Excellent facility, great people, comfortable, very clean accomodations. The updates at this facility were definitely a success, really promoting this facility as good vacation destination. Would be nice to have some ammenities like a bar or breakfast facility on site. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at the Neptune Inn. The hotel is clean and nice. And the location is perfect. So close to all of the action, but far enough away that you can relax and enjoy the beach with out worry about crowds. Will stay there again for sure!

Great hotel! Loved most everything about it. A family member had to do some laundry and was happy to have a coin laundry on site. Love the sand also on the Gulf Coast as it is like powdered sugar. I squeeks when you walk on it. We booked three separate rooms so everyone could have their own space and it was affordable enough for us to do this. Only […] one issue I could see was that the sofa/hide-a-bed in our unit was quite saggy. Hopefully a planned upgrade is in the works soon. Leer más

I have stayed at Neptune several times and I have been pleased with every visit. I typically visit Estero Island 3-4 times per year, and Neptune is one of the nicest facilities on the north end of the beach proximite to Time Square.

Beautiful view of the beach, very clean rooms. Beds were a little uncomfortable but for the location and price of the room, we were very happy!

Located at walking distance to everything there. Rooms are nothing fancy but clean and neat. Bed seemed tiny but was alright to sleep in. On the beach and great to see the sunset.

The Neptune Inn isn't fancy, but it's not a dive either; it's a good old-fashioned beachfront hotel with helpful staff and reasonable rates. Great location on Ft. Myers Beach, I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great Christmas stay, great location, nice rooms, great staff. Will definitely go again!!!!

We had a very enjoyable 2 week stay at the Neptune Inn. The Hotel was very nice for the money, and close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Very well maintained!!! Would recommend this place!

The picture of the hotel does not do justice to how nice this place is. Everything is so neat and nice and the staff is friendly. Even though I paid the expedia rate they still upgraded me to a nice room close to the beach, which is steps away. The only complaint is that they charged almost $20 per night for resort fees and taxes, which is much higher […] than another hotel on the beach that i stayed at. Went down for the weekend to look at some Investment property and do some golfing. It was a great value for the price. Room had a little kitchenette and there was two BBQ grills by the pool you could use. Didnt have any complaints.

I stayed here for (###) nights, and overall it was a (good/bad) stay. I (would/would not) stay here again. Room: The room was great. Spacious, and had every amenity you'd need for a long stay. The only negative I have, and it's a pretty big negative, is that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all the entire time I was there. This is a really great place. We stayed 5 nights and would have extended this time if we not had booked the next hotel in Miami.

We stayed at the Neptune Inn late Nov/early Dec. This was our second stay. Since our first visit 5 years ago, the hotel has changed hands and everything has been upgraded except the price. It's a great value. We had a suite right on the beach. (Good for beautiful sunrises & sunsets, wading and finding great shells, but too cold for swimming this time […] of year.) Two heated pools face the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are two TVs in the suite with a little kitchen containing all the essentials for storing and cooking food and a table & chairs for 4.. Bath is roomy and there's lots of storage space.. The bath is located in the bedroom -- so anyone sleeping on the sofa bed will need to enter the bedroom to use the bath. Bedroom and living area have separate heating/cooling systems. There is a laundry facility on site. There is a small store across the street and a larger grocery nearby. Happily, the Neptune Inn is right in the center of town, but it's a very easy walk either on the beach or on the street. This is a great alternative to high rise chain hotels. Bring a beach towel-- hotel offers them, but they're small. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again, for sure. Leer más

Had a wonderful week at Neptune Inn recently. Great service and the facilities exceeded our expectations (not too fancy but proper, clean and well organized). The location next to the beach is fantastic. Really a place to recommend for families with small kids but actually for everybody. We will probably go back in the future.

Hotel was way overpriced and they do not offer any kind of dining options. The room was large, updated and clean but I did not like the arrangement and it did not feel cozy but cold, sterile and hard. We were originally booked for 3 nights though Hotels.com. The hotels.com agents exaggerated a lot and we did not get what we were promised. Neptune does […] NOT have a private beach or an abundance of ocean front rooms as was suggested. That's why we got an early check out and only stayed one night. The early check out was no problem and kudos to Hotels.com & Neptune staff about that. When checking in the man at the front desk was a bit arrogant but that was quickly swept away when Hotels.com agent called them requesting an early check out. A tip: The Outrigger hotel is a nicer, friendlier hotel for less mony and it offers dining. They also have a lot of beach chairs for customers. Don't pay a cent, nickel or a dime extra for the Neptune. Which was a quite a bit more expensive when we booked. Leer más

We loved the location and amentities this hotel had to offer. We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this to others!

