Este precioso hotel , con una excelente ubicacion, presento varios problemas durante mi estancia , que NO SE DEBEN PRESENTAR en un hotel de esa categoria y de ese precio. La television cuenta con un surround sound bastante impresionante en cuanto a la acustica.Lamentablemente tiene problemas de interconexion con la television: primero NO PERMITIA CAMBIAR […] DE CANALES despues NO PERMITIA APAGAR LA TELEVISION.Una vez que el ingeniero de mantenimiento pudo reparar este desperfecto ,se presento un tercer problema: La TV recibia la señal , lo cual podiamos notar en el audio , pero NO TENIAMOS pantalla BLACK PICTURE. Por suerte apagando el sistema varias veces volvimos a contar con pantalla. Tuvimos otro problema: a la recamarera se le olvido poner DOS toallas de regadera.Solo puso una y lamentablemente me di cuenta de este olvido demasiado tarde , una vez que ya me encontraba dentro de la regadera. por suerte me pude secar con la toalla de manos pequeña , ya que la toalla llego inexplicablemente 10 minutos mas tarde. Por ultimo:El restaurant NO CUENTA CON UN DESAYUNO BUFFET, por lo que desayunar bien en este hotel NO ES NADA ECONOMICO. The hotel staff was very courteous and polite. Special mention is rick from the reception! Perfect job super friendly and helpful!

good location if looking to be in Boston, especially near the North End. Great rooms very quiet, nice beds. open windows a plus.

Would not recommend there are other places around the area which are much nicer for the same price.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Considering that the hotel opened in 2008 it is not in great shape. The bathroom was a bit grimy and the carpets worn. I did not expect this from a Fairmont. Also, housekeeping did not replace any toiletries which made not bringing shampoo etc a mistake. The location is great if you want to walk to little restaurants […] and shops. It's about a 15 minute walk from the closest subway station. Bottom line- Not worth the price and I will not return to Fairmont Battery Wharf. Leer más

Overall was ok, good service, clean and modern - but just make sue u keep a map of the hotel as many taxi drivers didn't know where it was - and actualy never heard about it

Great Hotel, new and if you like the Italian section of Boston...look no further. We were upgraded to a suite and that was perfect because we had our 10 year old with us. Lots of room. The bar and restaurant were a bit pricy, but there are are so many options right around the corner. Try Mike's pastry!!! Service was very nice and the regular rooms […] looked nice. This hotel has pretty much all the perks that one could imagine EXCEPT they charge a hefty fee per day for wireless access in your hotel room. In a high end hotel in the perfect location on the harbor, why would this be so? Why would they assume that, after paying a hefty fee for the lovely room, a client would be pleased to have to go to the lobby […] to have wireless access? We simply don't get it and may entertain the thought of staying at a cheaper place with better access to wireless. Should we really have to sit on Boston Common to acquire free internet? Leer más

Our first time staying here - won`t be our last. People at North Station unsure of hotel location so we went wrong direction initially. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Garden, where we were going for a concert. It was a wonderful visit. The quality of the hotel is manifested in the wonderful staff they have.

Fabulous! Perfect location, wonderful staff, walk to everything!! Excellent Chef! Had a wonderful clambake for July 4th! The spa is awesome! Can not wait to go back this summer! (Not to mention Pet Friendly - Our Pug Bennie loved his stay!!)

great local resturants and historic sites just minutes on foot from the door Hotel is upper crust and I have been around the world twice, been to two state fairs and have seen everything except the wind blow and was satisfied Had a good work out facility also

Nothing but kind words for the the hotel staff from check-in to valet to room service were very helpful, attentive and served you with a smile. Through no fault of their own they also managed to locate a really comfortable cot for my son as the room I booked for 3 adults and a child was supposed to be with 2 double beds but to my surprise there was […] only a king size bed . I was really impressed that by the time we had the chance to settle in - the cot arrived . They also provided us with good suggestions on where to dine. My teenage daughter and I stayed her. It was just a couple of blocks from Hanover St (lots of good Italian restauransts and bakeries). We were about a 10 minute walk to Faniuel Hall area. It was also really nice being right on Boston Harbor. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

I like staying here because the rooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are quite nice. The only negative is that the room is technologically challenging. The TV is difficult to operate if you are trying to selct a movie. One can easily start a movie (and be charged) by accident. The main phone has too many buttons. Nothing is intuitive.

