el hootel esta muy bien, exelente ubicacion, los cuartos muy bien, no tienen regadera ni cortina, te tienes que bañar sentado por que si no se hace mucho tiradero, pero no es algo por lo que no volveria, el desayuno incluido esta bueno pero despues de unos dias ya te canza por que todos los dias es lo mismo!

Estamos absolutamente satisfechos y agradecidos por el servicio brindado. No tenemos ningun inconveniente para recomendar este hotel a otros amigos viajeros. Tuvimos toda confianza en su personal para dejar nuestras cosas personales en el hotel. El trato de su anfitrion es muy acogedor. Mil gracias al hotel Aviatic, esperaria regresar.

La ubicación genial, a unos pasos de la estación del metro de place de clitchy, mucha vida nocturna, te puedes ir caminando al moulin rouge. Sólo que nos tocó un baño donde no salía agua fría en la regadera (muy raro), es importante verificarlo. Si lo ven en el hotel por favor chequen la habitación 302 (jeje)

"Residhome Val d'Europe - near Disney"
This is a basic aparthotel, but it ticked all the boxes for us - clean, well equipped, inexpensive, convenient for Disney. The RER station is right outside the door, and from there it is just one stop to Disney. The hotel has a left luggage service which was very important for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful - the guy on reception went […] running off with my husband to help him get to the shop before it closed. There aren't any hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, etc), but the apartment kitchen was well equipped. It's about 400m to the main Val d'Europe plaza which is pleasant and has a number of bars and restaurants, and plenty of room for kids to run around while you wait for your food. "Perfect for a larger family"
One misleading sign is that instead of the hotel being called Residhome Val d'Europe the sign said Residome Prestiage. We did have to double check we had the right place. Apart from that we were very pleased. Check-in was easy. Our party consisted of 3 adults & 3 small children & we were very happy with our apartment which consisted of 2 double bedrooms […] with lots of storage space, 1 had a TV/DVD, a lounge area with a large bed settee, desk area, TV/DVD, table & chairs & a kitchen area which had everything we wanted. Sink, fridge, mini dishwasher, 2 ring cooker, microwave plus all the crockery & cutlery needed. Take washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. The WC was separate from the bathroom. We even had a balony which was handy to dry our towels. The rooms are not made up every day so the towels had to last 3 days. There is a rubbish shute near the lifts which was handy. It is about 100 yards from the train station if you want to go to Disney (1 stop, 5 minutes) or to Paris. A short walk away is a large indoor Mall, huge supermarket, lots of restaurants & a Sea Life centre. Just outside is an outlet shopping centre. The whole area of Montevrain is new & there is a lot of building being done but I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if your family consists of more than 4 people. It is difficult to get hotels to accomodate a larger family. As we had a late flight we were able to leave our bags at the hotel free of charge while we went to Sea life & do some shopping. Staff were very fiendly and accomodating. The location was excellent for disney and the massive shopping centre at val d'europe was at our doorstep. The room was quite small but comfortable.The cooking facilities were ideal. The Train Station was a thirty second walk from the hotel and 1 stop from Disney.On the negative side the rooms were extremely […] warm and the ac couldn't be changed. The room service was "sporadic" but as we spent most of the time in disney and out and about it suited us down to the ground. hotel was excellent value for money. locaton is perfect if you need a base to go back and forth to disneyland. its located right outside the train station. staff were very helpful when asked about directions to places. dvd player built into tv was great as the channels were in french so would recommend bringing some dvds with you.sofa bed was very comfortable. Hotel better than expected. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartments a good size. 2 TVs. Quality towels and hairdryer. 30 seconds from the station to Disney (a few minutes) or Paris (about 30 mins). Large mall nearby with large supermarket & 100's of shops.

We can to the hotel late one evening. Early the next morning we were heading off to Disneyland. So we didn't have much time to experience the hotel. At check-in the staff was very friendly. They even walked us outside to show where the garage was for our car. The parking fee was reasonable, 16€, and everything was satisfying in the room. I asked at the reception, but they explained that they didn't offer anything to drink. Though the man working there offered me a pepsi bottle he had bought for himself. I call that good service! The service was non existing. the walls were all makred up the sofa bed was stained and had cigarettes burn on the cushions. even though this was an appartment. There were no service and nothing to clean the suite with. No brooms or dust pan no garbage pick up. No dish towles to wash the dishes.

This is a great hotel in probably the best location for Disneyland Paris. We are a family of 4 (2 small children) and the hotel was very polite and the facilities in the hotel room perfect. They had a very very clean, new and modern large bathroom. The room was very new and large for all of us with a big sofa bed. Added bonus was a kitchen with microwave, […] hob, fridge and freezer with all cutlery included. The location was great. Literally 1 minute walk to the RER station which takes you a 3 minute journey to the next stop at Disneyland Paris all for just 1.50 Euros. Great !! The plus side of this hotel is its great location close to Disneyworld and also to a huge smart shopping centre. The hotel itself is fine for the money but its maintenance is not up to the standard expected...no electric kettle despite being advertised with one in every room and when asked they commented that too many guests were taking them so they […] are no longer supplying them. I thought it would have been better to hardwire the kettle base into the electrics thus stopping the stealing of kettles. The curtains were hanging off the track not a difficult problem to solve. The worst was the toilet light stopped working which was then repaired fairly quickly but then next day was hanging from the ceiling and had stopped working again. I would say that nothing is fixed until reported, there appears to be no checking of rooms prior to letting. These are only minor but annoying points. If they could solve this then it would be a lovely place to stay as the rooms themselves are furnished to a high standard but let down by the failure to check them. Leer más

