"Muy buena relacion precio calidad"
El hotel esta muy bien en general....a pesar de tener una habitacion de muy buen tamano, el bano es ridiculamente chico e incomodo. Internet en la habitacion y desayuno se pagan aparte. La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de una calle de restaurantes. El bus desde el Aeropuerto tiene una parada a 100 metros del hotel.Recomiendo el hotel.
"Céntrico y amable"
Un hotel que lo tiene todo en Granada. A sólo unos pasos de las avenidas principales y de distintas formas de moverse por la ciudad. El personal cordial y siempre dispuesto a dar un consejo al turista primerizo por esta ciudad. Muy recomendable!

Pensé que tendría habitación como las que enseñan en su página web, pero no. Pedí cama matrimonio y dieron 2 camas individuales juntas. La ducha cuesta muchísimo de regular el agua caliente (o te quemas o te hielas) y de vistas a la Alhambra nada de nada, sino una ventana que da a los bares de abajo con lo que tienes bastante ruido. No he estado mal […] pero he estado en hoteles con menos o igual estrellas i la calidad es mucho mejor, también el servicio. Leer más

El hotel está localizado en un punto neuralgico. Se pueden realizar largas, interesantes y cautivantes caminatas ya que esta cerca de casi todas las atracciones turisticas. Creo que para un Meliá es un poco... poco. Para empezar no puedo entender cómo no tienen escobillas en el servicio (!!), ni cómo te reservan plazas de parking en un aparcamiento de al lado y te las cobran, tampoco cómo tienen unas almohadas tan "escasas", pues el que va allí va a descansar y estar cómodo. La ubicación tiene de pega que está en pleno […] centro y hay una dirección de acceso que parece cortada al tráfico, luego te das cuenta que si está abierto a usuarios de hoteles, pero está situado a tiro de paseo de todo el centro. A LA LLEGADA AL HOTEL, NUESTRA HABITACION NO ESTABA PREPARADA, TUVIMOS QUE ESPERAR HASTA LAS 16.30 HRS. TUVIMOS QUE CAMBIAR DE HABITACION PORQUE HACIA UN CALOR INSOPORTABLE. EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO IBA BIEN O EL AISLAMIENTO DE LA MISMA NO ERA SUFICIENTE.

Viajo varias veces al año a granada por motivos familiares y he de decir que este es el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. La situacion es genial, en el mismo centro y con muchos bares de tapeo y tiendas de compras cerca. El hotel en si es acogedor (recomendaria su estancia en invierno), con muchos detalles en madera. "CAMA SUPLETORIA"
El último día nos comentaron que teniamos que pagar un suplemento por la cama supletoria, que ellos pusieron a la niña y que no utilizó.Le comentamos que el primer día su compañero nos indico que lo teniamos todo pagado, no lo cobraron, pero muy mal, no avisarlo desde el primer día.

Situado en pleno centro de Granada. El hotel lo usamos solo para dormir, así que de la comida no puedo opinar. La habitación, el trato y la limpieza perfectas. No tiene parking, pero hay uno a 20 mts. en el que puedes aparcar por ser cliente del hotel pero algo caro. En definitivas cuentas lo recomiendo 100%.

Buena situación pero algo complicada de acceder. Habitaciones correctas y silenciosas. El parking se debe pagar a parte, podria ofertarse con el precio del hotel ya que es necesario si se viaja en vehiculo. Personal muy amable y desayunos completos.Recomendable

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El trato recibido por el personal del Hotel ha sido magnífico, personal muy atentos en todo y muy buenos profesionales. Nunca habia estado en un Melia pero despues de esta experiencia he de decir que seguire haciendo uso de esta cadena, porque he comprobado y vivido su gran profesionalidad.-

"Good location, can use some upgrades"
The lobby is nice and has free wireless. It is also located one block away from a row of restaurants that are open late night. The entrance of the path up to Alhambra was also about 15 mins away. One annoyance was the absence of a beverage machine. The major con was the cleaniness of the beds. We noticed that there was stray hair or two on the sheets […] and also the sheets themselves had permanent black streak marks. The front desk was able to provide another set of sheets immediately, however these also had some permanent black streak marks. We decided to just bear with it since they were at least fresh, and it was a one night stay. My advice is, at some point just donate the old sheets and get new ones! Leer más

For a very fair price (in november), this is a high-quality 4 star hotel in an ideal location in downtown granada, perfect for exploring the hills and the town without being constantly surrounded by the tourist markets. great bed, clean room, fantastic town. the only downside would be the grouchy man behind the front desk, who tried to charge us for […] breakfast without our consent, then rudely argued that we agreed to it. the bell man was very gracious, however. "Melia in Granada"
Located close to all the sights, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The friendliest and most helpful staff that I have encountered in a very long time. The hotel breakfast is tops. Will certainly come back to this hotel in the future, Granada is most beautiful and friendly.

Location is perfect and the quality is great in general. Just a couple of things to note: there is no Internet in the rooms, but it's free in the lobby (ask for the user/pass at the reception). Very good hotel very good location but it was so noisy when you open room window. When I stayed at the hotel, American college students stayed at different floor and talking without closing their room window even after mid night.

This hotel was in a good location to see everything on foot in Granada. We stayed three nights and were comfortable. The staff was a bit cool, but then we are used to American friendliness. Breakfast was wonderful and we walked everywhere - even up to the Alhambra (quite a hike!) Loved Granada!!! What a busy, historic, beautiful city!

The Hotel was nice and in a great location. Just a block off of one of the main Granada arteries. The main hallways could use some updating, but the room was nice. WiFi access was good in the lobby, but didn't work in our room. Don't expect to have a view of the Alhambra from the hotel. Some of the staff really made it seem like it was a chore for […] them to help you. Some of them were great, but one or two of the main reception staff are pretty staunchly and old-school snooty. stayed three nights here, room was the biggest and nicest that we had in all of France and Spain and at the lowest price. staff was very helpful location was excellent, on a quiet street yet in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything bathroom was huge and very modern, everything was spotless
"Wonderful hotel in central Granada"
This is a great hotel. It's right in the middle of everything. The staff are very helpful and fluent in English. The only drawback is that the only free wi-fi is in the hotel lobby.

We loved this hotel! Really clean, great staff, and the perfect location - right next to Puerta Real. The street behind this hotel has some great restaurants and tapas, but close the window and you can close out the sounds in the street.
