El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para poder ver la ciudad pero el tema de trasporte publico esta un poco complicado porque cae en medio de dos lineas que no se comunican entre si con lo que se hace dificil, que no imposible, llegar. Recomendacion poco equipaje. La habitacion es muy grande y con cocina muy bien equipada. Wifi desastroso, no tiene ancho suficiente y la mitad de las veces no funciona. Esta un poco viejecillo, pero muy limpio, con lo cual se compensa una cosa con la otra. Recomendable

Estuvimos solo dos noches, la relacion calidad precio para lo que hay en EEUU está bien. La habitación tiene todas las comodidades, incluso una bañera con hidromasaje. La cama es un poco pequeña y muy blanda, pero está todo limpio y está localizado en una zona muy céntrica. Lo peor el ascensor que es tercermundista y el desayuno, que es muy escaso. Lo recomiendo, pero si se puede gastar un poco más de dinero y buscar otro mejor, pues sería ideal.

I never write revies, but felt that I must do so this time! My husband ran the 2011 Philly Marathon last weekend. All of the hotels were booked months in advance. We found this hotel, the AKA Rittenhouse, on Hotels.com and grabbed it. It was not cheap, but within reason for the late booking and given that it was a marathon weekend. The hotel was extrememly […] clean. We have a son who had a heart transplant and we are very careful about where we stay so as not to pickup anything "funky". This hotel was great! We were upgraded to a 1 bedroon apartment because the studios were overbooked. The employees were so nice and friendly. They took the time to call us by our 1st names when we spoke and were always cheerful. It was a very different "hotel" room as it really is apartments. You get the feel of being at home. I stayed here recently for my attendance at a local conference. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The hotel is well kept. I loved having a fitness center on site. I just wish the fitness center and the coffee machines were available 24 hours. They close around 11pm. Many nights I didn't get in until 10:40 with work commitments. I was on a business trip for 1 week from the UK. Absolutely first class appartment hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, comfortable surroundings and very convenient for local shops/restaurants, and a local gym (free to hotel guests, and very well equipped) I'm also into running, and its a short jog down Walnut to get to the river and the path […] that follows it. "Great for extended stays"
Beautiful, well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortably furnished. Excellent lighting for all situations. Tiny but lovely bathroom. I invited local friends and family to my room to cook dinner twice because it was such a pleasant experience. We paid a little extra for a one bedroom instead of a studio room and we were thrilled by how much space we had. This hotel room was larger than our one bedroom apartment in New York. The stuff were very courteous, the room was clean, modern and upscale. We requested an early checking around 12:30, which they kindly granted us "with difficulty". When we get there we realized why the guests do not check out early at this hotel (so we check in earlier), as they are enjoying their stay. "aka-Rittenhouse Square NOT a 4 star hotel"
No valet parking, had to park in parking garage and walk back to hotel alone. I am female and very uncomfortable with that arrangement. Hotel room was extremely small, the bathroom was smaller than my closet at home. Hotel lobby was anything but pretty. Wierd colored lights in elevator, felt like I was inside a bar. Housekeeping inconsistant. Twice […] they forgot to leave a washcloth, once they forgot the hand towel. Very disappointing. Had to ask for maintainance on the toilet two days before it was serviced. "Great value for a beautiful room in a great location"
Great room and very spacious. The kitchen was complete down to the cooking utensils! Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location on Rittenhouse.

"Night noise can be a problem"
Room was great, convenience of location was great - stuck window was quickly and properly attended to by maintenance personnel, all personnel helpful. Only problem was level of noise, one night, from street level (we were on 8th floor). Noise went on until nearly 1 AM. Not the hotels fault, but if you're not sound sleepers, a bummer.
