Este hotel ha sido una decepción total para nosotros. Vas pensando en encontrarte un 4 estrellas, bien, pues al llegar y ver la habitación no llega ni a 2, y el precio que tiene (elevado), que solo se justifica, en cierta medida, por estar en París. El hotel es de nueva contrución, las instalaciones se ven nuevas y el mobiliario es actual, el problema […] es el espacio. Las habitaciones son minúsculas, con un "armario" que no tiene mas de palmo y medio por puerta. Y con una cocinita (nevera, microondas, placa de dos fuegos, menaje básico) dentro de la habitación que está muy bien (incluso con lavavajillas). Tienes una bolsita con utiles de limpieza para la cocina (ellos no friegan ni lavan nada de la cocina). El espacio disponible para pasar en los bordes laterales de la cama, no era mas de 35 cm por cada lado!!! Había que pasar de lado. Yo, desde la cama abría y cerraba la puerta del balcón sin problemas!!! Preguntamos en la recepcion si habría posibilidad de tener una habitacion mas grande, y nos dijeron que todas las habitaciones eran iguales, y que solo habia suites pero pagando la diferencia. Tienen una maquina nespreso en la habitacion, con dos capsulas al llegar, eso si, olvidate de que te las repongan. Si las pides en recepcion 1,50 euros cada una. Yo creo que con el precio que pagas por la habitacion, no deberían cobrarte el café a parte, resulta cutre e insultante para los clientes. La decoración de la habitación si está bien, pero falla mucho el espacio disponible, es mínimo. El baño, correcto, aunque muy muy pequeño. No tienen sitio para dejar las maletas (como vayas con una maleta grande para pasar varios dias, tendrás que salir tu de la habitación para dejar la maleta dentro). Deberían tambien cuidar las instalaciones: en nuestro baño habia varios desconchones en la pared y en la puerta. Reponen amenities y toallas (si están dentro de la bañera, tiradas), sin problemas. This hotel was very modern and westernised. It was not in the heart of Paris which we actually enjoyed, but it was literally 5 minutes away. The Metro is a few metres walk away and there was a lovely supermarket just outside the metro station and on the way to the hotel. It was called Monoprix and was very similar to our Woolworths in South Africa. […] The staff at the hotel all spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms were of a fair size by European standards. This hotel got the worst bed I have ever tried in all hotels. It is really soft to and narrow to un acceptable limit. Other than that the room was ok.

Convenient, well-priced and well situated to the metro for easily getting around to all attractions. The staff were friendly, accommodating and multilingual, answering questions and problem-solving for any guests who requested help. Great family holiday!!!

