Esta a 15 minutos de Manhattan en bus, sale de la puerta del hotel y te regresa al mismo lugar salen casa 10 minutos te deja en 8 y 42 en Manhattan , el desayuno muy bueno , la atención excelente y el personal muy predispuesto a darte información turística , esta en una zona de negocios , supermercados y varios restaurantes, la zona segura para caminar sin problemas

Un hotel de la categoría del Holiday Inn debería tener al menos en la recepción, personal que hablara español. Aquí en México en casi todos los hoteles de más de 4 estrellas, los recepcionistas son bilingues. Gracias.

Wow! The road to get back to the hotel was a mess! Looked as if no one had even attempted to clear snow & ice. Parking lots for businesses on the hotel road and clear lots, but not the hotel. Upon arrival asked front desk for shovel to clear a spot to park. No attempt or offer by hotel personnel to clear a spot for guest to park. Wrappers from candy […] on floor of room upon our arrival. "comfort with a touch of class"
The rooms were modern, extremely comfy, and clean. I think if the hallways were carpet the entire feel of the hotel would improve, but it was a great place to stay overall and I would stay again for sure!

My husband and I spent the weekend here to attend a weekend long conference across the street. For the very reasonable price, the room was IMMACULATE, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful as well as central to restaurants and shopping centers. "Definitely a good choice"
We had a very nice time, the room was awesome, free wifi was awesome, super convenient location to grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, etc- only possible complaint is that there was no mini-fridge (or microwave).

Excellent and very friendly service. I brought my pet and was very pleased with the pet-friendly attitude of the hotel and its employees. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the furniture and bedding in the rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel location was right off the highway, easy to get to and very kid friendly. "Great Hotel"
All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was terrific for my two young girls. The only downside is that there are no bathrooms or changing rooms near the pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

"I was overall satified with the quality"
The room was more spacious then others i have been in the only disappointment i had was when i was told i would have to rent a microwave and a fridge ive never had to do that before . ever. besides that the room was restocked well and the people were helpful .

"Nice Stay"
There was an odor in the room upon arrival. We found out it was from painting being done on the upper floor. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing since it's basically attached to the Hilton. The signage could be a little better. All in all the stay was nice.

All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered choices in hot an cold dishes and were quite good. With it's location very close to a major highway it made travel very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value. One quip, the pool area was very small and the water was too hot, like a bath tube. There was no changing room at the pool area which I found strange, and kind of weird because you having walk through the lobby of the Hilton in your wet bathing suit.

We are being relocated to NJ and have used this hotel several times to visit the area and explore. The surrounding area is quiet, the hotel staff is always friendly, and this is a great property. There's a Hilton next door that always seems to be busier, but we love the Hampton.

First of all, I want to comment on few things I read about this hotel - 1. Some says hotel not easy to find, that is not true, my old navigation put us right in front of the hotel. 2. About the breakfast, they actually have different food each day, unlike other hotels that serve same food all the time. This hotel is very clean and everything as expected, […] I have stayed in many 4 - 5 stars hotel, but I have never seen their Linen comforter before, very nice and again clean, bathroom is clean. Hotel is located adjacent to Hilton but less expensive. Rooms were nice. Free buffet breakfast was good (omlets, meat, cereals, pastry, etc). Breakfast area well maintained.

my family of 5 stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! it's about 45 minutes from the city. the front desk lady was very helpful in checking us in quickly. our room was clean and had lots of towels. the indoor and outdoor pool were great. the breakfast was excellent! they had hot breakfast available, as well as cold breakfast and donuts. my children […] had a blast. the only downfall is that the burgers and paninis are expensive. best bet is to go to the mexican restaurant... excellent food there too! the outside is gorgeous! very lovely for a stroll outside. i would definitely go back! Very clean, friendly staff room was great for adults, we were traveling with 3 small kids, the 3 and 5 year old could not reach the counter in the bathroom to wash hands and the toilet paper might as well been in the bedroom. NOt kid friendly at all. We alsop made reservations for a room that accom 5 people and were never told of additional charge UNTIL […] we checked in.
