El hotel tiene diferentes habitaciones dobles, algunas mejores que otras. En las que estan cerca de la recepcion se oye todo el ruido de los vecions y de la recepcion. Desayuno aceptable (basico). Muy buena situacion del hotel, se puede ir andando a algunos puntos turisticos, pero tambien es facil de coger el metro e ir 1-2 paradas. Taxis son bastante caros. El hotel no tiene ascensor, hay que subir 3 plantas lo que para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser un problema.

En realidad no se trata de un hotel, más bien parece una casa de huéspedes, aunque hay recepción las 24 horas. No tenían nada para comprar algo de comida, ni siquiera una chocolatina. El desayuno muy pobre, todos los días lo mismo: un café, dos tostadas con dos lonchas de queso y un vaso de zumo. No todas las chicas hablan inglés, sólo una de ellas lo habla de manera fluida. Mucho ruido en los pasillos, se oye la entrada del resto de los huéspedes.

Excelente situación, buena relación calidad-precio (para los parámetros rusos) y, sobre todo, un personal de excelente trato, buena disposición, simpatía discreta, amabilidad y cortesía. Un 10 a todo el personal de Comfort Hotel y muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Lo único que extraña al principio es la entrada al hotel dado que hay que subir al primer piso para llegar a la recepción y hay una larga escalera. Luego el hotel esta bien, no es lujo pero no esta mal. También que no hay mucha gente y el desayuno es aceptable

"Good location, poor concierge"
Nice boutique styled hotel but you do pay for the design as the rates are not cheap. Location wise, it's 10mins stroll tothe nearest metro and 30mins walk to Cathedral of Spilled Blood and other sites. Concierge is the hotel's disappointment. They won't help you book tickets and directed us to a travel agency that's nearby. "Great service, Unique Property"
The Sonya Hotel is very indicative of the Radisson BLU brand-- very stylish, modern, and unique. THe rooms are each a little different; mine had a literary theme. THe breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff was fantastic, and remembered everything about me during my stay. They helped me several times, and went above and beyond what I would normally […] have asked. The front desk staff speaks English fluently, so that shouldn't be an issue for American travelers or others who are not Russophones. THe location is extremely convenient for those needing to be nearby many diplomatic posts, and is only a 15-20-minute walk from the Hermitage and many of St. Peterburg's other main tourist attractions. My only complaint about the hotel is that the free wi-fi service did not for some reason work in my room. THe moment I stepped out from the room, it worked perfectly, so I mostly used it in the restaurant. They allowed me to stay there even after it had closed, which was nice. Also, and this is no fault of the hotel, taxi service outside was outrageously expensive. Make sure you walk or use public transportation to access nearby attractions! Leer más

"Stylish and clean but service could be improved"
Overall very happy with stay, facilities were stylish and clean and location reasonable. Reception desk speed and processes need improvement (longer and more complex check-in and check-out than normally, some mistakes on the bill and normally 3 people were needed for any matter - 2 standing behind and observing although other people waited for service...). […] Due to some strange confusion about rooms, a few of our stored (we didn't get the rooms at arrival at 10 am) bags were lost for 20 minutes when we return the first evening but the bellboy found them relatively quickly. Rent og ryddig hotell med god service. Rommene kan virke litt mørke på grunn av det design og fargelegging som er valgt. Veldig gode senger. Sovnet som en stein nesten før jeg traff puten. God service og hyggelig betjening. God frokosttjeneste. Ligger ikke helt i sentrum av gamlebyen, ca 1 km å gå inn til Nevski, men også mye interessant å se også i […] nabolaget. Et generelt problem, vannet i dusjnisjen som for øvrig var stor og god, rant ut av dusjnisjen og samlet seg i en dam rundt toilettet ut forbi dusjdøren. If you search for an original hotel furnished and equiped under desirner's supervision - Sonya is the right choice. But! Be careful with the kind of a room (I 've changed one) and take into account that you need a taxi to get to a center!

Hotel location is good: by walking distance from Finland train station and historic city. Hotel it self is located near busy venue but windows were sound proofing dampened everything silent.
