Accedimos a cenar en el hotel un viernes que hacen una promoción especial y fue una auténtico desastre. Faltaba sitio para sentarse y mucha gente de pié dando vueltas. La comida mediocre. Las habitaciones bien, modernas y limpias

Es un hotel fabuloso, Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Parking cómodo y gratuito dentro del hotel. Cuenta con amplia zona ajardinada, con piscina, ideal para relajarse por la noche con su ambiente chillout. Está a 5 minutos en coche de la plaza del Duomo. y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. The staff are very friendly and efficient - the facilities/rooms are very good - also if you choose to use the restaurant you will not be disappointed. There was a very loud birthday party with music and revellers shouting until the very early hours. I don't blame the party-goers, but a hotel shouldn't try to accommodate both a party AND guests who are trying to get some much-needed sleep. The service in the restaurant was awful - the food that came wasn't what we ordered and had been left out so […] long in the kitchen that it was cold. I'm guessing that this awful service might have been down to the limited staff attending to the birthday party rather than other guests. There was no-one around to complain to at the time, either. Stayed at Abitalia Tower Plaza at the beginning of October 2011. This was my second time staying here. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Pisa as the Leaning Tower is within easy walking distance. Not sure its the best 5* place i have been to, but it was in a very good location to get to the city sites and good restaurants.. nonetheless; the walk back at the end of the night was a little uncomfortable, walking along the main street where the ladies were getting them selves ready to please :-s .. nothing against that ,but its the reason of the […] 3* rating for the surrounding neighbourhood . Upon arrival the reception staff were very well presented and quite helpful,however, after that things went downhill rapidly. The room we were given looked fine but after trying to take a shower it soon became obvious that this hotel is trying to be something it is not. The shower would not stay at a constant heat ( the most basic of my requirements […] from a shower ) and the glass doors allowed water to leak all over the bathroom floor and on shiny tiles this is very dangerous. The english channels it claimed were available on the tv were not. We payed for a room with a balcony and there was not one. As we had arrived quite late we had no choice but to use the hotel restaurant , this was overpriced and offered a poor choice of meals and the bar/waiting on staff were slow and frankly uninterested. After asking at reception to change our room the reception staff were very helpful in finding us a better room ( although i did ask to speak to the manager about this he/she refused to deal with me ! ) The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great range of foods offered from fruit and bacon and eggs to various cakes and breads. and unlimited coffee's or tea's but there was no consistency to the way it was run,on the first day we wandered in and figured it out for ourselves, the next day we were not allowed to sit without giving our room number and the day after that were not asked anything but offered some table service. The pool was fine and clean but you are only allowed in during very restricted hours and the drink and snack service that was advertised as being available during these hours was not .We had to go on a manhunt through the hotel in our swimwear ( which was not allowed ) to find any kind of available drinks only to served by the waiter as even he couldn't find the barman. I could go on but i hope i have said enough ! Abitalia was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and sizeable and the bed was really comfortable. It's about a 20+ minute walk to the 3 main sites (aka Leaning Tower of Pisa), but it wasn't that bad. Although at night I wouldn't walk it as it's down a residential strip, so expect to pay for a 5 - 10 euro taxi back to the […] hotel. the restaurant in hotel was very nice, the poolside area, bar and the pool were also very beautiful. Fab hotel, new, stylish and kept clean, perfect for both sightseeing on some days and relaxing on others, pool area was spacious and clean, service was good, breakfast was to a good standard although some days you could tell it was yesterday's leftovers but a good choice nontheless! Only down side was you could walk into the square when daylight, day […] and early evening but wouldn't in the dark, it's only 10-15 mins to the main square but there is a lengthy underpassage which was littered with drink and graffiti and on occasion ladies of the night, I wouldn't let this put you off as hotel was fabulous but be prepared to use taxis or drive when returning home at night! The hotel was excellent! My only complaint is that there is nothing very close. To walk to the tower and other monuments it takes about 15 min. Service excellent! Breakfast was great, very family friendly with the pool

Asked for pool to be cleaned not done filled with dead mosquitos,went down the road to a camp site where they had a perfectly clean pool.Tryed charging us for a bottle of water from the minibar which we didnt take.Very noisy as we were in the bottom floor till bout midnight each night we stayed there.Relativlel cheap for a five star though.

