We loved our stay at The Royal in Cancun. The room and decor was gorgeous, not to mention the breath-taking view from your room. The Royal Cancun was the most amazing hotel ever. I knew as soon as we were greeted with champagne while checking in that it was going to be the best vacation ever! The open lobby leads straight to the infinite pool with a swim up bar and restaurant. The room and view was also a great plus. It just kept getting better and better. I think the thing […] that most impressed me was the service at The Royal. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating--you really couldn't ask for more. It's one thing to stay at a nice hotel, but if the service isn't great, then nothing else really matters. The spa at The Royal was also amazing. We all got a massage outside in the cabana and it was by far the best massage I've ever had. It was worth every penny! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Cancun! "simply the best"
if you want to feel like a king,then the Royal is yours choice,I have visited over 70 hotels in last 3 years (Bali,Thailand,Singapore,Sri Lanka,Mexico),and the Royal is best one.All of them were 4-5 stars. After Royal,I went to Secrets Silversand and felt disappointed.Beach,food,room,service...everything was perfect.

The hotel blew away our expectations. We were hopeful to not run into a bunch of "spring breakers" since we vacationed during that timeframe and did not have any at the resort. Everyone was very friendly and professional and their motto, "Expect the Exceptional" was right on the money. We were also expecting to get hassled a little bit about attending […] their vacation club but never did. We did get a few flyers under our door asking us to attend a meeting/celebration but I can handle those instead of getting hounded by phone calls or employees pushing their club. "Unnecessary and Misleading Promotion"
This hotel is outstanding in all areas - great rooms, restaurants, staff and service. However, we were subjected to a 90 minute timeshare "hard sell" that left a bad taste in our mouth. We were asked if we would attend a presentation and tour of the hotel where we would be served breakfast and be given incentives and discounts for a return stay. We […] specifically asked if this was a timeshare presentation, and we were told absolutely not. While it may not have been the classic timeshare offer, it was a variation - buy 200 weeks of hotel stay, etc. There was no breakfast, no tour, just the timeshare "hard sell". I was made to feel uncomfortable in turning down the offer, and was asked to explain my reasons to three different people. I do not attend timeshare presentations at home, and I absolutely resent having to spend 90 minutes of my 4 day vacation in such an uncomfortable environment. ロイヤルジュニアスイートオーシャンフロントに宿泊。 全体的に良いです。 レストランは基本どこも美味しいですが、ASIANAの刺身は微妙です。（まぁ、日本食は日本で食べましょうね。） また、シェフズプレートは１０月の閑散期といわれる時期に行きましたが、満員でキャンセル待ち状態でした、運よくキャンセルが出て食べることが出来ましたが、そのときに出た料理はイマイチでした。曜日によって異なるので運や好みもあるのかもしれません。 また、シェフズプレートでは他の人達と席を並べてご飯を食べますので、コミュニケーションを取ったりすることが苦手な人は向かないと思います。 我々はアメリカ人の女性二人と一緒だった程度でしたので程よい感じの会話で食事できましたが、日本人２人に回り１０人の他国の方に囲まれたら、結構大 […] 変かもしれません。 部屋の広さ、眺め、設備、アメニティなどは大変満足できました。 ただ、アクティビティに関しては若干問題あり。 これはホテルの根本的な問題ではないのですが、ホテルが契約している「アクアなんちゃら」とかいう会社が問題。 このホテルのオールインクルージブにはｼｭﾉｰｹﾘﾝｸﾞセットが貸し出しできることになっているはずですが、実際にはありません。正確には多くの人数に貸し出しできるほど、この会社はセットを持ってないです。５人分くらいかな？ しかも、貸し出しの仕方が悪く、よく貸りパクされているようで、我々が行ったときには「返さない人が多いからもう貸さないことにした」とか訳の分からないことを言い出す始末。 「そんなんうちらの知ったこっちゃねぇ。」といい無理やり借りていきましたが、腹立たしい思いをしました。 ちゃんと契約をしておけば問題ないことだと思いますが、この辺はちょっと甘いですね。 それ以外はいい人おおいし、楽しかったです。 ちなみにタックスバックは空港でやろうと思わないで下さい。空港は朝６時から開きますが、時間通りにはあきません。ウチラは出発直前の７時くらいまで待ちましたが開きませんでした。メキシカンタイムです。 ラ・イスラでも夜７時くらいまで出来るらしいので、事前にそちらでやっておくことをお勧めします。 このホテルはいいホテルです。また行きたいと思いました。 Leer más
"静かに過ごしたい人にはちょっと・・・・"
毎晩吹き抜けのロビー付近で夜10時半から11時くらいまで爆音でのライブがありました。。。 飲んで騒ぎたい人にはいいかもしれませんが、部屋のドアの隙間から、ものすごい音が聴こえてきて、翌朝の早起きのために早く寝たかった私たちには正直なところ拷問でした。 もともと夜は比較的静かに過ごしたいタイプだったので、 そういう方には向かないホテルかと思います。 また、オールインクルーシブの方が楽かな、と思ってこちらのホテルにしてみましたが、やっぱり外人さんみたいにガツガツ飲んだり食べたりできないので、ちょっともったいなかったように思いました。 正直なところ、レストランの味も、うーん・・・という感じだったので、これならちゃんとしたレストランでお金を払って、好きなものを好きな分だけ注文した方が良かったように […] 感じます。（特に、タパスのお店は残念でした。） 部屋からの景色と、プールからの景色は素晴らしかったので良い思い出にはなりましたが、もしまたカンクンに行くことがあっても、こちらには宿泊しないと思います。。。 Leer más

"オールインクルーシブ"
ぜひオールインクルーシブを利用してみて下さい。SPAとマッサージ以外は全て料金に含まれていて、料金を気にする必要がありません。これって思っていたよりもけっこう気が楽で快適です。ホテルの中にレストランだけでもいくつかあり、オールインクルーシブを楽しめるように気を配られています。その全て使い放題。設備も新しいし人もよく教育されていると思います。英語もほぼ問題なし。お試しあれ。
