The main drawback of this hotel is the WIFI connection, it fails constantly. It is not possible to use it to speak with Skype.

Staff are excellent. If you need something they will gladly bring it to you. The breakfast is more than adequate. The rooms we always get are away from the traffic.

i had an emergency and never checked in i was still charged motel 6 never has done this to me

We were looking for a comfortable place to spend the weekend in Seattle, and we found this hotel online. We found the room to be very comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of natural light from both the front window and rear window. The bathroom was clean and had a relatively large bathtub. It was close to a church, and had plenty of food options around […] it. The Continental breakfast was nice too, some apples, banana's, muffins etc. It was a bit noisy there, but it's along a major road, so that's to be expected. It was also not expensive, and rather affordable for a 2 night stay. I'd recommend it for tourists on a budget or someone passing through. Leer más

Very clean. Quiet and confortable.Convenient location for drivers. Friendly staff.

Convenient to our destination but in rather seamy neighborhood. Good accommodations, except that the queen mattress was old with unstable, partially sagging springs (felt like an earthquake every time one of us turned over).

I was initially quite skeptical of my lodgings, but I couldn't really complain as I'd booked them last minute for a conference. The location isn't the most convenient, as it's far from both downtown and the airport, but it's on multiple bus routes, which was what I really wanted. I initially thought the surrounding area looked a bit unsafe, but I walked […] the three and a half miles to Washington's campus and never really saw anywhere I felt uncomfortable walking alone. The room had some obvious damage (a small hole partially punched in the bathroom door, a decorative front piece missing on the sink, signs that the towel racks had been ripped out and remounted, etc), but it was kept suitably clean, and none of the damage prevented anything from being useful (just a touch unsightly). If you're tired enough from exploring Seattle, you won't notice. The staff I interacted with were quite courteous, and I was very impressed when I saw the manager handle an unruly and discourteous customer firmly but respectfully while I was enjoying the continental breakfast. The same manager even offered to help me find a taxi or shuttle while I was standing outside after checkout for a shuttle I had reserved. This location was the only place I could find within my price range that was anywhere near as close to the conference I was attending, and I think it was a night compromise between the more expensive Travelodge near campus and the less expensive one near the airport. It's not fancy, but it's not terribly expensive, and I wouldn't be averse to staying there again if I couldn't find somewhere closer to my destination with a similar price. I was traveling alone, but they've clearly tried to make the rooms child-friendly without making travelers like myself feel uncomfortable. There's an adjacent Jack In The Box, multiple gas stations, several bus stops, and a few shops. Hotel was relatively cheap so can't complain much. Neighborhood can be a little sketchy but I never feared for my life or anything. Staff was was quick with check-in, not overly friendly but not rude either. Breakfast was toast and banana. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this isn't a bad choice.

Clean room with what we needed (shower, bed, fridge). The breakfast was basic (cereal, bagels, coffee) which was fine for us. We opted to stay a bit away from the downtown area but didn't have any problem navigating the freeway system. We were happy.

Clean room, comfortable queen bed and only a 10- minute ride to downtown at an easy-on-the-wallet rate.

Standard motel chain, but with friendly helpful staff and conveniently located near a bus route for those not wishing to drive into the city.

Right on bus line to down town. No car needed. Needs maintenance but staff was friendly. Room clean enough just rundown. breakfast o.k. not spectacular but good enough to get you on your way. No real problems. Would stay again.

The bed in the room make noises if you just change the position of your body, the frame have no pads under the legs of the bed frame to absorb the noise,or they have to be balanced properly. Other then that was comfortable.

Up for business in Seattle. Looking for an inexpensive and clean room just to sleep for a single night. Checked in at nearly 11pm. Clerk was fast and friendly and helped me with all my needs (iron, ironing board, extra pillow, wi-fi password) and placed me in the far corner where it was nice and quiet from the street noise. Room and sheets were very […] clean, no odors in room, card key worked :), temperature controls easy to use and efficient, wi-fi signal was strong. The water pressure in room was adequate and the sink spout was clogged a bit and sprayed in various directions including my pants - but, hey it's just water. I easily remedied the problem by removing the screen and cleaning it myself. Cold fridge, working clock, plenty of lighting, curtains closed completely, bathroom vent/fan good. The amenities are okay, just basic no-brand shampoo and mediocre soap - nothing else but for the price I didn't really expect some boutique oatmeal lavender or cucumber lime products either. Coffee maker worked like a charm and the coffee was actually good. Might be because the water quality here was excellent? Slept like a baby - nice pillows; Queen bed was very comfortable even though I prefer a King size. Plenty of hot water and fresh towels. I'm coming up again in 2 weeks and plan on staying here again. This was a last minute booking on a road trip. It was better than expected for a basic motel. Clean and fairly comfortable for the money.

