Close to canary wharf 10 minute walk, we spent one night whilst visiting the o2 arena easy walk to tube. Hotel staff helpful, clean modern hotel.

stunning location. great views. beautiful hotel and grounds.

Comfortable rooms, expensive breakfast on week days. A bit of a walk to Canary Wharfe to catch the DLR or Jubilee Line. However, great views over the river to the O2 Arena. One word of warning, watch out for the glass top on the table lamp getting too hot and shattering....very scary.

Takes two switches and 40 minutes on the tube from the city

A very nice hotel close to extensive Canary Wharf facilities and also convenient for the Olympic sites/Stratford Westfield complex. The deluxe room was very nice, just the Blackwall tunnel ventilation tower spoiled the otherwise nice view to the north and over the city. The SPA and gym were excellent. The view of the 02 is amazing from the Radisson and the surrounding transport links are extremely convenient. The hotel was excellent value for money and the size and comfortability of the room was comparable with the Hilton which was a surprise as there was a significant price difference between the two. Great hotel, lovely friendly staff. Food in very very good and exelent price. ONE annoying thing.... the radio alarm went off at 06.00am which is NOT what you want when you have NOT set the alarm but obviously the last guest did - could the cleaning staff check the alarms and switch them off for incoming guests. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.There were only 2 tissues in the tissue box when we arrived but the housekeeper sent a new box as soon as I called.. I didn't realise that O2 was a taxi ride away, I was told the hotel overlooked the O2. The porter ordered a comfortable taxi for me. Had a great stay at the Raddison Edwardian just where we wanted to be and the hotel sevice and standard blew my girlfriend away, breakfast was second to none, and canary wharf shopping malls have everything you need if you need to get out of central London and slow down just a bit. Michael

A beautiful hotel in a good area, just check the DLR for engineering works as it was closed all weekend when we stayed. It's not too far to walk to Canary Wharf to use the tube though. Staff were brilliant, very helpful. Room very comfortable and clean.

The indian guy and the counter was the worst person I ever met in a hotel and without the minimum clue of what customer service means.

I had a lovely stay it the radisson myself and a group of friends stayed for one night and we loved it there. The room was clean and quite spacious and the bathroom and shower was clean and a good size..overall the service was very pleasant and I would definately stay there again..also the view of the millenium dome and the thames is amazing espescially […] at night I highly recommend! If the smiley receptionist hands you a key to your room and it happens to be room 211. Smile, hand the key back and say no thank you! There is a distinctly mouldly smell in that room, especially the bathroom.

Ideal for business stay mostly ...decor has a hint of office but somehow cosy and truly comfortable. Walk to the hotel is about 5-10mins but if you take the road which you think could be the way to the Hotel i.e near the dock/river side walk/way (and it is private and closed) one would have to make a detour and trace back the way from the station (15mins […] walk total)... as you would go out of the station East India, it would be helpful for a sign with arrow to the Hotel. The map seems to not indicate only one route is possible. NB noone was around to ask as it seemed deserted on a Saturday late morning. I do not appreciate the bar fridge...you move it (to read the wine mini bottle) you automatically pay!!! Booked this hotel for a one night stay and have to say was delighted with the choice. Firstly the reception staff were lovely, very helpful and we were allowed to check in several hours early with no additional costs at all. Also given a choice of floor for our room. We opted for the top floor and were not disappointed. Lovely room, bathroom was fabulous, […] a full wet room style bathroom with a tub big enough to comfortably house two. Super comfy king sized bed was hard to leave in the morning! All in all, very happy and will return the next time we are in London if at all possible. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time in the Canary Wharf area which has a lot to offer even if you are not going to the O2. Leer más

This is a nice place to stay

Excellent overnight stay and very convenient for the Olympic site where we had tickets for the London Prepares event.

We found the beds v hard and uncomfortable. Also, the hotel was a good 20 minute drive in a taxi from the o2. We thought it was closer. It was just across the river, but unless you have a boat it's not 5 minutes away.

