It was great for a weekend in Chicago. Walk-able distance from the blue line station, but they provide shuttle transportation that will take you there or anywhere else in the area every 15 minutes, even late at night. No restaurant/ room service in the hotel, but there are plenty of great options in the area. Parking isn't free, but paying the hotel […] is cheaper than paying the lot. The interior was very clean and modern. The room was very spacious. There are lots of activities like billiards, a pool, corn-hole, etc to do in the hotel if you're bored. Cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in...No-smoking anywhere inside the hotel which is probably what keeps the hotel smelling clean

We needed a place to stay for an early morning flight. It worked out very well. Lots of good restaurants close by and hotel provides free shuttle to them.

Close to the airport, Rosemont convention center and the new Des Plaines casino. If you need to be by O'Hare airport this is a very good choice.

This hotel was very nice and close to the airport. The only bad thing about it was the having to pay for parking when other hotels in the nearby area let you park for free. For that reason, I would not stay here again I don't think. The hotel is very nice though

me and my wife and my 5 yo daughter stayed at this hotel and i was not expecting much but when we entered the room we instantly fell in love with it this is a must stay hotel if you have to stay over night by o hare airport

Good place to spend one night near O'Hare aiport.

Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour, picks up at Bus/Shuttle center, Door #3. Drivers were good to excellent. Had a %:30 AM flight , front desk set up a 4AM shuttle run. No problems, no hassles. Room was very clean, evrything worked. Construction sight next door but no noise at night. No restaurant on site but shuttle is available to get you to and from one […] of the many restaurants in the area. Numerous snack and breakfast options available for purchase in mini-deli area by front desk. Never a worry about waking up at 3AM with only a candy bar machine to get you through the night. Internet seemed to work well. Decor is a cross between "industrial chic""and "refined modern". Bed was excellent. Price was about 50% more than some of theComfort Inns and Super 8'type places in the area b ut MUCH CLEANER and again USER FRIENDLY. Would definitely stay there again, especially on business. We stayed here to be close to the aiport for an early morning flight. It was very convenient and relaxing. The lobby has a nice feel and offers free internet and board games to help pass the time. Also appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was in good shape, modern, chic, no bathtub, but who wants to use a hotel bathtub anyway! The only downside was that each room has its own HVAC system, and it appeared to be in some disarray. Whenever the A/C compressor would kick in, it sounded louder than the planes landing at nearby O'Hare. Had I do stay there again, I would check that […] as soon as I got into my room and request another one if it was a problem. I don't know if it's any better elsewhere though. Positives are the gym is great, comfy and clean room, and free wifi and coffee to keep you going when your flight gets delayed. Also they gave me a generous late checkout and all staff were courteous and professional. Free shuttle to the area is great, too, since there's not much around there. I'd stay there again for sure, especially if the rates were as good as this, though I'd be sure to check the a/c or heater for its noise level. I had trouble sleeping through that sound. Leer más

Very nice modern hotel. Especially suited to young professional travelers. Provides plenty of ways to meet and mingle after work. Rooms are modern and attractive.

Yes, it's W's teaser brand and designed to the hilt; but it also has the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in this year (and I've slept in over a hundred).

Clean Room and very contemporary look. Close to Ohare and many restaurants.

The Aloft chain is amazing, they did it again at the ohare Aloft Hotel. Was the same experience that I had at another aloft I stayed at in the past. Great hotel, and very hip. Would highly recommend it.

Hair & make-up on sheets - asked for new ones twice, they never came. Shuttle times were inconsistent Room smelled like it was on fire if the temperature was put above 70 degrees. MY STAY WAS GREAT NO BACK PROBLEMS ...VERY COMFORTABLE ..THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME AT FRONT DESK BC I WASNT INFORMED THEY NEEDED TO HOLD AN ADDITIONAL 50 DOLLARS WHEN I BOOKED IT . Staff was helpful and friendly room was clean comfortable and very pleasant. There was construction just outside the hotel but that is obviously outside of the hotels control.

Staff ranges from average to friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, average accomodations but very modern. We enjoyed our stay. It is not a 3 or 4 star hotel, but for 2 1/2 stars it is tops.

I was impressed with the style and decor of this hotel. Very modern looking and the staff was very helpful. It is a mere 5-10 minute walk to the Convention Center. They have shuttle buses that are helpful and will act like "taxis" The prices at the cafe was a bit pricey but that is understandable. This hotel is very modern and was an extremely clean and comfortable place. Free shuttle service at night to surrounding places to eat is a nice plus! If you have a game system, bring it along as the room has an easy to connect to gaming box for PS3, XBox, etc. All in all I would easily stay here again!