Not stated that it was a non-smoking hotel. Room was in poor condition with hair on floor and in bathtub etc, towels were extremely dirty with makeup stains etc. Htel only had one number for service '9' which links to reception but never answered! Reception staff were rude and haughty. Under-staffed hotel and extremely slow. Located outside town […] and at the edge of city in a secluded "office" area. We booked 3 rooms and stayed for a total of 3 nights. Two of the rooms are very small (only about 15sqm) while the 3rd room is much bigger (about 25sqm). Very new and clean. The only problem we had mainly is that we asked one of the reception on the direction to Chinatown. He looks very helpful and gave us a direction which need us to make two metro […] transfers of a total of about 8 station rides. In actual fact, it is just one station from us in the opposite direction... It wasted us both time and money and we were already very tired than as it was nearly 7.30pm when we asked him. Not in the most convenient location in Paris. But the rate with the impeccable quality of the room is unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are willing to compromise 10 to 15 min in making transfer in the subway. I have spent the same dollar amount in another hotel 4 blocks from the Lourve Musee, which was completely miserable (like […] living in the 19th century) compared to this modern, new facility. Our stay here was decent, but I would not recommend this hotel or seek it out to stay again. I've worked in 4* hotels for over a decade so I know what to expect and am pretty chill when things go wrong. Overall my expectations are not too high. The hotel was fairly clean for the most part, the service staff were moderately good. But we did encounter […] some problems and were not particularly impressed by how they were handled. The services and amenities that they list does not hold up to the rates they charge or the 4* status they promote. The first room they gave us had a mould problem. When we asked for a room change, they insisted on inspecting the room first but didn't show up, so after a while we went back down and asked for an immediate room change. The room we were given only had a hide-a-bed, so I went back down, thanked the front desk associate for his assistance but let him know that a hide-a-bed was not acceptable. His solution was a room with two twin beds. I told him that all we want is a clean, mould-free room with one bed and a bathroom, as we had reserved. He then escorted us to a smaller room with the desired chartaristics and hurriedly insisted that we inspect it and either accept it or enlighten him on what was wrong with it. The room was fine, but the attitude was not necessary. The daily room maintainence was okay. Something was always missing or not cleaned, but nothing too bad. One of the bigger problems was that they do not have a adequate supply of hot water. We found that out with icy-cold showers. Apparently they do not have their own hot water system and have it brought in from another building. So, if you don't get up very early in the morning, there is not hot water until the afternoon. For : the location is a bit out of the way but a nice biz area with quite a bit of nightlife and brilliant transport links Against: The room was trying to do too many things at once and failed at all of them. It wanted to be a suite with a kitchen and microwave and a living room - so there's no bed - just a sofa bed and there's a tiny little kitchen […] in the 'bedroom' - this results in everything feeling cheap and tiny and difficult - why would you need two sinks a kitchen one and a bathroom one in a room this small? I guess it's aimed at long term business rentals but it's way too small for that - you'd go crazy if you stayed more than a day or two. The service was friendly but a bit inept - not as sharp as a biz hotel should be - no wifi in room / no convertor plugs on reception etc. It seems like the hotel is in transition and needs a good refresh. On another note I was awoken at 3 on clock in the morning by what sounded like someone scratching and knocking at the door! fortunately i realised it was probably someone dragging a hoover down the hallway and the plug scratching against the skirting board - but this all added to the feeling that things were shoddy, ill-thought through and lacking in customer care. The room is extremely small and although it charges for a kitchenette, it doesn't have a table and chairs. A tiny desk with a chair and the bed are the only furniture in the room. We hardly found space for our luggage. The room décor is quite grim and the grey floor is similar to that used in public areas! The neighbourhood didn’t impress us at all, […] not many places to eat out, the only convenience is the proximity of a grocery store and the metro. We should also mention on the list of positives the friendly personnel at the main desk . The rooms were great. We stayed in a Junior Suite. The bathroom is huge. The hotel is only 2 blocks from a major subway station for access to all of Paris and the airports. Staff was very friendly. There is no wifi in the rooms, but it works in the lobby. The area is mostly offices and the double paned patio doors on the balconies keeps out all outside […] noise. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but a metro station is just 5 to 10 minutes walk from it. The room is clean except that when we used the kitchenette the cleaners didn't even bother washing the cups and utensils that we've used the previous day. In Paris on business and pleasure moved from another move expensive hotel to Park & Suites not expecting much but pleasantly, wonderfully surprized! Very clean, nice furniture and a kichenette to boot! While not walking distance to any sights, walking distance to the Metro which takes you anywhere. staff were Very helpful and friendly. Might avoid […] the $16Euro breakfast, not worth the money and right now the hotel is in the middle of a construction site - however very quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel as it not only delivered on being a very comfortable, quiet and friendly hotel but while small by North american standards, a good size by Paris standards. Leer más

The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful in solving issues. Our room, on the top floor with a terrace, was big, cleanly decorated with a big bathroom. We loved being able to cook our own breakfast and eat out on the terrace. The supermarket is one block away as is the new metro/rer line that gets you to St. Michel in about 5 minutes. […] It was so stress-free (unlike most of Paris) and quiet even though there is big construction nearby (you hear nothing). Since it is quite new everything is modern, comfortable, clean and works correctly (lots of electrical outlets, reading lights by the bed, a desk for the computer, big closets and shelves, big bathroom). The room included a kitchenette and was plenty big enough for us to be comfortable for our week-long stay. Some quirks: No King-size bed - I think it was either queen or full. The phone didn't work, which they fixed after we reported it. There was an occasional loud buzzing from overhead from some sort of work they were doing in the unit above ours. […] Half-way through our stay the key cards stopped working and they had to reprogram them. The location is pretty good - it's a 5 or 10 minute walk to the metro and there are major stores, including a large grocery store, nearby. This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel. I have been to Paris many times and I have stayed in all types of hotels ranging from 2 to 4 stars and I would rate this hotel at 2 1/2 stars. From the description on the website I thought that I would be getting a very nice hotel on the edge of the city for a good price. What I got was a small cramped hotel room […] at the edge of the city with poor transportation access and few businesses near by. The hotel room was listed as a Jr. Suite, which had nothing to do with the size of the room. It simply meant that the room had a small fridge and a cooktop. There was little closet space a barely any space on either side of the beds to move around. The bathroom was good and had decent towels, although if you get up late expect warm, not hot water. The room had internet access through a cat5 cable but no WIFI so it was useless with my IPhone. My friend, who had a laptop, was never able to get the internet to work. The hotel is near one metro station, the second to last station on the 14 line which means that most trips will involve a transfer. The same station also services the RER C line which turned out to be the line we used most (if you have never been to Paris, the metro is very easy to use, the RER is a bit more confusing). There are also several bus lines that stop near the hotel. If there is ever a metro strike in Paris the hotel would be a disaster, it is really quite far from anything. There are a number of mediocre restaurants near the hotel including a Tex/Mex restaurant and an "English Pub". There aren't any boulangeries or patisseries in the area, which is very unusual for Paris. On this particular trip we stayed at 6 different hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 stars. New apartment style hotel in upcoming business district of France. Nearby station provides access to Metro and RER services, with a 20min direct service to Eiffel Tower, and in the opposite direction 20mins direct to Orly airport. Disney can be reached in 40 mins with only one change at Gare du Lyon. Local bars and restaurants are shockingly pricey […] at first glance, but actually seem to be about right for eating out in Paris ! Hotel is very comfortable and contemporary. Good restaurants in surroundings and metro is at walking distance.

