This was my first time in the NOVA chain & the only reason I stayed was because my friends stayed there. I normally stay in soi diane I find there is always plenty of places to eat, bars, gogo's, etc. I think the plantinum it self is a very nice layout but abit isolated. However its only minutes from walking street which is ok at night but there is […] nothing much to do in the day? One last thing the only reason I put no I would'nt recommend N.P to others.... Stay in Executive rooms, It is ok. We stay in De Luxe first, VERY old and dirty. Cleaning not very good - specieally in bathroom. Poolbar/minebar - Thailand most expensive. 108 bath for 0,33 l Coca Cola (Fraser Resort Pattaya - 30 bath in bar). Reseption: Not very good service - cpuld not take towels to beach- had to pay 1000/bath in deposit every […] time. Loaction OK, but have a lot of trafic - little far to best restaurant and walking street, but not To far. 10-15 minuts walk Nice poolarea!! :-) Can go back, but will stay in executive rooms, and NOT bay ANYTHING from bar. Superficially this is appears a very nice hotel, with modern lobby and nice landscaped pool. But the facilities are greatly in need of repair. Staff are friendly but management of hotel is failing. I booked a double and was given a twin on first night. Next night moved to a room with king bed, but very smelly bathroom. This was a problem with the drains […] that no amount of air freshioner by the maid staff, could fix. Maid staff also lacking, supplies not replenished after first day. We stayed this hotel two times. The poolarea is great!!! but thats it. MiniBar/Poolbar: The prices in minibar and poolbar is CRAZY!! We paid 107 bath (incl VAT and service charge) for one Coca Cola, and when we stayed in Fraser Resort later same week, thay charge 30 bath - Nova is 350% more expensive. Rooms/Cleaning: Not good at all. |Specially in […] bathroom, it was not very clean. The standard rooms (first time stay) was very old, and doors to bathrooms almost fell of the walls. Not very clean. WiFi: What WiFi???? 80% of time, not working or VERY bad. Breakfast / 300 bath / OK Service overall: Had to almost fight to bring two towels to the beach. Had to pay 1000 bath in deposit!! What is that ??? Overall: Location not specially good, lot of trafic, far from beach. Service and cleaness not satisified for us. It's located relatively close to the main walking street of Pattaya (about 10 minutes away by foot). which is good if you want to get away from all the madness surrounding the walking street. The hotel itself is very average. Not maintained relatively well. slow shower drain. no hot water in the morning sometimes, and hotel front door and door lock […] doesn't work properly unless you mess with it. also slow check out. a long wait for them to check rooms but they do not offer much inside that's worth taking. but it does have a nice pool with a water slide. the hot tub is huge but the water is slightly hotter than the regular pool. overall, its price is not worth what it offers. Wash room smell like pee all over.... Never ever use this hotel even it is free.... worst hotel ever

I enjoyed my stay at Nova Platinum. Very convenient to Walking Street, spacious rooms and a decent fitness area. Very clean all-around. Fantastic swimming pool area and the est swim-up bar. Had a mix-up with multiple bookings and the hotel was able to repair on-the-spot what the booking company could/would not.

This hotel appears to be near the corner of 2nd Street and Soi 6 on the Hotels.com map. However, it's nowhere near that location. It is actually much farther south, which is okay if you like Walking Street. It is actually only a short walk to Walking Street. Other than that, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Free wireless internet throughout. Clean […] rooms (although the bed and chair are not very comfortable). You can rent a scooter right across the street, and there is a taxi stand outside. The worst hotel ever!!! Don’t stay their even if it’s free..it was raining while I stayed and my room was loaded with water And I asked them to change room or fix the it and they refused to do so. It was a nightmare all of my clothing, the sheets even the bed were loaded the water and I had to put towels all over the room. from outside it didn't appeal me at all, but the story was different when i went inside. the ambiance was calm and lovely . the rooms are neat and clean, though the bathrooms doors were not good,as anyone passing from the room can see it inside. overall a good experience .

This is my third stay in this hotel and at each visit I see the quality going down very rapidly. I know they have a new building also, but if you happen to be given the old building you are out of luck.

I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is in a good location. They have expanded and it is now 3 buildings with a beautiful pool in the middle. However, the original building's rooms are starting to show their age and could be maintained a bit better. However, overall, it is still a nice hotel.