Nice comfortable bed clean room. However, the lights in the bathroom area / vanity area did not work which was a nuisance.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on the website. All hopes were dashed after spending 20+ minutes waiting for the desk person to help me. It didn't help that the transport van took forever, and then some, to pick me up from the airport. After finally getting check in, I found a piece of food in one of the beds! Very sleek, urban-contemporary hotel. The room was just what you need without all the fluff. Felt like a loft in the city. The common spaces were really cool; great for young couples & business professionals. The only drawback was that the light over the sink in the bathroom area was not working in any of the rooms due to a malfunction and they were […] going to be replacing them. Personally, I think they should have installed temporary lights so that people can see what they are doing in the mirror (makeup, hair, shaving,etc.); there was no natural light exposed to that area. We did get a gooseneck lamp from housekeeping, which helped. They did have free parking in the parking garage, which would normally be $20 a night; I am guessing that they did that to offset the inconvenience of the missing lights. This is a great trendy hotel to stay at if you need to be near O'Hare or surrounding areas. The only problems were the vanity lights were not working due to electrical problems and no restaurant in the hotel. But the good thing is the hotel will shuttle you to near by restaurants and shops, which is really nice!

I thought this hotel was beautiful and very clean, and great for the price. I will say the only ice machine was on the second floor at the end of the hall and you needed your room key to access it...I was on the 4th floor so needless to say, that was rather inconvenient...oh and no ice scoop. Rooms are contemporary, good for business stay, won't recommend for family stay. Construction going on nearby, loud noise at times and confusing parking spaces. Ok to stay provided the reasonable rate. ridiculous price for breakfast, only nearby option is a McD.

It was a very quiet hotel except when we were checking in, the lobby area were full of partygoers which intimidated other people. Some of the light bulbs in the room were burn out which it should have been checked before they let guest goes in, otherwise it's a very nice and "chic" modern hotel.

The front desk staff was unbelievable snooty from the beginning. The light was broken above the vanity (leaving that entire area in the dark) and I found two large insects in my room on two different nights. There were stains on the floor, and somehow the walls were even dirty. Also, the whole building smelled like Fruit-Loops. Bed was comfy, shuttle […] convenient, and the bartender (Brenda) was amazing. Other than that, a lot of money for a poor stay. Beautiful!! Unique! Friendly staff! Loved it!

For the price of this hotel, I wasn't satisfied. The front desk clerks were rude, not very helpful (bartender lady was OVER THE TOP HELPFUL and AWESOME!) I was sent on a search for ice machine (only location on 2nd floor, really?!) without being told it was in the utmost awkward place (tucked FAR in a corner of the hotel you would have NEVER have guessed!), […] the beds were nothing but hard and uncomfortable and I don't think I can even call the pillows they have, pillows. The MAIN bathroom light was out of order in all rooms so you had to be creative in seeing yourself in the mirror to get ready. The construction made it crazy confusing to find the main entrance so the only surrounding neighborhood was dust/construction. The hotel smelled of fruit loops throughout, which was a bit nauseating to be honest. And what they charge a day for parking WAY out of downtown at a hotel is ridiculous! Great quick getaway for my wife and I. Fun offbeat decor made us feel a bit old for place - but that turned out to be a part of the fun. We walked through garage to the luxe Muvico cinema: saw movie, went for a swim, ordered delivery and had a relaxing weekend night for a great rate

I love the aloft hotel. Every time my fiance and I stay here with our babies (2 Black labs) we are always greeted with warmth and appreciation. This time we stayed in the same exact room we had stayed in almost 3 yrs ago. I was so sweet to us because it brought back memories. The dogs loved the room and the seating under the tv was perfect for their […] sleeping. The room we stayed in was also convienent because it was right near the back door where we could take our dogs out to potty without disturbing any other guest. I would say that i was kind of upset they we never received the doggie bags for our dogs but overall the stay was wonderful. This hotel is located in a great area. The reason I gave it a little lower score for the surrounding neighborhood is because there is still alot of construction going on around it but the hotel is finished and wonderful.

I stayed at the hotel during the July 4th weekend. Overall, the hotel is very nice. Very contemporary design. Comfortable. Clean. The customer service could improve though. The front staff was not very inviting. A minor setback to an overall very good hotel.

Well the Aloft has a very friendly staff, but the parking lot is $13, but they don't explain that during your stay that they will validate your parking. So since I checked in and left to go to the stores I paid a total of $26 dollars while there which should have only been $13.
