Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

Everything was great except for phone next to the bed did not work( someone had spilled soda on it) and the reception to the TV was poor.) Otherwise it was just fine. I spent 10 days there.

Room service food was excellent! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. They even give you headphones for the newly renovated gym.

Very good value and one of the best hotel gyms I have encountered. Breakfast buffet was good. One of the best hamburgers I've ever had at lunch time. Friendly bar. Internet connection worked fine but there was a charge of $9.95. Very comfortable room.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff were helpful and extremely friendly. The pool and hot tub were a welcome change to the really cold temperatures outside. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy. We will be staying here the next time we come to Baltimore.

Wow, great hotel. Food was amazing. Very close to BWi. Gym was best hotel gym I've stayed in except for large resorts.

Finally found the right airport hotel for my monthly trips to JHopkins for treatments. GREAT, helpful front desk staff, fast, good healthy options from room service, efficient shuttle service and VERY clean. Nice window views too! Very pleased with this discovery after MANY tries at other properties...will return next month.

The staff was super friendly, room clean and comfy. Great bargain for the price. Will be staying there again

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient to airport, hotel shuttle service. Due to schedule we did not eat breakfast there, but did order room service for late dinner after arrival. Food was good, service was fast and friendly.

A nice, new hotel; spacious room and comfortable king bed. There was, however, blood spots on the towel used to step on out of the shower and about two strands of toilet paper left on the roll upon arrival. I had trouble connecting on the wifi internet. Otherwise, quite a nice place!

The staff was excellent and so kind and helpful! When there was no one to shuttle us to the light rail, the manager got the keys and took us herself. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was like sleeping at home. Luxurious and soft with lots of pillows! I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a perfect hotel to stay at if you needed to be close to the airport (BWI). And the rate was much cheaper than staying in downtown Baltimore. Also, parking is free instead of having to pay for a parking garage or valet parking. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

The Hilton at BWI was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. There were a couple small issues like the remote control needed batteries (No big deal), but what concerned me was the lack of trash cans in the room! Also in the restauant / bar downstairs, the staff was not as well informed as they should have been and […] it took two waiters to do the job of one. Hotel was close to the airport -Did not wait for a shuttle to the hotel.Was going on a cruise the next day the staff contacted a taxi to pick us up.The taxi was on time and the driver was very friendly Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, helpful. Would recommend this to a friend

This hotel would have been better but they need to maintain it better. The television was broke, bathroom handle falling off, carpet was dirty, and general upkeep of the hotel was not to good. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

I arrived at the hotel about 4 hours before I had to pick my boyfriend up from the airport... I was greeted by about 3 people whom worked at the HIlton. She let me know exactly where I could something to eat, even so much as writing a map for a particular place I was looking for. The room was equally impressive. The goods: Not too far from downtown Baltimore, clean room, friendly staff, reasonable on-site gym. The not so goods: Pay wi-fi access - even in public area like the lobby, insufficient parking at night, limited breakfast buffet selections.

We have stayed there couple times already. Really like it. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean and spacious. Tried the Aloft hotel next door once and was a huge mistake! Will keep going back everytime we visit Baltimore.

Convenient to BWI airoport --- rent a car otherwise ---Not close to anything else ---

Nicely designed, but you pay way too much for less than average benefits. For as many business personnel as you get, you do NOT get free wireless. In fact, you have to pay ten dollars on the DAILY. The "business" center has computers with sub-basic installations, slow connection and you have to PAY to print anything. The staff was very friendly. I stayed 1 night there because I was going out on a cruise the next day and this hotel is only 7 miles from the port so the location was great. I would not stay in the Hilton on harbor side because the prices are way higher and honestly this hotel is just as convinent. I would def stay here again. The only complaint is that […] there was no sign on the outside of the actual hotel saying it was the Hilton and there were other hotels around so it threw me off for a min. Staff were very friendly and they made my stay much easier and comfortable. They seemed to take ownership of the property and that's good to see that in the staff because you know that they will take care of you as their guest. I don't mind going back there again when I have the chance.

Excellent rooms that were completely redone with HD flat screen TVs. Food in hotel restaurant was excellent, especially the service. The check-in was easy and convenient and the hotel is around the corner from airport with ease of access to car rental return location. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the value. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and all around service was wonderful. Was stranded due to weather and found the entire stay-over experience very enjoyable.

I had called for the hotel shuttle to pick me up at BWI and was told that they would be there in 20 minutes...40 minutes later I was taking a cab. Upon my arrival at the Hotel the front desk staff was very nice - stored my bag. I ordered room service for dinner - it was fast and very good. Fantastic accomidations. Aside from the Hilton policy of charging for breakfast and internet a la cart, I would say one of the best hotel accommodations I have ever had.

I like the hotel .My chief complaint is every time I stay there it seems to be some kind of convention on site that makes parking difficult.It's still a good place to stay.

I booked rooms for myself and a business partner at 2PM for same day checkin via hotels.com. Hilton was choosen over other similarly priced options mainly due to their usual efficiency and amenities for business travel. However, a series of events transpired that pointed to incompetent management at this location. First the reservations were overbooked, […] and it took over 1 hour for the staff to apply the first in first served rule. After a long, hard day on the road, this was not welcome. Second, the resturant was exceptionally slow, and only produced dinner after reminded twice. This took about 50 minutes. The food was of substandard quality for the typical higher prices charged by Hilton. Futher, the next day at breakfast, the staff was confused, the menu was not "encouraged" due to kitchen problems, and the buffet was not provisioned. Overall I would strongly not recommend staying at this hotel until the management problems are resolved. This is unfortunate, as Hilton has traditionally been very consistent throughout the world. I have faith they will correct the problems, but until that time, buyer be ware. Leer más

We had a great time at this hotel. Loved the stand alone shower. Location was a little off the beaten path but outside of that accomodations were spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and professional. We would definitely stay there again.