We had a room for 4, which turned out to be a bigger room with sofa bed, tv, table, desk, and a kitchenette, an additional bedroom with twin beds, and a handicap-accessible bathroom - biggest bathroom I've every seen in a European hotel. We had lots of space, and the beds were comfortable. However, the "maid-service"/"cleaning" was nearly non-existent. […] We paid for a room for 4 people, but never received 4 towels (had to ask every time for more.) There is a kitchenette complete with dishwasher, but no dishsoap/sponge/dishwasher soap. Upon request, hotel would not provide any kind of soap, and maid didn't wash dishes or replace with clean ones. So, if you use the dishes, they will be dirty until you leave unless you go to the store and buy your own soap. Only evidence we saw of 'maid-service' was that every other day the trash was emptied and towels replaced (with 2 towels for 4 people) Location is convenient - under 5 minutes walk to Bibliotheque metro stop which is on the yellow/C line, that goes to many of the popular locations. Immediate area is primarily business buildings, so pretty quiet on the weekends. We arrived in early morning due to our flight schedule, but at 8:30am were told we could not check in until 3pm. They really mean this, they don't let anyone check in a minute sooner. Overall it was decent value and a lot of space, so I would definitely recommend it, just don't have high expectations of the service level. Leer más

Very nice. Clean, friendly staff and safe location. About two blocks to metro station, long walk to Notre Dame. Great hot breakfast for 10 euros, including eggs, bacon and fresh fruit. Laundry facilities also. Great value for the price.

Location is very good, right by the Metro station and within easy walking distance of Marais and Latin Quarter. Area is away from the crowded touristy areas which was refreshing. Price very affordable for a 4* hotel in Paris. Rooms are very small.

Stayed for one night during the Ash delays. Very impressed. Room tiny and only any use for sleeping in but as that's what most of us use a hotel for, no problem. It's an aparthotel so there's every conceivable kitchen gadget squeezed in there including a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge etc. It even has a small dishwasher! - not that we used […] it. Breakfast was good value at E10. The local area is a business district with lots of shops and bars. Accenture's Paris office is a couple of blocks away. This means the bars are full of bright, young and mainly pretty things until about 10 which isn't a bad thing at all It's a quick Met journey to St Michel and about E10 in a taxi back So no complaints at all, but probably wouldn't recommend it for your wedding anniversary. Although neighborhood was commercial, the Metro was a block away and you are able to get around with ease. Hotel was also sizable in comparison to many other European hotels. Staff was helpful.

How can they possibly refer to themselves as a business hotel??? The do not have wifi in their hotel nor do they have a business center for their guest to utilize. As for the staff, I rated them a 2. Only reason is because they spoke English. Other than that, they were "lifeless" and they seemed to be annoyed with Americans... PERIOD!! The location […] is terrible!!! Do not be shocked when you first see the room at how tiny it is. Petite might be a better word as it has almost everything one might need.The metro and RER are just a 3 minute walk away, and a very good Mono Prix supermarket is just 2 minutes down the street.

Very nice staff. Easy access to the Metro and RER to get around the city. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The kids slept on a sofa bed which was very comfortable. Supermarket was nearby.

