InterContinental - New York Times Square

Muy bien ubicado. La decoración hermosa Las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. La comida muy costosa. Recomiendo el restaurante a una cuadra westside para los desayunos. Excelente.

Es un maravilloso hotel, excelente ubicacion a una cuadra de Times Square. Vista muy buena desde las habitaciones. Baños modernos y muy amable el personal del hotel.

New hotel, nicely done. Great location, just two blocks from Times Square. Breakfast was pricey but very good. Stayed in Feb, so rate was reasonable for NYC. Would definately stay here again.

EXcellent hotel, friendly staff and comfortable accomodations. Neighborhood was a great location. Eat breakfast at the restaurant it was delicious. I will be back.

The hotel is unbelievably high end and nice and the staff was amazing! From the service at the curb, to the amazing desk staff, to everyone that works for the hotel! Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful! No other hotel to stay in NYC than the Intercontinental!

Booked last minute for a Broadway weekend. Great room with city/river view, fresh decor, superb bed/shower. Next to subway, Shake Shack, one block off Times Square, Def on our return list.

The hotel was beautiful, and we got an unexpected, complimentary upgrade to a corner room with a terrific view. The on-site restaurant (Todd English's Ca Va) is pricey but had great food, a nice atmosphere and pleasant service. Would definitely return anytime.

The hotel was in a great location. It was just a few blocks from Times Square and right within the Broadway Theater district. We stayed in a corner room, which I am not sure is worth the increase in price. The room was very small and the view was to the back end of other buildings. I had heard of bed bugs etc in NYC, but this hotel was totally clean. The staff were all friendly, the food in the restaurant was good, and even if the breakfast was expensive - as in all hotels in NYC - it was a dream, and we loved it. This hotel was very easy to find and access. The only problem I experienced was where my car was parked. I had to leave my car in the garage after check out time, when I returned to pick up my car I was misdirected to go directly to the garage to release my car.

Great place Room was not when we got there which we arrived early, They took our bags so we could enjoy the city and they called me 45 minutes later to tell me the room was ready,, room was great , very nice place to stay. I will tell all my friends

We planned this trip for a Christmas trip for our grandaughters and daughter right after returning from a trip my wife and I made in November. We wanted to take them to NY for the Christmas season to take in the sights. We had already stayed in the hotel the previous month and were very happy, though we felt at that time that we had gotten a room of […] lower quality than we paid for as we were on the 6th floor and had a brick wall to look at, directly outside of our room. This time, we stayed on the 19th floor and had a great view of the surrounding area. It was pricy, but we got what we paid for, nice room, comfortable bed, very clean and neat. The hotel is located about 1 long block from Times Square so the name is kind of mis-leading, but they probably still consider that part of the Times Square area. We would definately stay here again and recommend it for others. One note, if you decide to eat in the hotel, be prepared to pay dearly. There are ample restaurants very close by so don't be afraid to venture out to save some $$$ on food and drinks. Leer más

I was attracted to this hotel because it's close to Times Square, but not in Times Square, meaning I did not have to drive thru congestion to get there, or to get out, and no bright lights shining in my windows. I travel often, and this trip, upon valet parking my car, discovered that I left my brief case in the car, with my iPad, cell phone, etc. inside. I […] realized it when I first got in my room and called the front desk. They responded immediately and had my briefcase to me in less than 10 stressful minutes. Great team effort InterContinental! Very happy with our stay here. All staff extremely helpful, room clean, comfortable and quiet. Was worth paying a bit extra to have a room with a view on the upper floors. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at a many hotels in Manhattan and really expected something special with Intercontinental. Only 2 things were good...the location..a block away from Times Square...and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room not at all worth the price, overlooked ugly rooftops and looked into dirty, broken warehouse windows. This hotel is located in the most ideal spot of the city. Very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

We flew from SFO to N.Y., arrived at hotel late around 10pm to wait for check in. "Customer Relation" desk was kind enough to check us in so we didn't have to wait in line. Verified all the information, we were asked if we have joined their "Ambassodor progrem" with a fee of US$200, to "enjoy" their benefits, etc. We listened patiently and told him […] "after we experience two nights here, then we will decide if we want to join the program", fair enough?! Then we were assigned a room with no bath tub, small closet in lower level,etc; we had to hang our clothes somewhere else. With other features in the room, hours later, I realized this is a wheel chair accessable room. That explains why there's no bath tub. Even though there's shower curtain, still can't keep the bath room floor not being wet; which made us very uncomfortable and had to be extra careful when walking into it. We don't mind staying in such room, but would appreciate if they could tell us first, or even this was the last available room the night we checked in. We couldn't help thinking is it because we refused to join that "Ambassodor" program ??? I did contact Front Desk the next day and raised our concern, they did offer to check if there were rooms for us to change . We told them it's OK to stay in that room but would certainly hope next time, they will let customers know the special condition of the room. We booked and stayed with my in-laws and everything was just perfect. You can definitely feel the difference with this hotel and other discount hotels. Trust me, spend the little extra dollars to stay in a nice hotel in new york. It makes the whole experience a lot better. The only complaint really is the overnight parking cost of $68 per night. we loved this hotel! We had a superior room booked for Dec 26th but the guy at reception was super sweet and upgraded us to the Deluxe room without us even asking for it. The staff is friendly and professional. Our room was amazing, clean & tidy. The location was absolutely perfect! 5 stars indeed.

Great hotel n location. Good service, only the male patrons seem to be missing their smile. And I thought tips is gratitude, but it seem to be a must in this hotel.

Good experience at Intercontinental but the service at front desk and lobby is good but not outstanding. I waited for 15 minutes before I could pick up my baggage from the bell captain. This is a great place to stay. It was walking distance to nearly everything. My only issue with the hotel room was the water. It was a little hard and felt like I scrubbing forever to get the soap off of my skin. So, if you have sensitive skin, bring some moisturizer. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The InterContinental is by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I have ever stayed in in NYC. I am a business traveler who makes 10 - 15 trips annually to NYC and have stayed in many hotels in the Midtown/Times Square/Theater District. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room and especially bathroom were updated, clean, and spacious (a rarity […] for NYC). I would highly recommend this hotel for all tourists. For business travelers, the location might be too far west for you; however, I was able to walk to many meetings around Grand Central/Park Ave/Madison Ave in less than 15 minutes. Leer más

Pleasantly surprised ... forego the big $ hotels and stay here. Room was clean and new, super comfortable beds and linens. Staff was wonderful. Not one thing bad to say about this place. I will absolutely stay here again.

If you're going to in or around Times Square, this is a good place to stay. My biggest worry is security - there are tens of thousands of people in the area, yet on my 9 or 10 trips up to my room at various hours of the day, only once did I see a "security type" who seemed to be watching as I headed to the elevators. I had reserved a deluxe room, but when I went to check in, it was not available, and instead of an upgrade, I was given a downgrade with a $60 voucher for breakfast. The room was nice, but the shower had not been cleaned and I had to call for someone to come clean it. Even after they cleaned it, the water in the shower did not drain properly.

This hotel is favorably located at going a lot hot spot. It's new and clean and urban. The room was clean and tidy too. Some door-man are very friendly . I think that you should tell them flat "Cab" if you 'll take a tax on the cheap, But the tax which the door-man get was comfortable and gentle except high. Excellent Hotel and wonderful location, right near everything. Everything was wonderful except the lady at the front desk she had a severe attitude problem.
