El Hotel tiene una localización excelente, muy buenos servicios y personal muy atento. La agencia de viajes aunque muy lenta realizó los cambios solicitados de una manera adecuada pero en el último momento. Habitación excelente, limpia y desayunos muy variados. el precio del hotel es alto en relación a los servicios que ofrece. considero que no le corresponde a la clasificación que le dan en el portal. no parece ser el hotel indicado para una familia que vacaciona.

Excelente ubicación, se llega muy fácil del aeropuerto vía tren o bus, Ni se te ocurra tomar un taxi del aeropuerto, resulta carisimo Si quieres vivir la experiencia de un hotel típico es una excelente altenativa, nada lujoso pero defiinitivamente vale la pena

El personal fue muy amable, le hotel, aunque algo viejjo, esta limpio y bien cuidado, la habitacion estaba pequeña lo cual la hacia incomoda, como todas en tokyo, pero muy completa. La ubicacion esta a dos calles de una estacion del metro lo cual es util para traslados. Si volveria a este

Este centro empresarial, comercial y de ocio en expansión nunca descansa. El hotel está muy bien situado, a pocos pasos de la estación Shinjuku y de todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes. El personal muy amable, y la habitación super limpia y muy bien equipado aunque es bastante pequeña.

El hotel esta ubicado cecino al centro gubernamental de Tokyo, a dos cuadras de una de las estaciones centrales, a 30 a pie de los jardines del Palacio Imperial y a 40 a pie de Ghinza una de las zonas de mayor lujo de la ciudad.

El hotel está muy bien, aunque la habitación estaba un poco justa de espacio. Esta situado muy cerca de la estación de Shinjuku donde hay mucho ambiente durante todo el día.

Hotel de diseño moderno, muy limpio con todas las necesidades cubiertas, lavanderia a monedas, ideal si te llevas poca ropa; hemos extrañado una habitación un poco mas grande, pero suficiente para dos personas. Zona de fumadores correcta pero podria estar mejor (lugar donde sentarse ). La conexión a internet nos fué muy bien para conectar el portatil […] .Nevera para tener agua fresquita . etc Muy amables y correctos aunque un poco pobres en el Inglés; se hace un poco dificil comunicarse. La zona es muy buena porque esta a un paso de la estación de Sinjuku, básica para coger trenes y metro por Tokyo y el resto de Japón. las habitaciones dobles económicas son birriosas, muy pequeñas, más bien parecen tratarse de una simple, no se corresponde la calidad de las mismas con el precio.

The Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku has always been one of my favorite places to stay when I need a hotel in Tokyo. Everything is perfect there; location, staff, cleanliness, rooms, services,etc. It leaves absolutely nothing to be desired (unless you expect something unrealistic of Tokyo hotel room sizes). Very reasonable rate for such a convenient location. Walk to JR line in less than 5mins. Big departmental mall with walking distance eg OIOI, illume, takashimaya, isetan, mitsukoshi etc Convenient stall just within 1 min walk from hotel to get your necessities. "Excellection location"
Sunroute Plaza located in the heart of Shinjuku. It has been always my first choice when visit Takyo. It is not a five star hotel, but you get more then what you pay for.

Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku has a superb location in Shinjuku. It is near the Shinjuku JR station, linkbridge to Takashimaya which could be a pitstop (especially in the cold winter) to the other side of shopping areas in Shinjuku i.e. Topshop, Forever 21, Isetan, Lumine etc... We are also a stone throw away from the dining & pachinko cluster where we spend […] 3 dinners there! Variety of food is good! Room is clean and tidy as expected of a Japanese hotel but the size is a surprise! For the price and location its my favorite in Shinjuku. Others I've stayed in Shinjuku include Keio Plaza, Washington Hotel, Prince Hotel, and Sunroute Plaza is the best location and each individual room has its own climate controll which is not available in a lot of hotels in Japan. Its 1 minute from the Toei Oedo line; 5 minutes from rest of Shinjuku […] station South entrance; next door to a 24 hour ATM that accepts foreign debits; and just acros the street from the Souther Terrace (get the melon soft cream at the Hokkaido specialty store). Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is located in the most convenient and safe position in this busy area of Tokyo. Convenience stores, restaurants and transport are all very close and the surrounds are very safe and relaxing. We have stayed here many times and will stay here again.

I've been to Tokyo for many times and it's my very first time staying in a hotel that is so close to the JR Shinjuku station. I got a great rate from Hotels.com and the stay is enjoyable.

Make sure you take the SOUTH exit at Shinjuku station to get to this hotel easiest. Very nice hotel, good sized room. Free internet room - very comfortable. Great location.

Perfect location for travelling around Tokyo - both JR and subway are very easy to access from the hotel. Small rooms as to be expected in Tokyo but great value and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next trip.

"Small but great price"
The room fits the two of us perfectly OK although the space was really tight. It had all the amenities we like--fridge, water boiler, slippers, ropes. Also a fine location and is a standard stop for the airport shuttle. Would stay again.

It's a convenient business hotel adjacent to the Shinjuku train/subway stations. Highly recommended just for location alone. It's not overly luxurious/spacious given the price you pay, but it's clean and decent. Did the job for me.

"Great hotel in central location"
2 minute walk from Shinjuku station and from there a short train trip to most places in the city, this hotel is in a great location for seeing everything. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and made every effort to suggest sightseeing spots, give directions and help out with any queries fast and efficient!
