply due to its location. If you're a regular visitor, this is definitely a good option, although I get the feeling the prices will skyrocket over the next year just like all the East Village hotels have. Leer más

"Hotel Mulberry"
Hotel is new and therefore clean. Staff is reasonably helpful. Location is not at all convenient to anything except Chinatown. No subway nearby. While we prefer staying in the lower area of Manhattan this will definitely be our last time staying in this area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The value was terrific, especially compared to other hotels in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I go to NY.

Very satisfied. Conflict in room booking, but the hotel manager communicated with me to arrange everything to my satisfaction. Friendly staff, great location. All in all a wonderful experience and comfortable stay.

Great little hotel right by Chinatown. Wonderful service. Rooms are clean and confortable. Their in-room pamphlet does not mention wireless internet but it is available! Ask reception for the code. The breakfast is served 2 doors down at a cafe. Nothing fancy but very good none the less. Definetely a good find.

"Mulberry Hotel New York - midt i China Town"
Rigtig fint hotel med udsigt over Colombus Park hvor der hver morgen var en livlig aktivitet med kinesere der motionerede og dansede. Service var i top og morgenmaden var udemærket. Der var utroligt stille, taget i betragtning at det ligger i China Town

We stayded 4 night in june 2011 and 3 nights in Novotel on Times Square. Novotel hade a half star better rating but hotel Mulberry is a lot more value for the money compared to the big hotel chaine.