It is a new place and the service is sub-standard at its best. This understandable after you have seen the guest in will hotel be a good indicator as to the level service. For the price paid i could have stayed in Dusit Thani up in North Pattaya. As for me this is just a one time stay in this place, never again.

Great location only a short walk to Walking Street and the night life. Hotel is super modern and very clean! The pool is amazing with a small beach area. Entire pool is in beautiful blue tile, very clean and pretty! Salt water pool and very big and nice pool area. Great shopping not far from the hotel. Room service and restaurant are very good. The […] only complaint would be the service level at the pool bar. We were in the pool right at the last minute of happy hour and the bartender wouldn't give us the happy hour prices. The 2 bartenders were very wrapped up in their usic selection and didn't engage in conversation with any of the guests. They didn't ask anyone if they wanted drinks- people would have to go over to them, interrupt them and ask for a drink. It was not nearly the level of service I would expect for such a wonderful hotel. It's an easy fix so I hope they do some service training as that would easily make the hotel one of the best in Asia! This was our second stay at the Nova Platinum. The location near Walking Street is very convenient. However the experience this time was less pleasant as our room was in the midst of a group of party boys. Their noise went on all night as they kept running from room to room and talking in the hallways. We complained, others complained but to no avail. […] Nova should have placed us and others like us far away from groups. The shower like last time still quietly leaked. But the room was well sealed from the street noise below and we like that it's not in the tourist area (as much). Getting to Jomtien Beach is as easy as getting to Walking Street. We recommend Nova Platinum again but now with a caution. Check to see if your room is on a floor with a large group of people. If so, ask to be moved. Leer más

This hotel has all the facilities that you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pattaya, with friendly and helpful staff. It is situated within a 10 minute walk of Walking street, but it remains quiet at night. For visits along 2nd road, Royal Garden and Central Plaza shopping malls, you can get a baht bus pick up right outside the door. […] The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom clean with a large shower cubicle. The only drawback is that there was no balcony, but the new rooms being completed the other side of the swimming pool, which is very good, seem to have balconies for the future. The restaurant to one side of reception is a little expensive, but does provide excellent food. I had the Zia Pizza, which was very good. The Thai cuisine is also a good standard. The hotel is a short walk to Walking Street. Our room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the street. We were worried the street noise would be a problem but the thick windows kept the noise out. Excellent. Really, the only gripe would be the shower. No real water pressure. Highly recommended hotel despite that.

We stayed 2 nights in Soi 8 and were so glad we found this hotel. The moment you walk in off the street the lobby relaxes you. The pool was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A must!

Jamen okay hotel med stort rigtig fint svømmepool bagved, hvor der er gjort meget ud af at skabe strand atmosfære. Det fungerer rigtig fint. Værelserne er fine og der er flot og rent.

Veldig bra hotell, men oppgrader til Delux rom. Supirior rommene er elendig og lukter dritt.

Hotell Nova Platinum har sentral beliggenhet i Pattaya noen hundre meter fra berømte Walking Street. Hotellet har ett flott og skjermet bassengområde med 2 svømmebasseng. At my check in, I was met by a very unfriendly receptionist. She was "very" pregnant. Maybe too pregnant, letting it out on guests ? She was actually so undfriendly that I allmost checked out before I even checked in, well knowing that I would loose my money for that first night. Luckily I only booked one night. The hotel was filled with Russians, […] and I have never seen so many people, eat so much for so long, and even putting their breakfast in lunchbags (?)..... ever. Gratis internet, fint basseng, rent og pent. LIgger OK til, - kort vei til Walking Street, men litt langt til shopping. Eneste - hold dere til DeLoxe eller bedre room. De andre er slitte! Kommer garantert tilbake

Slitet och sunkigt. Absolut inte värt 4 stjärnor. Och inte särskilt trevlig personal. Kvarteren runt om riktigt sunkiga också. Däremot ganska nära till Walking Street.