Super hotel in a convenient position- for those with transport. Lovely view of the tower. The rooms well designed and equipped hotel. Definately would recommend as an alternative to the central madness of a city break

this place was stunning for the price. the pool was cold, but great to lay out and get some sun and relax. rooms are def small and i spoke with the front desk and they upgraded me to a jr exec. suite and it worked perfectly. the staff was beyond great and the view you get of the Leaning Tower of Pisa is breath taking. def will make that my new favorite […] hotel stay when i visit Pisa again. Very smart Hotel in a slightly out of the way location. However it has a bus stop right at door of Hotel & a trip cost is very cheap. Easy walk to the Duomo and Leaning tower site in 20 minutes. Rooms very clean & extremely comfortable. Although it is a Buffet Breakfast , there is a big selection and includes hot bacon and scrambled egg. Swimming pool […] not open at this time of year ( April ). Meals and drinks are otherwise fairly expensive , but a 15 minute walk towards the Tower region brings you to bars & restaurants which are reasonable. As in most busy tourist areas...Watch out for Pickpockets ( mainly aroun Tower + Central Train Station ). Pisa a great place to get trains to many other Tuscan cities. Would definitely recommend this Hotel especially if you dont mind walking. Leer más

The Abitalia Tower Plaza is a lovely hotel which is located on the edge of the town. Bus stops and train stations are just ten minutes walk away and regular service brought us to town. The staff were friendly, the food was good and the pool area - although simplistic - was clean, inviting and sunny!

It was a beautiful Hotel, good sized room. The Breakfast was very good. The evening meal was excellent but it was busy and quite slow on service. the pool is beautiful and the staff were very helpful. You need a car for this hotel.

Very modern, state of the art hotel. Good for those with car. About 20 minutes walk from Tower. Out of the the town for Tourist. No eating places around the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location - although still not really working distance as thought into Pisa itself, the hotel is looks nice, the room was geat (family room - was 2 separate sleeping areas which was great), thought all was good. However the service was more 'faulty towers' rather than 5 star! We had 2 direction from staff as to get towels from […] the desk for the pool as advised when we called down to then be told to go back and get towels from our room, fortunately we did manage to get these when persisted, To then find only a limited number of deck chairs around the pool all taken! After supper in Pisa we decided on a Brandy and Baileys - however after 25 mins of waiting and being moved to diffent places (only 9.30pm) my husband gave up the wait! He also saw lots of people walk out of the reastuarant for the same reason, so glad we didn't stay for food too.. Breakfast the next day was also a challenge, scram for tables, limited food and plates etc, my kids had cerials from a coffee cup in the end! It is a real shame that our experience of the service was so bad, the staff that were there did try, but just simply was not enough of them on duty. I had read similar reviews, but did think that as the hotel was open fo a while they would have sorted this. Unfortunately I couldn't find much of an alternative, so would go there expecting limited service and eat out and am sure you will enjoy the stay more than we did. Glad that we only stayed one night, as would of checked out on day 2 if had of been there any longer, am sure that there are better alternatives, especially as we did end up in cabs into Pisa there and back anyway! A modern, clean hotel in sight of the leaning tower. We got a late booking at a very reasonable price for a 5 star hotel and that included the typical buffet style breakfast. The Reception staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable with a balcony (ours had a view of the leaning tower) and a large en-suite bathroom. The hotel is situated in a […] residential area within walking distance of the leaning tower (25 minutes) and other city centre sights and a cheap bus ride from the central rail station ( bus stop right outside the hotel) and about a fifteen / twenty minute taxi ride from the airport - again not expensive. We didn't use the pool, but it looked fine, and the two computer terminals for guests to use was a convenient facility. We found the restaurant to be expensive for dinner and drinks and while the food was fine it was no better than we had experienced in many other restaurants in Italy for much less money. We only used it once in the evening but there were several alternative eating places within 15 minutes walk. All in all a very convenient and comfortable hotel, and I would certainly use it again if I could get the same very good rate, but I would probably eat out. Leer más

Best hotel in Pisa, way better than Relais de l'orologio Newly built, luxurious big rooms, new gym, fantastic outdoor pool to be enjoyed in the summer Restaurant as well excellent but bit overpriced Not in Pisa center but close enough 10minutes from the airport highly recommended

Erinomainen hotelli pari kilometriä Pisan keskustasta. Kätevä kävellä keskustaan, vähän pimeä illalla takaisin. Siisti hotelli, kiva ja tilava ympäristö, hyvät parkkitilat. Hyvä palvelu, mukavia ihmisiä. Miksiköhän hotellin nimessä on Tower. Hotelli on suuri, mutta vain kolmikerroksinen.

