Este Hotel esta convenientemente cerca de Disney y el centro comercial Val deEurope, lo cual lo hace muy atractivo, la limpieza y el mantenimiento no es su fuerte.

buena ubicacion con respecto a Eurodisney....siempre cuando tengas un auto. Buena amplitud de la habitacion pero la cocina muy rudimentaria

Hotel recomendado para aquellas personas que le gustar la tranquilidad, algo alejado de Paris, pero perfecto para quienes quieren conocer el paque disneyland, debido a su cercania, desde el hotel sale un transporte a disneyland ida y vuelta. El centro comercial Val Europa esta cerca en vehiculo, pero a 100 mts pasa la ruta del bus que llega directo […] al centro comercial. Las habitaciones en perfecto estado, con los implementos basicos de cocina. si hace calor se llenan las habitaciones de cucarachas, a las que el hotel dice no tener ningún remedio ya que según ellos vienen de fuera. No limpian la habitación, se limitan a cambiar el cubo de basura por una bolsa que tienes que colocar tú mismo. No cambian toallas de baño. Elegimos este Aparthotel por el precio ya que la idea era desplazarnos desde aquí todos los días a visitar París. Las condiciones del hotel han sido buenas. El único aspecto quizás negativo han sido que hay muy pocos utensilios de cocina, solo 2 vasos para 4 y ningún plato ondo, no nos cambiaron las toallas en 4 días, pero la verdad que hemos estado […] muy a gusto y aun estando a 40 kilómetros de París llegábamos en coche en 35 minutos. Buena ubicación para ir a Eurodisney. Buena ubicación por proximidad a centro comercial. Amabilidad en recepción. Punto muy negativo: es falso que la cocina de los estudios / apartamentos esté equipada: no hay nada de menaje de cocina, tienes que alquilarlo en recepción con fianza de 20 euros. Hotel sencillo pero muy bien ubicado, en un poligono, junto a los parques disney( 5 min. coche), en una zona tranquila, aparcamiento exterior en recinto cerrado dentro del hotel gratis, wifi gratis, recepción hablaban español, desayuno justo pero correcto 7€, mejor cogerlo porque no hay nada cercano. Clean hotel with free parking. Had a hob, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. A bit cold but a heater was provided. Had to pay 1 euro per adult per night which was a bit of a surprise. The wifi was not working in room so had to access it from lobby. Lamp in 2nd bedroom was not working even though it was reported. I guess there's a reason the star rating is not available. I was uneasy the moment we stepped off the elevator into a hallway with unmaintained carpets and walls. Yes, it is not far from Disneyland Paris, but. . . you pay extra to rent a hair dryer; you pay extra for the continental breakfast, and extra for a hotel shuttle to the park/train station. It is cheaper to ride the city bus-that comes and goes more often, than to take the hotel shuttle. Good hotel but if you stay in the Suite for 2 with the sofa bed, the bed is not comfortable.

Very Nice Hotel to stay very near to disney land

Very good hotel

A fantstic little hotel. Only about 15 mn to Disney if you don't want to stay in the resort itself. Staff friendly and helpful. It did really work for us as a family.

Hotel good, self catering facilities were what we were after and thats what we got. Room good and clean. Hotel very easy to find using tomtom. Easy parking and secure and free. Reception helpful. No kettle but... no problem as high powered electric cooker and saucepan did the trick. Kettle and other items are available in limited numbers at a refundable […] deposit of 20 Euros eg adapter. Nice pool. Never tried breakfast but reception did give my kids a free croissant that they had left over. Room comfortable and clean. TV very limited channels. Room service a bit arrogant as they said they would not come back in 20 minutes. The shuttle is payable and only 3 or 4 runs in morning and about 6 runs in evening.at a cost of 10 Euros. Better to drive car 3 mins to car park cost for day 12 Euros. Location a bit isolated but fine as spent all our time in Disney. Overall we would recommend this hotel at the price. Leer más

A basic hotel - do not expect 5 star luxury cos it's not but it is what it says on the tin. A comfortable room with small kitchen. (Take washing up liquid etc tho!) Pool available in the grounds. Housekeeping daily makes beds, empties bins etc. Friendly staff, excellent French breakfast. Close to Disney parks and RER line into Paris. Nearby hypermarket […] stocks everything and park here for train station. We did not use the shuttle but drove to the parks and, although a bit of a roundabout route it was easy to find. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities, although not luxurious, were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet and well kept town, with shops, public transport and facilities all nearby. Is is also very well suited to families visiting Disneyland.