Excellent Hotel. Sits right on the Boston Harbor. Our stay was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel, the Aragosta, was superb. Their food and Strawberry Martinis were unparalleled. An upscale hotel in a convenient location. We stayed only one night in order to attend an event in Boston. We were greeted with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite with a view of the harbor. Nice! This is a relatively expensive hotel but comparable to other nice hotels in the area. The restaurant is newly opened and still working out the kinks. […] The food was good but the staff were apparently still in learning mode. We had the wrong appetizers delivered to our table although they graciously gave them to us for free. The rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean. The room was quiet even with close proximity to a busy waterfront and Logan Airport flight paths. If you are not on a budget, I would highly recommend a stay at The Fairmont Battery Wharf. Leer más

This hotel was located in a great area. Close to the Market and Little Italy. Great front desk service. Spacious rooms and awesome bathroom..

I don't stay in hotels much when I travel, as I tend to try to find friends or cheap hostels. However, this time my girlfriend and I decided to splurge for a night in Boston and stayed in the King Deluxe Room at the Fairmont Battery Wharf in Boston. There isn't much to say other than it was amazing. The receptionist walked us from the front desk into […] the adjacent building and up one floor into our room. He even showed us how to operate the cappuccino machine in the room. The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. My only minor complaint about the room itself would be that the sheets are a bit too starchy. Other than that, the service was wonderful (when we needed a bandage at midnight, the concierge promptly delivered an entire set of bandages and antiseptic wipes to our room; they also asked if we needed them to call us a cab the night before we were due to check out). Again, I'm not a frequent hotel guest, but if I were to visit Boston again, the Fairmont Battery Wharf would definitely be on the top of my list. Leer más

Never having been to Boston before, it was difficult to know where to base ourselves for a few days. We were very lucky with the Fairmont because it's in a great location in the North End, surrounded by Italian restaurants, and another few really nice places down towards the Aquarium. It's about a ten minute walk from the T public transport system (North […] Station), so for some people that might be too far but if you're reasonably mobile it's a great location. We were very happy to walk to most places we wanted to see - downtown to Fanueil Hall and surrounding areas, and the "Freedom" Trail are all within easy reach. Arrived at the Hotel the evening of 3/15. The staff from the valet personnel to the front desk were very courteous and efficient. My reservation was already taken care of and the room was absolutely pristine with a nice view of battery wharf. Room service was fast and food was delicious. My fiancee and myself were almost sad that our vacation came to an end that we had such a nice time. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with spacious room and nice amenities. The location was great for walking to many sites in Boston and only 10 minutes from Faneuil Hall!

This was my husband and my second time at Battery Wharf. The service was exceptional. The room was perfect. Valet parking is pricey at $42 per day but that is normal for Boston. We arrived 1 1/2 hours early and was fortunate to be able to check in early. The location is absolutely wonderful! (10 minute walk to TD Bank Garden, 2 minute walk to Hanover […] Street). This is a very fine hotel to stay at. I was pleasantly pleased by the quality of this luxurious hotel. The only two cautions I have about staying here were that the walls were a bit thin and the location was far away from the subways. This hotel is also located north east of the North End (Little Italy). To get to the nearest subway entrance, its about a 10-15 minute walk through the North End. I loved this hotel! It felt like such a treat for myself, and I really had a great time. I gave an overall rating of 4 because after my checkout I legit turned my back to the front desk and the two women started talking about me as soon as I turned my back. It was something catty about my appearance (Along the lines of: "She's far too pale for that […] color...") and I couldn't be bothered to make a scene and stoop to their level. But their attitudes and the fact that they barely waited till I was out of ear-shot to say something really got under my skin. The hotel was nice but I did not feel like there was much service available. I expected more from a Fairmont.

This hotel was within walking distance to most must-see attractions. We could also walk to the "T" and get out of Boston proper. We did take the ferry to Salem and that was awesome. We were there for 5 days and did not rent a car. We did not feel this limited us seeing all the sights. Hotel staff was very accomadating, helpful and friendly. Excellent staff.. Just some confusion w/the housecleaning .. not cleaning our room the first day. And our shower leaked and wasn't addressed until we left. Beautiful view, comfortable contemporary decor in rooms, sleek restaurant and bar. It is right on a walkway that hugs the ocean for miles and ends at Black Falcon Pier. Short walk to the North End […] was great for dinning. Only thing that bum's me is no pool or jacuzzi. Leer más

I Love this hotel.The staff is friendly.The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean.It is in a busy neighborhood but you would never know it .I sleep like a baby and go back all of the time!!