После посещения the Walking Street с ее экспонатами (девушки и трансвиститы предлагают […] свои услуги очень открыто и порой даже агрессивно) у нас появилось чувство брезгливости и к этим экспонатам, и к этой улице, и к нашему отелю,т.к. стало предельно ясно, зачем все эти зеркала в номерах. Более того, однажды сидели в лобби и видели, что в течение 10 минут зашло в отель и зарегистрировалось 4 "временные" пары... В общем, если вы серьезны по отношению к гигиене и хотите классно отдохнуть, ищите отель с собственным пляжем и подальше от этой экзотики. От этого отеля пешком до пляжа около 10 минут, но пляжи очень неуютные, прям почти на проезжей части, где и собаки гуляют, и еда готовится местными. Мы даже съездили на коралловый остров позагорать, чтоб нормально и спокойно отдохнуть на пляже без суеты местных аборигенов. Стоило это удовольствие на один день 700 бат с носа ($23), включался вкусный обед. Также в этом отеле самый простой завтрак. Выбором не удивили. И бассейн с окна нам тоже показался грязным. Leer más

This is not a 4 star hotel. The service is lousy. The staff was not that helpfull as other 4 stars hotel i have been staying at.

Hotellet ligger ikke der det er anvist på kartet men i pattaya syd, litt mindre sentralt enn ut fra kartet. Stort hotell med flere bygninger og basseng i midten skjermet fra veien. At frokost koster 300 Bht per person er i overkant drøyt, så pass på å få dette inkludert.

Jeg hadde ett flott opphold på Nova Platinum i påsken i år. Betjeningen på hotellet var veldig trivelig, imøtekommende og gjorde sitt beste for at jeg skulle trives. De gjorde at mitt opphold og trivsel på hotellet var meget bra. Hotellet har et veldig flott bassengområde med 2 fine svømmebasseng og området er totalt avskjermet fra trafikk og støy […] på utsiden av hotellet. Det gjør at det er meget behagelig å oppholde seg der. I tillegg er det en flott SPA avdeling på hotellet som jeg satt stor pris på. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gange fra Walking Street for dem som ønsker å ta del i nattelivet. Alt i alt var jeg veldig fornøyd med oppholdet mitt. Leer más

Hotellet er general flot, pool, bar, restauranten ect. Desværre er værelserne utrolige små. Der ikke plads til meget andet end sengen og mini-baren.... Badværelset er også meget lille og uden kar-bad.

Vi var der kun to overnatningers men absolut et hotel vi ville bruge igen. Dog lidt lang gåtur til stranden men ingen problemer med at hoppe på en vogn.

Oppholdet vårt på Nova Platinum hotell var veldig bra. Vi opplevde personellet som arbeidet på hotellet som imøtekommende, smilende og serviceinnstilt. Vi opplevde en service som vi sjelden har opplevd før. Utearealet på hotellet var også av høy standard. Med to fine svømmebasseng og god plass til å nyte solen i. Det var også et fint trimrom der en […] kunne bruke tredemølle eller bruke andre apparater. Nova Platinum er et fint hotel som trygt kan anbefales . Vi hadde flotte dager der og spesielt synes vi at betjeningen i restauranten på hotellet var trivelige. SPA avdelingen på hotellet vil vi også anbefale der det var fine lokaler med flinke folk. Jeg bodde paa dette hotellet i 13 netter. De bra tingene foerst: Sikkerheten og profesjonaliteten til hotellbesetningen var upaaklagelig. Bassengomraadet er veldig trivelig. En slipper aa hoere braak fra barer rundt omkring. Saa de mindre bra: Prisene paa hotellrestauranten og baren ved bassengomraadet er saa hoeye at det som kunne vaert et livlig […] og bra tilholdssted paa dagtid er helt doedt. Menyen i restauranten har ofte smaafeil, og kommunikasjon mellom kjoekkenet og servitoerene virker ikke aa vaere helt bra. Fikk blant annet feil matrett en gang, og tilbehoeret til den ene retten jeg bestilte var ikke naert det som stod i menyen. Enkelte av rommene har doer mellom hverandre, sikkert fint for barnefamilier, men jeg satte ikke pris paa aa hoere alt som skjedde paa rommet paa andre siden av den doeren. Fra 9 tiden og utover paa morgenen springer vaskedamene rundt og ringer paa doerene som ikke har "do not disturb skiltet" oppe, og dette hoeres veldig godt mellom rommene. Leer más