I booked this hotel as my family of 5 could fit into 1 room. I was not expecting anything more than basic accommodation as I had not paid anything near the Disney hotels prices. I was really pleased as it was well worth the money. We had a little kitchen with microwave fridge kettle etc it was a short walk to a massive supermarket and even shorter walk […] to the train station which is 1 stop from Disney. L'hotel è un'ottima soluzione per chi ha in programma più di un giorno a Disneyland Paris, meno per chi ha intenzione di visitare Parigi. La stazione della RER è a 20m e basta una sola fermata (4 minuti circa) e 1,70€ a persona e ti trovi all'ingresso del parco. Per chi viaggia con bambini è molto comodo in quanto i mini appartamenti sono dotati di […] angolo cottura/lavastoviglie/frigo.. Se invece hai intenzione di visitare la città, sono da considerare i costi aggiuntivi della METRO (16€ biglietto giornaliero) al budget di soggiorno. Vi hade 1-rums lägenhet för 5 personer med pentry. 1 dubbelsäng och 2 bäddsoffor, 2 tv. Mycket nöjda. Hotellets läge är perfekt 50 meter till RER-tåg, 400 meter till ett gigantiskt köpcenter, Val déurope. Det tog bara 30 minuter med RER-tåg till Gare du nord

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in 5persone,2adulti e 3 bambini.Il residence è in buone condizioni, con attrezzature nelle camere sufficienti.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente ottimo.La sola cosa che ci ha lasciato perplessi è stato il costo della colazione in rappoto all'offerta.Sicuramente da consigliare.

Vi udlejer i DK, og der er der en regel, der siger, at der skal være til 1½ gange antal personer. De store tallekener var så store at de ikke kunne være i vaskemaskinen. Der var 4 glas, hvoraf 3 meget små vinglas. Desuden kun en […] meget stor gryde - ingen kasserolle - og ingen ordentlig pande. Så på dette område er værelse langt fra standard. "Både godt og dårligt"
Lejligheden var godt indrettet. Dobbeltsengen var god men sovesofaerne var dårlige at sidde på når de var slået ind som sofa. Der fandtes intet bestik (?) i køkkenet. Personalet kunne ikke hjælpe med at finde bestik om morgenen.

I thought the hotel location was superb near by to the metro and the shoppimg centres. However i was dissappointed with the service. i had a broken kettle in my room and it was not replaced because they said that they had no more and plus they dont have them in the rooms anymore. That i found hard to believe because its an appartment, every appartment […] i've ever stayed in before has a kettle. One of my closet doors were broken, which looked odd and inconveinenent. Kan verkligen rekommenderas. Nära till tunnelbana, en station från Disney, rent och fräscht, bra och hjälpsam personal i receptionen, luftkonditionering, nära till köpcentra och mataffär, parkering i ett svalt garage under hotellet mot en mindre extra avgift (det var det värt). Tänk dock på följande: Ta med diskmedel, diskborste, kökshandduk, maskindiskmedel […] (det finns en bänkdiskmaskin), salt och kryddor, plastpåsar och sånt man behöver för att göra frukost. Nära till flera resturanger ca 200mtr, dock ingen restaurang med fransk mat.Det är små rum men praktiska. Räkna med att det man glömmer kvar är borta. Jag glömde några skjortor i garderoben som var trasig, dom hittades inte trots kontakt samma dag som avresan. På det hela kan det rekomenderas starkt dels för den trevliga personalen och närheten till tunnelbana och köpcentra. Ska du köpa dagskort på tunnelbanan heter det "Mobilis" i automaten. Väldigt enkelt att köpa biljetter i automat för övrigt. Generellt har frankrike blivit bättre på att acceptera kreditkort vilket uppskattas. Leer más

très bien placé, il est cependant très petit pour 5 : certes 5 couchages sont prévus mais les couverts ne sont pas en nombre suffisants et 5 personnes tiennent difficilement autour de la table. pour un court séjour, où seuls les petits déjeuners ou diner express sont pris, l'appart est idéal. adresse difficile à trouver,

Très bien placé (à 1 station de RER de Disney) Personnel très agréable et acceuillant (à toute heure) prix raisonnable pour la qualité de l'hotel, la situation géographique et les services proposés.
Svært bra beliggenhet. 50 m fra jernbanestasjonen. 1 stopp fra Eurodisney. Ble oppgradert til et større rom, og var godt fornøyd med 2 soverom(2 voksne og 3 barn(12-10-1)). Hadde 3 overnattinger, det var ingen rengjøring i løpet av disse dagene. Det innebar også ingen etterfylling toalettpapir eller nye håndklær(siste helt greit). Mye skitne skåler/glass/fat […] i skapene. Tross rengjøringen var vi godt fornøyd. Mor var så fornøyd med sengene at hun ønsker å oppgradere madrassene hjemme :-) Leer más