Fine hotel but slightly difficult to reach. Althought there is a Light rail station nearby the walking route is bizarrely torturous. Good view from bar terrace of O2 arena (dome) on oposite bank, but few rooms have direct river views.

If you're looking to not be in the midst of the hustle & bustle of London, but still be relatively close this is a nice choice. Very spacious rooms, and an exceptionally nice bathroom. It's about a 5min walk from the train and maybe 15 mins on the train to central London. It's pretty dead around this area at nights and wknds though, if that's something […] you're looking for. Good business class hotel. The location (docklands) is rather far out from the typical tourist sites. Otherwise a good hotel.

This hotel is great if you want to stay in London, but away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. It has adequate tube networks and the hotel is situated a short walk from Blackwall tube station on the DLR line. THe hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was absolutely fantastic, which was great as I had booked the hotel for a […] birthday weekend away for my partner. The prices of drinks and food are reasonable, but we found the mini-bar to be cheaper than the actually bar downstairs, although the cocktails were amazing. It was also great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out, so we didn't have to leave the City too early and could still enjoy some more sites. I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay close to Canary Wharf as it's a few stops along the DLR line or if you were heading to the O2, as this was across the river, directly opposite the hotel, so a stunning view. Reception staff are so very helpful and friendly, from dinner reservations to closed train lines. A very plesant stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean and bright. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

We stayed here after a night out and the hotel is lovely with quick room and customer service. Facilities are excellent and design is at a very high standard. It can be difficult to find using a sat nav but you get there in the end. I highly recommend this hotel, great if you're going out in the O2.

The hotel is on the Thames in the financial district across the river from the O2 arena. The hotel, staff, and restaurant were fantastic. The tube line that is close to the hotel (5 min walk to station) was closed during my stay, so transit was a bit of an issue. Great stay at this Hotel. Room was good it was clean tidy, had all we needed and close to all areas for getting around. the breakfast was excellent. We would stay again.

Excellent quality hotel, rooms to a very good standard. Only issue was they didn't have the twin room I pre-booked, so had to settle for a disabled room, which was still nice. Great location for accessing the O2 Arena, but a bit far out of the main city for sight-seeing.

Unfortunately, for the second time in a row, our room was far too hot and the so-called 'air conditioning' was not up to the task. It was 24 degrees in our room overnight. I informed the desk we'll be staying elsewhere in the future. Shame, as this hotel is ideally located for the O2 and is of a very good standard.

Great stay, great amenities. Staff was perfect. The pros: 1) All the extras in the bathroom alone made it the one of the best stays on our trip to England. 2) Two minute walk to the tube was fine for us to be able to get around London and see what we want. 3) Great Italian restaurant around the corner. Using the hotel key to activate the master switch is a great idea, but it should probably be mentioned by staff on check-in or a big sign next to the key insert for dummies like me that couldn't figure it out in the dark. *blush* 2) We chalked this up to cultural differences, but it was a bit of a shock to have our art decor be a naked man's backside next to the bed. It was just a little weird to wake up to that every day. People considering the Radisson Edwardian NPWL should be aware that is a distance from the action in London. But if one has business at Canary Wharf it is excellent, or if one will be in Greenwich.

Great place to stay if you are in London. Lovely restaurant overlooking river, close to boat and tube / DLR services. Clean, modern, friendly hotel.

Can't fault staff, hotel, etc one minor problem had booked twin room but only double room available when we checked in. Were advised this happens often as Agents do not specify your choice of twin or double when passing booking to hotel. A simple email direct to hotel should fix this I assume.

Very good position- a little hard to get too by car,satnav struggled due to current building and roadworks. Very good for access straight into London and the O2 Recommend highly

Nice environment. The hotel is not too far from the DLR though still a bit of a schlep into the city (cabs from downtown are likely to be pricey--think 24 pounds from Charing Cross). Neighborhood is great, with upscale restaurants and cafes as well as local curry places and grocery stores only a few blocks away. The only complaint is the location to get to the hotel. After you get off the tube station, you have to walk all the way around the block to get to it near a dumpsite. Not good if you are carrying several luggages.However, price was great and so was the quality of the hotel.
