Esta muy bien. Limpio, habitación pequeña pero bien equipada. Buena playa al lado.

After reading reviews from other sites, I was expecting better. Location on beach was great. Hotel upkeep not so great. Old noisy ac units and overall the buildings could use some sprucing up. It does have potential.
"pearl beach inn"
very disappointed. the room was semi-clean. the floor was very sandy. it was freezing and the tiny heater they supplied gave off almost no heat.

This is a great hotel for a complete 'get away from it all' type of break. Situated right on the beach. Make sure you bring all your provisions with you as there is no supermarket within easy reach of the hotel. Very low key and relaxed atmosphere.
"Pearl Beach Inn - Never again!"
This is NOT a hotel, nor a resort. It is a group of dirty, old rundown rooms that happen to be very well located on Manasota Beach. The htotel' description says nothing about the facts that there is no room service whatsoever - the bedsheets are NEVER changed while you are there, the rooms are NEVER cleaned, the rooms are disgusting, at least the one […] we were in was, and yet the room charges are comparable to decent hotels in the area. You have to go to the office to ask for changes to towels, fresh toilet paper etc. Other than the beach front location, which is excellent, it is a complete ripoff. Leer más
