"poor management"
The hotel is hard to get to, but the real problem is the staff, they were very rude, and I ask for a wake up call, but I did not get it and almost missed my flight. The hot breakfast was cold and everything was not good.

We had one devil of a time trying to discover how to get to the address. Took several stops to ask people and then when we saw the Inn sign "over thar'" we had to spend a bit of time finding the way in. But we REALLY enjoyed the accommodations.

"Great value, Great hotel"
This is a fantastic hotel. Everything was very clean, organized, and attractive. Breakfast was good and had lots of good stuff. The staff was extremely helpful and actually printed directions to the local attractions and helped fix some reservation problems we had. A great value for the money. There were a couple minor issues which need to be shared. […] First of all, the hotel is near the airport and you will hear planes flying overhead. This is problem for ALL hotels in the proximity. "Comfort Suites- Close to Airport and local mall"
Check in was wonderful at this hotel. The desk clerk was very accomodating to us when she learned that we were handicapped. She went out of her way to make us welcome and help us to our room. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

GREAT HOTEL. expensive but very nice. clerk was friendly, room had 2 flat screens it in which was very nice. the breakfast in the morning was great. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Great location. West of Hwy 54 (Kellogg St) and only a couple miles from the airport.

"PLEASED"
I have to say that the room was GREAT you have your own microwave, mini refrigerater beds were very comfortable. The decor of the room was relaxing and I loved that. Swimming area (warm) loved it...Steam room - loved it. I would highly recommend you to stay here.

We were delighted with our experience. There were just a couple little imperfections, but overall it was very nice.

Our stay started with me calling for directions. The person on the phone was so pleasant and helpful. When I arrived, it was the same person I had spoken to who checked me in. I asked if any restaurants nearby delivered, and they gave me 5 menus to take to my room to choose from. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very very clean, […] and larger than we expected. There was room for everyone to stretch out, 2 large TVs, a couch, and a chair with ottoman. We ventured down to the pool and were pleasantly surprised there as well. The pool area was so clean and the pool was just perfect. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. Breakfast the next morning was great, with the yummiest waffles you could imagine, and a very large selection of food sure to please anyone's taste. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!! Leer más
