The room is too small and noise from the corridor could be disturbing when people move around.

Hotel rooms in Hong Kong are really small. These rooms are really really small. If there are two people in one room, one of you will not be able to lay your suitcase down to open. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is due to the location. The name says Mong Kok but you're really more in Tai Kok Tsui […] which is about a 25 minute walk to Mong Kok where all the nightlife and restaurants are. It's not a bad walk if you're use to urban settings and walking the mile but I was with my mom visiting her family that live in Mong Kok and she had to take cabs. The hotel is price competitively in the town area and i am pleased with the overall experience. They have free shuttle service to drop off guests in several hot spot in the town. Room is small but for the price and location i consider it very good deal!

The hotel had great service and had staff that were fluent in english. Overall, the hotel is relatively new, so it is fairly clean and modern. Some of the cover for the sheets were a little worn and should not have been used again, but they were still clean. The hotel is a bit of a walk from both the Olympic and Mongkok MTR stations. There are free […] shuttle buses that go to most places, but we never took them because they don't come that often. Once you've figured out how to walk to the MTR and how to take the buses, it is not all too bad. Overall, a hotel that is relatively new, with great service. This hotel was a good find in Hong Kong. The staff was courteous. The room was quite small so it was hard to find a place to keep the suitcases. Although rooms are relatively small as to be expected for hotels in Hong Kong, but the cleanliness and modernity made up for the lack of space. Look beyond the rundown buildings in the vicinity, being located amongst the residential estate, many amenities (such as eateries, laundry shop, mini-mart)are within walking distance. The Olympic MTR is less […] than 15 minutes' walk away. Except for the short road in front of the hotel, it's literally sheltered all the way to the station. Moving around HK from Olympic is simply a breeze. I have one gripe though, the concierge forgot to fix the rain shower lever after I lodged a complaint. Otherwise, hotel service was more than decent. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at the Cosmo Hotel because the hotel itself is newer. The service is good and the rooms were pretty big for HK standards. I never had a chance to try out the restaurant food, but I heard you cannot sit in there if you don't order something. It definitely wasn't the amazing flavor that I heard about in HK. I love Cantonese style Chinese food too! There's a McDonald's across the street too for your morning coffee. It's really strong. The value of the price paid was very reasonable and there is a free shuttle that takes you to the Mongkok train station. My real complaints are... -The wifi was only free in the lobby and very expensive in the rooms. - The shuttle filled up very fast and often there wasn't enough room for us. They don't allow standing. -The location of the hotel is at least a 15-20 minute fast paced walk from any train station. This makes it hard if you are traveling with someone older. - The carpets were vacuumed and cleaned, but there were a lot of stains on the floor. Also there was a cockroach in one of our 4 rooms. Cosmo Hotel Mongkok has clean rooms with all the modern basic necessities you can ask for: comfy bed and pillows, lovely toiletries and modern bathroom...internet, flat tv, great hotel room view of the HK Skyline...good breakfast...we like the free shuttle to Mongkok and Kowloon station :-) Great customer service from front desk-housekeeping-concierge […] and shuttle drivers! The only downside is if u miss the shuttle, it's quite a walk from Olympic station to the hotel if you're carrying shopping bags...not really a 4-minute walk as claimed...more of 8-10 mins walk. Hotel rooms in HongKong are understandably small due to expensive land/property value. But the room I stayed was definately a bit small for 2, even the hotel's lifts are too small for comfort. Overall a fine hotel! It is in an interesting area of Hong Kong, a little far from the island, but close to the airport and Disney World. Cheap by Hong Kong standards and the rooms were spacious and clean!

The room was clean and smaller than I have expected. Some of the lights didn't work. But overall, satisfied with the accomodation.

It's a small hotel but rather new . Service is good and staffs are friendly. Location is not convienient but good thing is shuttle service is provided. Anyway we have a pleasant stay.

