My family had a very enjoyable stay. The level of service is high witha great attitude exhibited by the staff. The pool is super. Very clean with aesthetically pleasing decor.

Rooms and staff were very nice. The pool is awesome if the weather is nice too. Request a room facing the front entrance and you can see Disney fireworks at night. The only downside was expensive parking (with no alternatives).

Great except for night time dining which is so expensive for regular people. Other than that, everything was great. We ate breakfast both mornings in the room downstairs, but that is not open at night.

It was close to Sea World which is why we were in Orlando but did not offer any shuttle services to the park. It also had a huge $14 per night parking fee that was not expected. We were there for New Year's Eve and did not enjoy the hotel amenities at all. Very satisfied with stay. In addition to the great location for various park access, the property pool area was an oasis for my family. We've already recommended the property and will be back next year. The restaurants food and service were outstanding and impressively affordable.

The hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. The pool was awesome, I just wish we had more time to spend in it. We will defenetly stay there again when we come back to Orlando. It was worth what we paid.

This hotel experience as one of the most amazing we have had in a long time. The pool and all the services were great. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. Vincent especially was awesome. He made us feel like we were royalty. You got a customer for life. Bravo.

Hotel was good, well good for the price nothing great. Location is not great, not bad either. Service sucked. I was waiting for bell boy to pick up my luggages for 15 minutes, calling 3 times to front desk and end of taking myself (as we were late for our flight) even after tipping him $10 for two suitcases when he brought it in previous day. Valet […] car was present when I came down but locked and no one is available to help. I could have walked to parking lot, which would have been faster. Newly renovated rooms, huge pools with flowing man made river, waterfalls, slide, jacuzzis, cabanas, fire pit, etc, courteous stuff, ultra clean everywhere, huge (pay) parking lot, near Seaworld and convention center. This is a great hotel. Clean, comfortable, affordable and all of the staff was very courteous and helpful. Excellent place to stay with your family. It's not too far from all of the theme parks and has an awesome pool and lazy river. My only complaint is that they do not offer free internet service. It doesn't cost them any extra to offer this service […] for free. Especially being so close to the convention center, I'm sure they get a lot of business people who need internet access. Everybody offers free internet access these days. Actually, it wouldn't be so bad if the price was more reasonable. $14.99 for 24 hours of access is a bit much. If they are gonna charge that much, you should have access for your whole stay. Fortunately there is a McDonalds right across the street that does have free wifi. the service that we got was not great but the real issue was we could not get any information from the concierge that was accurate it is better to say i dont know. that would keep us from coming back

The hotel is very nice, but there were a few problems. 1. There was a $14.95 charge for WiFi in the room, per device. Laptop=14.95, iPad =14.95, iPhone=14.95. It is ridiculous how high end hotels charge for incidentals that other hotels offer for free. 2. The toilet tissue in the bathroom was very low with no spare roll. I left a note for the room server […] next to the tip. The tip was taken, but no toilet tissue was left. 3. After 5 nights my soap was almost out, and I had to request this again. Leer más

Booked this place because of the advertised direct connection to the CC. But it's a 15-20 min walk. If you want convenience go for the Peabody. The Hilton has a great pool complex but otherwise not too kid friendly because of it's size. Use th self parking. Very convenient and close to the lobby entrance.

Excellent hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Staff very helpful. Convenient parking although there is a charge. Restaurants and bars in the hotel on the pricey side. Great location being close to SeaWorld and one could actually walk to Universal Studios. Would return to this hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Orlando. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive!! The pool was amazing....great for the kids and the Hotel/Grounds were clean and neat!! Great Place!

This is a great property. The service and the facilities are first class. It is located right across from the convention center.

Hotel was awsome and the pool was the best. Hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. We onlky stayed one night but i am looking forward to going back. Hotel was very clean and everything is looks to be. We had a great time !!!

We unexpectely had to travel to Orlando to visit our daughter and had to find a hotel within a few weeks. We booked at the Orlando Hilton and were definitely not disappointed. Stayed over Labor Day weekend. My 4 year old had a blast. The pool, lazy river, water slide and elevators of course made it very enjoyable.

I prefer smaller boutique hotels for quality and service but this was excellent for what it is. I would stay there again.

This has everything you need. Nicest hotel I've stayed in for a very long time.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and everything was perfect (very clean and new hotel) until it came to check out day. We had a very early check out time at around 4am and the two spaced out front desk employees forgot to remind me not to return my room access card to them since I'd need it to exit the parking area with my rental car […] (and at 4am no attendant is at the front gate!). Once I finally came back to front desk to get my access card back she scanned the card through her machine so I thought the card was all good to go. Wrong! I get to the exit gate and it won't open. I try the intercom at the gate and get no response. Luckily a hotel worker happened to pass by and opened the gate for me. This is definitely not the kind of check out you want when you have a plane to catch at the airport!! Stayed here for seven nights in August. Cannot find a fault with this place. We loved every moment of it. The beds are honestly the most comfortable I have ever slept in (and I have a pretty good bed at home..!). Spencer's was delicious, and the wild mushroom ravioli at David's Club was divine. Right next door to it... but at same time, great family and adult pool area. Place still smells like new. Too bad some of the staff lacks service training and customer attention skills... and knowledge of what they actually have in a bar!