The hotel was very basic but is good vale for the price. The kitchen was very small and the microwave was very dirty. If going self drive take as much appliances and cutlery as you can. If you want a good nights sleep take your own pillows aswell. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean. There's a nice outdoor pool although we found the water not warm enough for an average Summer day! On the plus side the staff are very helpful and speak most European languages. On arrival we found the bathroom sink blocked. It took less than […] 30mn for someone to come up and unblock it for us. Parking is free and secure, and all the nearby attractions (Seaworld, shopping centre and lots of restaurants at Val d'Europe; Eurodisney; or the RER metro station to go into Paris) are all 10-15mn away using the hotel shutlle or public transport (bus stop just outside the hotel). There is also free Wifi throughout the hotel with good download speeds. On the minus side there wasn't enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people and dishes and glasses were not clean. Worth bringing along some washing up liquid. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good value family hotel, that's within easy reach of the main attractions, and with most the amenities and facilities you would expect from a top tier hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for disney land parks and the val d'europe shopping centre. The hotel offers a great bus service to disney land and the hotel staff were very helpful with any question we asked. Also there English was fantastic.

...with the condition of having a car. The location is great since it is very close to Disneyland Village and to Val d'Europe commercial center. But both are not accessible by foot. The pool is great for a relaxing evening after a busy day if the weather allows you. I also suggest to check with the reception if they have any special offer for Disneyland. […] When we've been there they had one but we were not attentive enough to observe that it was a special offer available only there and not in the park. We found it out in Disneyland. The cleaning is the main problem, they use to do "un peut du ménage" to quote them but is just a "peut". As for the service they don't exceed. We had a problem with a light ball that couldn't be solve in 3 days (until we left) and also obtaining an extra blanket for a couple of cold nights in the beginning of our stay was a 24h effort. the hotel was awful...and it did not have a real bed. They had a futon!!!!!!!!!!

We rented the suite room. Overall this hotel was a disappointment. The good: Internet, room size, parking. The above says it all. We had a family room for 3. Its 10 mins from Disney and whilst not luxury, is 3 *, modern, clean, and has very comfortable beds at the right price. Would stay there again.

booked this hotel as a stop over after a busy day at disney. Its a strange one this, cant make up my mind, dont get me wrong done the job. The room was very large but it was basic, for instance there was no door on the bathroom cabinet, no kettle to make a drink, althouhg it had a kitchenette!! I enjoyed staying in the hotel my children and wife had agood time especially with the convenience of swimming pool. The only concern I have is the difficulties of locating the Hotel. The present sign-board for the hotel is not visible enough half of it has been overed with overgrown flower. The sign-board should ideally be placed higher up on the […] wall of the building. More importantly there should be some sign-boards and directions on approaching the hotel; importantly at the round-about as soon as one is in Montevrain vicinity as done by other Hotels in the area. Good location for Disney and Val de Europe but difficult to find. Need better directions and Map of the neighbourhood at the front desk. We had a ground floor "suite" of decent size - sleeps 4 with a pull out couch, bathroom and very small kitchen. Storage facilities were poor with not a single draw in the place. This hotel is close to the train station, easy accesible by bus. As we could only speak english the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which was lovely.

We were 5 staying in the 2 bedroom apartment. The mattresses were very comfortable. The only issue we had was not receiving the extra blankets we had asked for twice. This (May/June) was our second stay at this hotel. Depending on price/availability we would stay here in preference to the many we've stayed in in the Disneyland area. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Disneyland (it looks closer, but the roads take you in a round-a-bout way. We stayed in a room for four people, which is a double bed settee […] and double bed (or two singles). As well as the beds, the room has a small desk, a dining table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a bath (with shower over), sink, toilet and heated towel rail. There is, for some reason, nowhere to hang the shower. The water is hot, plentiful and with good pressure. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave (with grill), fridge and two hobs. There is cutlery, plates, bowls, saucepans etc. We found them a bit grimey - probably from previous occupants, but when washed they were fine. There is no kettle. We didn't try breakfast. We didn't use the shuttle bus, but it runs three times in the morning and three times in the evening. We don't know the charge. The pool was clean but chilly. Leer más

Good hotel if the only thing you look for is close to Disney. Not a 3 Star Hotel! Bed was truly a Sleeper Sofa, thought there would be a bed and a Sofa. One pillow (if you can call it a pillow) for two people. No soap, amenities whatsoever... No mini bar or items to purchase anywhere in or near hotel. AC did not work. No restaurant or shops near hotel, […] don't look for any restaurants to be open in the town on Sunday either, but if you are looking for just a place that is close to Disney, for a lot cheaper than the Disney hotels - this is your place. bon hôtel, mais manque d'indication pour le trouver facilement à la sortie de l'autoroute

Accueil souriant et personnel pouvant conseiller sur les transport et les facilités alentour. Tout fonctionnait dans notre chambre. Juste un petit effort sur la poussiere du seche serviette serait bien.

Propreté très limite, moquettes sales et tachées, vaisselle rangée sale aussi, dommage car l’hôtel est agréable et bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé pour un séjour à Disneyland. La chambre est grande et confortable ( 1 chambre avec 1 lit de 2 personnes, une autre avec un lit d'une personne, une séjour avec un lit pliant 2 places, une cuisine). La moquette est dans un état déplorable, la vaisselle n'est pas étincelante (un petit séjour dans le lave-vaisselle lui ferait le plus […] grand bien).