BEAUTIFUL. Every room has a full kitchenette with cooking utensils, dishes, full size coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Carpeted bedroom and granite tiled floors in bathroom and kitchen. PLENTY of storage space. Room was immaculate and bed was very comfortable. Gas grills in the commons area. The grounds were also immaculate. Crew constantly cleaning […] common areas without disrupting anyone. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. We booked the "Ocean Front" room that was amazing...two room suite with french doors leading to the balcony. Florida sunsets over the Gulf were breathtaking. Dolpins swimming by in the morning started our days with smiles. WHITE, powder like, sandy beaches were clean. Plenty of water sports offered in the immediate area. I arrived on crutches and we were reallocated a room on the ground floor, with close to the room parking to assist me, which was a kindness I had not expected. The grounds are clean, well maintained and well kept. There is coffee in the lobby in the mornings and free wifi with a strong signal, There is plenty to walk to, restaurants, bars and shops. […] The beach area right in front of the hotel is lovely and again, well maintained so it's clean. We got a good rate booking with Hotels.com and would definately return to this hotel if we are in the area in the future. Leer más

Only stayed one night after a ride on the Key West Express. Had a coffee maker but no coffee in the room, the lady at check in was pretty rude but the lady in the morning was very pleasant. Beach access is great and the pools are beautiful. The price made it a good choice on Ft Myers Beach. Would stay again.

VERY nice place... pools were great and grounds around the pools were wonderful.. Room was newly remodeled so it seemed and nice. Only one problem was bed squeeked when you even sat on it.. And if you put a coffee maker in the room ..coffee would be nice.

Best Place to stay on the strip. Incredible for the price. Hotel has been re-done very recently and everything is brand new! Rooms are very large & very clean. Comes with flat screen TV in bedroom, 2nd TV in living room, Fridge, Sink, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Blow Dryer, Iron, etc... Everything you could possibly need or want. 5 Stars! A++++++

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Neptune. The rooms were modern , very comfortable ,clean and well fitted out. The staff were very friendly,helpful and well informed. The outdoor faciliit$ies were excellent.

we had an awesome stay ! we where celebrating our 2nd Anniversary and booked the room in the morning , when we got there we decided to stay an extra night ! the view from our beach front room was amazing , beautiful sunsets . the room was very neat and clean . the only down side is that they do not serve breakfast but there is a publix a couple of miles […] away and the room has its own kitchen fully equiped . we are planing to make this a family tradition and stay a couple of times a year . I loved this hotel so much....it was very close to restaurants...it was right on the beach.....staff was very friendly.....our room was stocked full of anything we might need and the decor was so cute. The only things I do wish for....a second lock on the door - like a hinge or something, curtains to cover the blinds from peeping toms, a resort hot […] tub by the (2) pools, and if you drive a large vehicle like a van - tell them not to put you in room 123 - the parking for this room with a large vehicle was horrific to get out of. It sounds like I only have complaints....I would def stay here again - but these are my suggestions to the hotel - hope they will read them. Leer más

Our room was very nice [small, but nice] and the staff also was nice and very helpful. The morning view from our beds was breathtaking! But, the beds were like pillowtop bricks! Granite countertops in kitchen and bath, but little room to turn around in the bathroom, and no hooks to hang up clothing or extra towels. Also, the vanity was so TALL that […] I had trouble bending over to brush my teeth and I'm 5'6'. I think the mirror was nice, but a medicine chest would have offered some much-needed storage. Liked the fact that they had two computers in the lobby, but couldn't use them or the exercise equipment after 10 p.m. Bummer! But, my only real complaint, if you will, was the lack of outdoor lighting. Even just after dark we needed a flashlight [or cellphone] to illuminate the short walk from our car up some stairs to our room. One night I literally bumped into a man who was going down the stairs as I was walking up. That was kinda creepy! I think it's a safety hazard and it needs to be addressed. I would stay there again, but I would remember to bring along my own coffee filters next time! The management also might want to invest in some door mats or rugs either outside or inside of the unit doors to prevent so much sand from being tracked inside. I didn't realize how much sand was stuck in the soles of my sandals and one night as we were entering the room I slipped and fell onto the tile floor. Fortunately, no broken bones, but I'm still bruised and sore three days afterward. Just a thought! Leer más

This hotel has been completely renovated right down to the shrubs and trees. It's beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is directly on the beach and has two pools. One was salt water. Very clean. Very comfortable. Stay here for sure. I will again for sure.

great place, stayed for a week it was just beautiful

We were pleasantly surprised for the value we received. Convenient location, clean room, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!