I was pleasantly surprised. Was more than I expected. I was very much satisfied.

This isn't in the most attractive neighborhood, but its close to Seattle Center and downtown, without even needing to get on the highway. There are a lot of surrounding motels on this strip, but this one was nice. Clean, modern, with microwave and fridge. Simple free breakfast, and free parking right at your door. A good value and very typical hotel here. Location lacks easy access to good restaurants and pubs. Very friendly staff.

For the price, we were very pleased. We got exactly what we wanted: cleanliness, good service, quiet, good location. Will use it again. It's a two-star place; don't expect more, but there were no disappointments.

It's really a motel, and near a busy corner in town. Although there were shady characters on the streets, the parking lot and rooms were quiet and trouble-free. There is the Jack in the Box around the corner, and a gas station across the street for last minute needs. I've discovered this is one of the rare places that allow smoking, which was important […] at the end of the day. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was excellent daily. The desk staff were neutral friendly, and through Hotels.com, the reservations were easy in and easy out. The motel is close enough for traveling to downtown, the east side for the Medical Centers, and south to the airport. I did have problems connecting to the internet, and the desk staff was no help at all. The connection was generally slow, and frustrating. Beware, once you make the reserves, you cannot change without penalty. (We were going to move further south to be closer to our grand daughter, but decided to stay, as not to pay the penalty). Easy to find, and check in was a breeze. Plenty of secure parking. Clean and fairly comfortable rooms. Unimpressed by their cleaning service. The room was only 90% clean, and the sample bottle of shampoo on the tray had already been used :( The bathroom floor had hair on it, but the rest of the bathroom was clean. it's exactly what you would expect for the price. Close to freeway, 10 min away from University of Washington.

Convenient location. Next to Jack-in-the-box. Room is clean. Shower is is better than expected.

OK for the price, OK for the helpful staff, very clean hotel overall. The entrance to the hotel was difficult due to heavy traffics. Shady area with many low end motels.

We stay at the Travelodge a few times a year when we visit a friend in the area. It is consistently clean with reasonable prices and the staff are much nicer than the other chain hotel up the street. (closer to our freinds house) My husband and I have stayed here many times with other friends and have never had an issue. We will continue to stay here […] as long as it is well maintained and the staff stays professional. Leer más

We needed to stay close to the Children's hospital in Seattle, WA. It was a simple room but clean. Bed wasn't very comfortable but worth it because we were only there to sleep and get going in the morning. it was nice to have the free continental breakfast with coffee, one less stop to make in the morning. if you are looking for comfort and a relaxing […] hotel vacation, keep looking. I chose the motel because of the brand name, the price, and the location, which was convenient by car to downtown. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. I had to ask to find out that there was internet, and free at that. You won't want to walk to a restaurant or cafe, but otherwise this location is 10-15 minutes drive from downtown Seattle […] and the University district, when traffic cooperates. If you have stayed at a Travelodge in the past, then you know what to expect. Free breakfast is adequate with oatmeal, cereal, donuts and fruit. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. Area doesn't offer much, but there was a nice Thai restaurant a few blocks down the road. The 358 bus picks up in front of the hotel and runs downtown which takes […] about 25-30 min, so that was an easy way to get downtown. There is a computer and printer for use in the lobby which was nice, but don't try to use it past 10pm, as the staff person kept complaining she had "work to do" and somehow us sitting at the computer interrupted that? All we saw her do was sit and watch the tv...Anyway, other than that, all the other front desk people were very nice and accommodating. Hotel lobby is where you get to check in and eat. There isn't much room for anyone. There's not much to eat under the watchful eyes of a single employee. Your morning breakfast has to be rush to finish upon request. Room are clean but lack of supplies. Best of all, the room service personnels pick up my wife's denture and returned it to the front desk […] after we checked out. We came in very late but had gaurenteed late arrival. Michelle was there for us and everything was great. The airline had lost our luggage so the hotel staff kept an eye out for the arrival of our luggage in addition to our questions of "Did they arrive yet?" The hotel staff is friendly, hotel room was clean, building was a little old but well taken […] care of. I could tell that they enjoyed what they did and really cared about their clients. The continental breakfast everyday was better than anticipated. Fresh fruits, doughnuts, english muffins with jam/butter. They also had juice, they might had had milk too. They probably had coffee and tea but we don't drink those so we ignored them. I felt at home here and the hotel is close to everything, on the bus lines. The only disadvantage is turning out of the hotel is a one way so you have to turn right and find some way to turn around if you need to go the other way. It was workable. Traffic can be high also at times so leave extra time to go where you're going. I would stay here again. I felt at home here. Thanks. Leer más