I was extremely happy with our stay. The front desk were very nice and helpful with directions to the metro RER and buses. It was located 3 Blocks from the metro and the RER was right across the street. Buses were right out front of the hotel. Wow, Great rooms, brand new hotel. Just perfect for all our needs. Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in Paris und können das 4* Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Unsere Classic Suite war sehr sauber, die Badewanne war toll. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülbecken sowie Besteck und Geschirr für 2 Leute. Es gab jedoch keine Herdplatten, Spüli oder Schwamm. Es […] sind 100m bis zur Metro. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants sind genauso nah. Trotz Baustellen und Bahnhof war es in unserem Zimmer zur Straßenseite nicht laut. 관광객이 많이 묵는 숙소가 아니고.. 출장자를 위한 비지니스 레지던스 호텔이에요 객실안에 냉장고, 전자레인지, 몇개의 식기, 개수대가 있구요. 한국사람들이 특히 잘먹는 햇반이나 라면 먹긴 참 좋아요. 그리고 욕조도 있네요. 호텔은 지은지 얼마 안된 것 같아 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 리옹역에서 지하철로 3정거장 정도 거리구요. 파리는 Street로 주소 표시를 하니 처음에 찾기 힘들더라구요. 저희는 1시간을 해맸네요...14호선 bibliotheque fr mitterang 역 3번 출구로 나오셔서 약 100미터 정도 쭉 직진하면 바로 나옵니다. 관광객이 많이 없어서 조용하고...저는 참 괜찮았던 것 같아요.

O hotel é novo, apesar de eu ter que trocar de quarto duas vezes. A primeira o vidro da varanda estava quebrado. No segundo a banheira estava vazando agua para todo o quarto. No geral o hotel é bem novo. Apesar dele ficar em frente a uma estação do metro, ele fica muito distante das principais atrações de Paris. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere in piena crescita, estremamente moderno e concepito intorno al mondo universitario e lavorativo. Di giorno, infatti, è gremito di ragazzi che si recano all'università o alla biblioteca e impiegati di banca. Di notte invece non è proprio ideale per una passeggiata anche se alcuni localini si affollano di ragazzi (per […] lo più parigini). La metro adiacente è abbastanza comoda anche se piuttosto lontana dalla fermata (Porte Maillot) della navetta dell'aereoporto Beauvais che collega le principali città europee con voli low cost.. Consiglio questo hotel a chi viaggia per affari o a chi intende trascorrere a parigi diverso tempo dato che si tratta di un residence che dispone di una piccolissima cucina ( comoda se non si vuole spendere molto in ristoranti o per la colazione che nei locali vicini, ma in generale in tutta Parigi,è abbastanza cara). Siamo rimasti sorpresi del ricarco mostruoso sulle bevande prese al bar piuttosto di quelle comprate al supermercato sotto all'hotel. Infine sconsiglio la colazione nell'hotel perchè costa a pers. circa il doppio di quanto viene offerto fuori. Il collegamento Internet wi-fi è gratuito solo nella hall e c'è anche un computer ma oltre ad avere una tastiera diversa non siamo MAI riusciti a collegarci. var stort sett fornøyd med leilighetene vi 3 voksne hadde da vi overnattet der 4 døgn... Hyggelig personale, veldig nærme metro, butikker osv. leilighetene var utstyrt men vi manglet både stekepanne og gryter så ble ikke noe middagslaging. Men altialt så var vi godt fornøyd med det meste og kommer gjerne igjen hit.... :).

molto comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 figlie grandi: con 2 camere comunicanti e quindi con 2 bagni e 2 angoli cottura. ottima posizione rispetto alla metro e buoni ristoranti e negozi intorno.il quatiere è molto pulito ma un pò anonimo rispetto al centro. ci torneremo volentieri

Chambre très étroites: malgré le fait qu'il y avaient deux lits séparés dans la chambre, la pièce était tellement petite que cela formait un lit double. Pour manger, seul le bureau peut être utilisé. Malgré tout, l'insonorisation est parfaite. La cuisine est correcte, manque de nombreux ustensiles de bases tels que des saladiers etc. Le service de l'hôtel […] dépend de la personne sur qui vous tombez: c'est tout ou rien! Hotel molto nuovo e moderno. Comodo alla metro. quartiere isolato e moltoooo tranquillo. Assolutamente non centrale, ma per girare credo sia un buon punto d'appoggio. Colazione non compresa. Persone disponibili. La sera tardi quartiere poco frequentato e non molto illuminato.