hotellet var fint. servicen rigtig god og fin morgenmadsbuffet. Gode senge, dejligt stort badekar. dejligt med minibar-køleskab og pengeskab på værelset. Vi kom i oktober så poolområdet blev ikke brugt, men så fint ud. Der var fint lille fitness rum med udsigt til det skæve tårn. Vi kunne gratis låne cykler af hotellet og det var rigtig fint, da det […] var ca 15 gang ind til byen. Turen fra hotellet til byen var ikke så rar om aftenen da det var et øde område, hvor man bla skulle under en tunnel og i området omkring hotellet stod prostituerede på gaden. men bortset fra dette var det et rigtig fint sted at bo og man kunne jo bare tage en taxi eller cykle, hvis man ikke havde lyst til gå-turen. Personalet var super smilende og imødekommende. Dog var en tjener lige lidt for meget seksuelt fremme i skoene. Hotellet var lækkert, men var ikke bygget ordentligt. Fuger var ikke tætte, poolens bund og kanter bobbelede op. Døren til en af toiletterne var vendt forkert. Så man kunne kun låse den udefra. Liggestolende var usmarte og hårde at ligge på. […] Synes det var synd, for det hele virkede ellers ret lækkert. Restauranten var flot og man sad komfortabelt der. Manden var i orden men der var få valgmuligheder. Morgenmadsbuffeten var super med et utal af valgmuligheder. Det var et hotel mest for par, forretningsfolk og familier. Og vi kom som to single piger. Så vi savnede lidt mere liv og fest. Beliggenheden var god hvis man ville have ro og ikke havde noget i mod at by-livet var 2-3 km væk. Og kunne abstraherer fra de prostitueret som havde "holde-plads" lige udenforan hotellet og på gaden dertil. Leer más

Lekker hotel. Rustig en luxe. Duur restaurant en pas om half 8 avonds geopend. Nederlandse maagjes knorren rond zessen.. Dat werd dus vaak de mac in Pisa (gelukkig!! en die hebben ook heerlijke koffie...) Er was wel schimmel in de douche en de la van de kledingkast was kapot. Geen brochure in de kamer met belangrijke informatie (zelfs geen tel.nr voor […] roomservice of receptie !) Dit omdat de folder nog niet geleverd was van de drukkerij vanwege de vakantie, zeiden ze bij de receptie. Dat vond ik heel raar, voor een 5 sterrren hotel. Het ontbijt was heel goed. De muziek hierbij in de eetzaal, was soms erg hard en energiek (rock soms zelfs); dat eet niet zo relaxed. Een heel groot pluspunt is dat je van half 8 tot half 11 kunt ontbijten, dus alle tijd om uit te slapen. En dat je pas om 12 uur (!!!) hoeft uit te checken en dat is zo ontzettend fijn. We hebben die dag zelf nog ff gezwommen in het zwembad; dat kon nog. Fitnessruimte is klein; 2 fietsen, een loopband en een trilstoel. Maar je kunt er iets doen tenminste, met uitzicht in de verte op de scheve toren; das pas decadent, of niet soms... Sauna op aanvraag, wegens besparing van energie. Je kunt er ook een rode ferrari huren, met of zonder chauffeur. Naar de stad is het 15 minuten lopen, en gelukkig voornamelijk in de schaduw. Grote TV op de kamer en een koelkastje en uiteraard airco, die onmisbaar is met het klimaat. Leer más

Nytt og rent hotel, med fint basseng. Stor gratis parkeringsplass. Hotellet har alle fasiliteter, men ikke den personlige oppfølgingen som en kanskje forventer på et 5 stjerners hotel! Bar og restaurant har bra kvalitet, men det er dyrt. Det er er få restauranter og butikker i området nært hotellet.

Veldig fint og stort hotel i Pisa. 15min å gå til det skjeve tårnet. Store og kjempefine rom. God og stor frokostbuffet. Hyggelig personale. Kan anbefales.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem allgemeinen Erscheinungsbild, dem sehr freundlichen Service an der Rezeption, der Lage, der Ausstattung. Alles war perfekt und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Lækkert hotel med store flotte værelser og flot pool. Ligger 10-15 min. gang fra Det Skæve Tårn.

C'est un bel Hotel mais on ressent nettement le manque de personnel pour un hotel de cette catégorie. L'hôtel est récent mais il faudrait déjà prévoir des Petits travaux de peinture. Il n'y a pas assez de personnel pour tenir le standing d'un 5*. Sinon personnel sympathique. Manque de bain de soleil à la piscine. Nécessité d'un véhicule pour se déplacer. […] Chambre calme et spacieuse ( deluxe ). La restauration est indépendante de l'hôtel donc il faut tout payer à chaque fois, on ne peut pas mettre les consommations sur la chambre. Mini bar payant pas affiché dans la chambre. Leer más
