Hotel was a little tricky to get to. Street out front was one way. Great new property. Swimming pool was small and needed to be warmer. Great breakfast.

Rooms are nice, complimentary breakfast is wonderful and the service is great. Have stayed there twice when visiting famly in the area and will make it our first choice for future trips.

We love staying at Best Westerns and this one did not disappoint. Rooms were comfy and clean, hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and the continental breakfast offered anything you could possibly want. The only complaint we had was that it is a little tricky to get to because of the one way frontage street.

Beds were too firm for me and the pillows too fluffy. I know that sounds minor but it matters on how you are rested up for the next day on business trip.

I stayed here while I was in Wichita on business. I brought my children with me since they were out of school. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I have no negative comments as this hotel had a great feel for the price. I am going to be staying there again the beginning of January while on business.

I had three King rooms for 8 days while there on business. The Guys and I were really pleased with the hotel, location and service. They were very accommodating and the Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise over a continental breakfast. Nice high grade towels and free WiFi. If we ever have to go back to Wichita again, we will definitely stay there. […] I travel for business many days out of the year. Believe me I know the difference between a good and bad hotel. This is a Great hotel and the prices were on the lower end of the spectrum. I booked all of the rooms through Hotels.com. We had to extend the stay twice due to problems on the job site and both parties did everything in their power to accommodate us. The hotel had already rented our rooms on the second extension but worked hard to allow us to keep our same rooms without having to move. After 7 nights there, it would have been like moving from an apartment, so we were very pleased that they made it all work. Leer más
"Best western Wichita-close to I-35 and mall"
Great hotel. Just kids and I so safety was concern when booking but this is a very safe hotel in nice area. Clean rooms, soft sheets, very comfortable beds. Breakfast had oatmeal waffle maker fruit bagels eggs and sausage, perfect to get going in the morning. The pool didn't open til 10am and we arrived late the night before so kids wanted to swim. […] The staff offered to open the pool early for us so we could swim and have time to check out by 11am. There's a mall just down the street. Friendly helpful staff at check-in. Room clean except for minor mold in bathroom. Good breakfast variety and quality. Bed very comfortable but bring your own pillow! Fairly quiet.

Overall, great experience! The only big issue we had was towels. Each day, bathroom linens were not restocked. I had to go ask for more towels and washcloths (they left plenty of hand towels, but NO washcloths!) Getting to the hotel is difficult from the West, you have to go past (if on the highway), or figure out that you need to be on the frontage […] road to make a Uturn. (meaning, get off Kellogg at Rock, and stay on the frontage road). That's not specific to the hotel, but those directions would have been great. We didn't see it on their site at all. "Best Western Bargin!"
Husband and I stayed here one night to meet up with friends that live in Derby, KS which is only 10 mins aways. It was a perfect for us, we were close to downtown and there was a ton of places to eat, drink and play super close! The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable but BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! that was my only complaint! bathroom was large! […] they served breakfast and parking was free! "Jacuzzi"
This hotel had a nice room and ok breakfast. We had hoped to use the jacuzzi and pool. The pool was fine, but the jacuzzi had luke warm water. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called. Also, on two separate trips to the front desk we were unable to find anyone working there. I would not stay there again for those reasons.

Very clean, wonderful staff that was friendly and helpful. They had a huge full breakfast every morning that was great. The waffles were hot, fluffy and great tasting. Quiet hotel, very rarely heard noises outside of the room.

Room was very hot at our 2am arrival (call in advance to let them know) Didn't really cool off until about 4 hours later. Breakfast was over at 9am...we slept in since we arrived so late, and were not informed of early cut-off. Morning staff was unsympathic about our missing breakfast. Overall, satisfied with the hotel. There was some residual grime on the outside of the shower, and found a few hairs that didn't belong to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not sure what the suasage shaped items were actually comprised of, but they tasted like scrapple (any easterners out there would know what I'm talking about). The rest of the room seemed […] very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being full, mostly with Junior Olympics participants, and my room was on the opposite side from the highway, so I'm sure that helped. The only negative was that it took a few hours to get the room cooled down but it was extremely hot the day we were there. Great room, great service, and the best breakfast on our trip. Highly recommend!!! Only problem was finding space to park the U-Haul truck and trailer. Had to use some space at the economy hotel next door....their lot was almost empty. Wonder why???

Very nice people working at the hotel..though it seems to be showing its age. The AC was not up to par and the latch to the VERY sticky window was broken. I would stay again if merely en route to someplace else.

"Very good no frill hotel"
This is a new, clean, comfortable, friendly hotel with a nice pool and exercise room. My only critical remarks are: the pillows are too thick, the complementary breakfast is okay but nothing special, and the pool is too warm. Oh, and the shower heads are too high for short people. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Nice rooms. Had to change rooms stool wouldn't flush and no maintenance on duty. No snack vending machines. They closed up the breakfast room so early never even seen it.

We stayed with our two young children and it was great! They enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was nice with many choices. Our room was very comfortable with big fluffy pillows, a very clean TV remote, and a spacious beautiful bathroom. We will stay here every time we go to Wichita from now on :)

This hotel seems very new; it is very modern and well laid out. The room was spacious with many amenities and the indoor pool, hot tub and exercise facilities were very nice. The hotel in on the main east/ west road as you enter town and is easy to see and find.

"BW Eastgate Plus: convenient to downtown"
The Best Western Eastgate PLUS is a fine hotel...clean, well maintained, good breakfast, and it's an easy drive to the Century II. There are some decent restaurants nearby, though my favorites were a ways north. My only caution is that this hotel is a bit difficult to get to, because of the one-way frontage road where it is located. I never did find […] a way to get to it without going onto Hwy. 54/400. There are LOTS of one-ways streets in Wichita, so it's not really the hotel's fault. One thing that would improve the hotel is if they made the pool area a bit cooler. The room was so hot that the whirlpool was not really comfortable. This hotel was very reasonable (costwise) and comfortable, otherwise. I'd definitely stay there again. Leer más

Spacious, clean rooms in very accessible location. Parts of the hotel don't look too well maintained, but the rooms were fine.

This was the second time we've stayed at this Best Western. We travel a lot on business, and this motel is right up there with the very best. We'd definitely recommend it to others, and will stay here when we travel to Wichita again.

The hotel was very clean and everything was new. The bathroom was large and CLEAN! Beds were comfortable. Liked getting a new remote. Hot free breakfast was pretty good but much better than other free breakfast. Close to the mall, wish it was closer to the airpoort. We will be staying here everytime we are in town.
