I stayed here while working at the Stockholmsmassen and it's quite convenient; an easy walk which takes you past Alvsjo train station. It was odd to me to have a hotel only on one floor of a building so the approach and outside don't give the best impression. Once you've taken the lift up to the 3rd floor you are presented with a central area for reception, […] bar and breakfast area with 4 corridors of rooms. The doors to the rooms are heavy and close with a thump which shakes the rather thin walls. I woke up to vibrations from my neighbours room - presumably their phone - but it sounded like it was in my room! There wasn't a plug in the sink and only a shower, not a bath; not sure if there are other options. It was quite small but the bed was extremely comfortable. There are no phones in the room. The area is quite residential and as a single female I didn't really want to explore in the dark. The hotel do some food in the evening but not a lot of choice, quite tasty though what I did have. Clean and comfortable for the price. Relatively quiet, too. Not having a window didn't bother me. It is easy to get in and out of central Stockholm by train. The hotel can be difficult to find in the dark, although it is only a couple blocks from the train station in Alvsjo. And the town of Alvsjo is completely uninteresting. Extremely difficult to get to and then didn't find anything open to get something to eat. If you have luggage good luck navigating the way to the hotel from the metro.

Very clean & comfortable, friendlyand attentive staff; great value. I understand they will open another hotel in Stockholm - I hope it is closer to the City Center.

Pros: Connect Hotel Stockholm is good in terms of value. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is also ok. Hot water, tea and coffee are provided free of charge at any time during the stay. Cons: The location is bad, you need to go there from the central station with a connect commuter train, after that, a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The room […] is so small. The hotel is located near a very convenient train station. This line( Pendletag line) is not directly part of the metro system but it takes you directly to both Downtown Stockholm (Gamla Stan - T Centralen) and to the bus station nearest to Arlanda Airport (Maasta). This means you can take a short bus ride from Arlanda airport to the Maasta bus/train […] station and then ride the commuter train all the way to the Alsvjo station that is just down the street from the hotel. The whole trip takes about 60 minutes and is very affordable. A bit slower than the Arlanda express but it is more affordable and it drops you very near the hotel. The hotel has two main types of room: with or without windows. I recommend you do not take the cheapest room if you wish to have a room with a window. The complimentary breakfast is very adequate and there is a small refrigerator in the common dining room which guests can use to keep small personal food items cool (baby formula?) during their stay. The staff is generally helpful and multi-lingual and the hotel is kept neat and clean. There is a small supermarket in the same building which is very convenient. Just three easy stops on the commuter train (less than 10 minutes) from city center. The hotel was no frills, but offered free breakfast and was a great deal for the price. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room, it's perfect!!

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found the hotel good for the price offered. The breakfast was nice. The only problem I saw was no queen or king beds offered. There was a lot of construction in the neighborhood so a bit dusty outside. But the hotel was clean. The hotel has a 3 stars rating and it is very strong "3" indeed in my opinion. Location: ok, it is not situated bang in the middle of city center, but it's still in zone A. The train and bus station is near by and it's just two stops (about 9 minutes) to central station. Hotel: nothing fancy, but it is clean and in a very good condition. The hotel was very nice and clean with big enough rooms. Close enough to the centralen with a train station near by (only 3 stops). I will recommend this hotel and will stay on future trips.

the room was smaller then i've expected and there was no window the way from outside to the reception wasnt clear to me - it was in the third flore and i didnt find it - there were no sighnals at all. the reception gave me a room that was dirty - just after i've complained i got other room that was with new sheets and clean as it seposed to be. . the […] food was good the bath was clean. This hotel was very good, I only had a quick sleep room(no window, shared bathroom) but this wasn't really a problem, as I wasn't spending much time in the hotel. The shared bathroom and hotel in general was very clean. It is close to the train station, which is then only a five minute train ride to the centre of Stockholm. There is a generous help […] yourself breakfast in the morning, they also serve evening meals, but these you have to pay for (the breakfast is included in the price). In the evening the reception area also serves alcoholic drinks, like a small bar area there. The reception staff are quite friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location if you are going to the conference center, which is a 5 min walk. Just 2 train stops away from the city center, also has a bus station nearby. The hotel and rooms are clean, but the quick sleep rooms were small. But then I did save money... Internet charges were not included but it is not expensive. Breakfast was simple and very […] good indeed... breads, sausage, ham, yogurt and cereal. Otherwise very limited choice in the restaurant, however there are ~3 others near the train station. I had a single room with shared bath, good clean room, it had no window and was a bit on the hot side; since the ventilation is central. This is a great hotel for the price you pay. Try to get the room with its own bathroom if you can. The breakfast was great, and so was the service. Buy a SL or bus/subway card so you can just ride the rain into downtown Stockholm. The hotel is very conviently located near the Alvsjo station.

Hotel clean and bright rooms basic but very clean. Breakfast very adequate Coffee amchine available all day . 8 minutes by train to centre of Stockholm. great value

Mycket prisvärt rum.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell med bra priser och en väldigt bra service.

