Mejoren el servicio de limpieza porque en los cuatro dias que estuve hospedado, solo 2 veces hicieron la limpieza de la habitación.

Excelente hotel, la verdad me gusto mucho y muy recomendable

Nos encantó el hotel. Nos dieron la planta 55 mirando al Strip. Muy moderno, decoración relacionada con el mundo del cine, perfectamente situado y perfectamente conectado al Strip por un centro comercial increíble. El Casino era moderno y muy animado. The hotel was great! We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that was HUGE! The lcoation was perfect and centrally located. Walking to the strip was easy and not that long. This hotel is pretty ghetto. Elevators are a nightmare. First night took me 20 minutes to get in the elevator. Three elevators were broken, one of which the mirrors against the back wall of the elevator were cracked from obvious drunks getting wild. Had the one bedroom connected to our friends studio apartment (make sure to get it reserved that way) I recommend getting a floor that is above the parking garage Amazing room did not notice the dust everyone was talking about but our friends in the studio apartment said it was bad My only two negatives were the toilet had not been cleaned and someone […] who was there before us peed and what ever else it was down the side of it. Came here for the weekend with my GF, was concered about the reviews, long check in time, no valet parking, hated the entrance being thru a mall, etc. Got there, valet was full, followed signs to self park, had no problem. Followed signs to PH Towers Wesgate entrance, no problem. Checked in at 430pm on Friday, no more then 5 minutes to get it done. […] Payed a few $ extra to get upgraded to a room on the 55th floor rather then the 5th, well worth it. Unpacked, walked down to the mall and made our way to the strip. The Mile mall is really a freaking mile, if not more. The GF and I found it pretty cool though that we could go thru the left or right side of the mall to get to the strip, every time was different. The room we booked was a 1 Bdrm Suite, with spa tob. Spa tub did its job of relaxing when we would get back from a long day of being out and about. The room was well decorated, modern, we took food and drinks to put in the fridge. Very disappointed, rooms dirty, no valet available ever. They've let this property go to pot , it's a shame. They said Hilton will be taking over soon, maybe will be different then.

This was my first time staying at PH Towers and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the suites! We stayed at a two-bedroom suite and there was plenty of room! I loved that it came with kitchen and big projector screen in the living room. I would definitely come back again!

Fantastically Appointed room, with a giant window facing the strip. Comfy bed, Hollywood Theme.. The Room was pretty dirty though obviously having had one too many lavish evenings spent in it. The Cleaning staff were pretty quick to arrive after a complaint though

My husband chose this hotel for its location on the strip and the fact that you didn't have to walk thru a casino to get any where. That made it a bit more quiet and comfortable. On the other hand, it is attached to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants which made my day. Suites are large with separate bedrooms and equipped with everything. I was please with everything about this hotel but it has No business center. That is a problem for me.

The hotel PH west gate was the best so far hotel. It was clean and we actually got upgraded into a suite. I would definitely would stay again.

The hotel is good, smoke free, clean air. But the room is NOT clean and some amenities were broken.

We stayed at the PH Towers and had a great time. The room was spectacular. As other reviews had recommended we upgraded for $10/night to an upper level room. They were only able to place us on the 30th level, but we still LOVED the view. The room had 5, yes 5 tvs! My husband loved the projector screen because football was on when we arrived. I didn't […] mind as I was planning a relaxing soak in the jet tub, which was amazing. Everything worked well, and even though the whole time we had our "do not disturb" light on, housekeeping called everyday just to make sure we did not want them. I appreciated this because it would be very easy for someone to accidently push the 'no housekeeping' button and not realize it. The elevator ride got to us every time the first 2 days, but by the 3rd we must have gotten used to it. We loved how the hotel opens out into the miracle mile shops.... very convieniant! I would recommend, and HAVE recommended this hotel to anyone. I would love to go again soon, but Vegas took a hit on us, as it always does. =) Leer más

hotel is nice home like feeling but dirty rooms u find things like pills from last people , hair on floor , bathroom, shower head needs service calcified head. beside that its ok oh to add u get nickel and dimed for higher floor .

38th floor one bedroom king suite was super sweet!! Great view of the Vegas Strip, full kitchen and living room. 5 TV's including 20 foot by 12 foot projection TV.

I stayed here when they were first built and loved it so thought I would return last week (Jan 2012). It was incredibly disappointing. Nothing in the room worked correctly, the room service telephone receptionist was rude and immature and the food was horrible. I will not return.

According to staff Westgate has lost this license and this property may become a hilton in future. Anyway, everything is just "ok" - Not much of a value and not that convenient. Nothing was bad hense its just and OK hotel.

Best rooms - space and amenities! On the strip too.