Hotel was nicely done if all you're looking for is a room. Rooms were very nice, not the typical small room found in HK, bed & pillows were very comfortable. Well decorated. I visit Hong Kong at least 6 times each year and decided to try the Cosmo on this trip. I would never stay here again. The service at the hotel was fine but the location and rooms were not. The hotel is way off the beaten path and not accessable to anything interesting without a long walk or taxi. I stayed in Cosmo hotel for 4 nights. The room was pretty small but it is common for HK hotel. The first night our room's bathroom was giving out a foul odour and we asked for a change of room next morning. The service was great, no question asked and they gave us a change of room. Both the MTRs are not near to the hotel, requires at least 15 mins walk […] and the shuttle bus is only available every hour. nice hotel and courteous staff however rooms are very small. Sufficient for one person certainly not two.

I love their customer service, their location. However the rooms are seriously too small... This hotel has shuttle bus HOURLY to quite a number of places, but make sure you don't miss it! I once missed it and had to wait another hour for it... Sad case. It's a pretty long walk to the nearest MTR, but the shuttle bus do just fine!

The staff were so friendly and efficient and helped out with any of my requests. The room was so comfortable, big enough for a Hong Kong room, and absolutely immaculate. Housekeeping came every morning, but if you've had a late one just hit the "Do Not Disturb" button and lay on as long as you like. The only down side was that the complimentary fitness […] suite was undergoing maintenance at the time and so was off limits, but there is so much to do in Hong Kong I don't see that as much of a loss. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, if a little pricey, but there are also lots of local restaurants close by if you fancy something a bit cheaper and a chance to try out the local food. And if you're craving something a bit safer, and want to go for a western option, there is a 24hour McDonald's right across the street, a Pizza Hut down the road and a Starbucks at the nearest shopping mall - you'll never be stuck for options. The hotel is close to the famous Nathan Road and both the Mong Kok and Olympic MTR train stations and are the handiest way to travel all over Hong Kong - grab yourself an Octopus card and you won't have to buy a ticket every time - and the concierge can hail you a taxi right outside the hotel if you are in need of something more direct. But if you are taking a taxi to the hotel, bring the street address with you as none of them knew the location on the name of the hotel at all. We had a fabulous stay at the Cosmo. The hotel was in a fabulous location only 10 minutes drive from downtown. There's lots of shops and restaurants locally and the concierge is very helpful at recommending local places (and will also give you a business card for the taxi driver!!). Recently stayed at the Cosmo Hotel. The staff was very efficient and answered all my questions promptly. The room was very modern, quiet and well appointed, and I had a great view from the 17th floor. There were only two elevators but I never had to wait long for either of them (and this was during Golden Week when everything is busy). From the hotel you can walk to Mong Kok or Prince Edward stations in about 10 minutes. It is tucked away a little, but still convenient, especially if you like to walk. I strolled to Temple St night market in about 20-25 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus that picks up at several locations around HK (including Kowloon station) and it runs every hour or so. This hotel is really worth every penny paid. Although the rooms were pretty small , the outstanding service and helpfulness of the hotel staff was second to none. The convenient location of the hotel was also a big plus as we were in Kowloon for only 2 nights, and so the right location made all the difference.Will definitely return!!!

The room is a little small and the lobby is small too. The Internet is not free for the room which should be free.

For the price the hotel was very good. Very slow elevator and bummer that you have to go to the lobby for free wifi but clean, good mattress and shower. Very good deal for the money but a tad out of the way if 1st time to HK and need a central location to get around.

Stayed for 3 nights and would say this one is one of very best I have ever stayed in. Staff were simply friendly n helpful. Location was also walking distance to great places. TQ Cosmo!

i stayed here for 3 nights ,the hotel is good but as everywhere in hong kong rooms were small and bathrooms even smaller.rooms were clean but no free internet access in the rooms .hotel was close to mtr but its a long walk with your bags.no indian foods nearby .overall good for budget traveller

Reasonably priced, and very conveniently located as to the airport (Free shuttle, Kowloon check-in and airport express). Service is OK, the front desk could have been more professional, though.

the room we stayed had a 2 single beds for 2 adults and a 13 year old kid was extremely too small for us. We asked for a late check out at 3 pm , all we got was 1 hour free and had to paid $220 HK for the extra 2 hours.

Clean, relatively new hotel, but not crazy about the staff. We arrived very late due to airplane delay. My sense was the late arrival was more of an inconvenience issue to them and not a matter of how can we go out of our way to try to help get us back on track.