Todella viihtyisä ja mukava hotelli. Henkilökunta oli palvelevaa ja ystävällistä. Hotellissa saa olla aivan rauhassa, jos haluaa mutta saa myös asiantuntevaa palvelua kun sitä kaipaa. Suosittelen hotellia kaikille, jotka rauhaa ja paikallista palvelua :)

Rummet var en städskrubb - helt omöjligt att bo tre personer i. Vi bytte hotell

Prisvärt alternativ, vi sov i ett Quicksleep rum, vilket verkligen var värt pengarna om man ändå inte tänker tillbringa alltför lång tid på hotellet. Bra service och mysigt hotell inom kort promenadavstånd till Stockholmsmässan.

Ett ganska litet rum men helt ok. Vi tillbringar inte mycket tid där.Toalett med dusch är fräscht. Frukosten innehåller fil,yoghurt samt bröd och några sorters pålägg. Olika sorters drycker. Inget överdåd men det räcker.C:a 5 minuters promenad till pendeltåget gör att man lätt tar sig in till Stockholms city eller andra delar som är intressanta.

Inga gardiner, vatten på hela badrumsgolvet efter dusch, oengagerad personal, maten slut och INGA ägg till frukost! Torftigt.

Rent og fint hotel 10 minutter unna Stockholm med tog. Kort gåavstand til toget. Stille og rolige omgivelser. Rent og enkelt hotel med enkel frokost inkludert. Billig og bra, bor der gjerne en annen gang også.

Besökte detta hotell när jag var på kongress på Stockholmsmässan med begränsad budget. Bra pris på de små Quick sleep rummen och tio minuters gångväg från mässan. Rent och snyggt och trevlig personal. Egen bar och frukostbuffe.

Vi checkade in i ett quicksleep hotelrum. Två vuxna och en 15 åring. Rummet var fönsterlöst(vi visste det innan) dock var det fruktansvärt varmt inne på rummet så jag är glad att vi bara stannade en natt. Det var annars ett prisvärt rum och frukosten var helt ok. Men som sagt väldigt varmt när vi var 3 st och därmed svårt att sova.

Bra standard på rummet vi bodde i, dock besviken på hotell frukosten, mer variation efterfrågas och varm frukost saknades.

Trevligt rum, ok service. Frukosten var ok, endast basutbud dock. Internet- och parkeringskostnad tillkommer.

Connect Hotel var et rent og fint hotell en kort togtur unna sentrum. Rommene var passelig store, badet var fint og hadde bra standard, sengene var veldig gode, frokosten var litt enkel, ikke så stort utvalg. Ellers ble vi litt plaget av sats treningssenter som ligger like ved, de spilte veldig høy musikk kl seks om morgenen to av dagene. Modernt hotell med det man behöver. Rent och fint. Bodde i "quick sleep" rum, litet men fullt dugligt. 2 sängar med 4 hyllplan mellan, tv. Frukost OK. Trevlig lobby med bar. Trevlig personal. Bra priser på rum.

Im Hotelberich war alles in Ordnung und sauber. Auch das Zimmer war frisch Renoviert. Der Eingangsbereich im EG sollte überarbeitet werden. Preis/ Leistung in Verbindung mit der Anbindung zum Zentrum war sehr gut.

Nous avons choisi Connect Hotel à Alvsjö pour être près de nos amis suédois- Les réceptionnistes sont charmantes et nous ont bien renseigné - Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre sinon que nous étions au-dessus d'une chaufferie et que la chambre était bruyante - Au sortir de la gare, l'hôtel est mal indiqué et nous avons eu du mal à trouver - A […] Arlanda nous avons apprécié la navette qui nous a conduite gratuitement à l'aéroport Leer más

Blev mycket besviken på personalen i receptionen. När vi på morgonen skulle äta frukost så märkte jag att den ena kannan med kaffe bara var ljummen. Plattan hade stängts av. Tjejen som arbetar i receptionen ifrågasätter mitt omdömme. Känner på kannan och på pekar att kaffet som jag har i min mugg ryker ju så då kan väl inte kaffet vara kallt, jag förklarar […] för henneatt jag har tagit nytt kaffe från den andra kannan, detta måste jag påpeka tre gånger då hon ifrågasätter mitt nu rykande kaffe. Jag ville ju bara ge dem kannan så att de hade möjligheten att brygga nytt, men ack vad jag bedrog mig, tjejen är inte alls nöjd med att jag påtalar problemet. Kaffet hamnar på plattan igen. Besviken på att man möter sina kunder på detta viset. Sedan skulle man ha lite bättre service vid frukosten, smöret var slut och det tog en bra stund innan smöret kom fram igen,: NY skål men knivarna som var kletiga på skaften kom tillbaka. Nä det var nog inte vad jag väntat mig. När man checkar ut brukar man få en vänlig kommentar från receptionen( i alla fall på andra hotell) men här sa man bara tack när man lämnar sitt kort. Varför är man inte trevligare mot sina kunder. Nä jag tycker nog att man borde skicka några i personalen på kurs i vänligt bemötande. Tack för mig!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leer más