Stayed here for CES show....location was not optimal for this since had quite a walk to monorail and strip...great views since I paid extra to be on upper floors....housekeeping very good when they came...we had no hot water on last day which was a disappointment and had to plead to get some money back....stereo in living room had audio issues...overall […] satisfied with rooms and staff. This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and loved it again! Comfortable great service and very convenient to anything you want. When faced with a choice of the PH towers or casino I stay here!!!!

We've stayed at the PH Towers 3 times and have found it to be an excellent value. New and non-smoking (a huge plus) and walking distance to the heart of town. Only problem is the somewhat confusing access to the drop-off, valet area. If you are driving east on the road you cannot turn left into the entry and have to go past the hotel and find a place […] a block or so further on to turn around and then enter it with a right turn. No pans in the kitchen, what's the point of having a 'kitchen'? The reception is very poor in the room, even in the lobby. No complimentary service at all. Our room was not cleaned the second night. The room was nice and luxury. I think it is good for a group of people

The PH casino is around 10 min walk form Towers Westgate which is uncomfortable! If you don't like to walk and prefer an easy access to casino DO NOT stay in Towers Westgate.

We love the one bedroom suites in PH Towers. It is so comfortable and spacious and the projection TV is an welcome feature. We entertained 8 people to dinner comfortably in the room over the holidays. However, service remains a problem. We asked for paper towels, coffee and garbage bags, and they never arrived. We grabbed a maid the next day and got […] our requests. On Christmas Day, although we had "make up the room" sign, the room was never serviced. Our maid stated that one person from our room whom she met in the hallway, stated that we did not need our room serviced. However, our worst experience was with the barman at the lobby bar, around midnight on Dec. 26. Five of us arrived at the bar. We asked for a menu and were informed, curtly, "we don't do specialty drinks". Five drinks were ordered, mine being a Cosmopolitan. He then proceeded to chat with my very attractive prospective daughter-in-law and delayed the serving of the drinks while he had this conversation. He then gave us our drinks in PLASTIC glasses. Having paid an average of $10 a drink, I asked for glass. He then gave me a tumbler, not a martini glass. I can understand he was at the end of a long, frustrating day, but that is no excuse for bad service and a rude attitude. Overall, PH Towers is good value and I always like to stay there because of its ease of parking (although closing some floors from 3 - 9 a.m. was very frustrating), its proximity to Miracle Mile Shops and its very comfortable room, at a reasonable rate. After staying at Aria, Vdara, the Trump, the Flamingo, the Cosmopolitan, and the Stratosphere... This stay was one of the most convenient thus far. The hotel is conveniently located in what I consider to be the center of the strip. It's near the hot hotels, and has plenty to do downstairs at the Miracle Mile shops and eateries. That's the biggest plus […] when booking with this hotel. The Studio Suite was nice for a little suite. It includes a refrigerator and microwave, single sink in the bathroom and one sink at the wet bar. It does not have a separate shower and tub that I prefer in "suites", but it was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable although a little short, so if you're 6 feet, you may start to worry. The biggest negative was that the valet was FULL. this means we had to haul our luggage through the shops and the lobby, then up to our room all by ourselves. I always prefer the valet with bellman assistance upon check-in. This hotel is SO POPULAR because of its self parking and miracle mile shops, that it's nearly impossible to find parking during the day, and the valet is full on the weekends for sure. I didn't appreciate that =( If you pack light and don't mind carrying your own bags, this hotel isn't so bad. Great location and typically a decent price. Leer más

Some of the WORST SERVICE I've had from hotels in Vegas - and I visit Vegas very often. First of all, we booked two 2-bdrm suites, but they couldn't put us on the same floor, even on a Friday afternoon on a non-busy weekend. Not to mention, it took a long time at the front desk to book our room; about a 15-minute wait accompanied by a 25-minute booking. Next, […] I booked this type of room because it has a projector in it. My projector bulb burned out every 10 minutes and PH Towers didn't fix it before my 3-day stay ended on Sunday! One of the few things that separate this room from other hotels (Palazzo, Wynn-Encore, Cosmopolitan) and it broke. The automatic shades were ridiculous finicky and slow to operate, and so were the remaining TVs. Finally, here's the kicker - I asked to check out at noon on Sunday. First few calls: nobody picked up at the front desk (about 9am). Not a big surprise because it was like this all weekend. I finally finagle through the phone system and what'd they say? "NO. For an additional $30 option, you can check out at 2pm." I respectfully declined. And then they had a floor manager ask me if I was leaving before 11, and check again at 11 to make sure my party was leaving. It wasn't even a busy Sunday! For what I paid for these upgraded rooms, I was peeved by the sheer disrespect they treat their guests. Leer más
